The staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. The property is well maintained and very clean. We loved our stay over Easter and will definitely be booking to come back again. • Michelle (7/5): - The property was in a great location. Staff were friendly and it was great to be so close to walking tracks and a patrolled beach. The property needs a refresh. On arriving at the property the air conditioner was not working and we were with out if for a couple of days and the spa was not woring for two days of our stay.

• KATHLEEN (7/5): Amazing location - could use some work on cleanliness and customer service. - Amazing location and perfect for families. A little run down. Thought it was a bit mean not to provide very basic stuff for apartment including washing up liquid, spray n wipe and more than one cloth. Spa looked a little green. Owners were a bit grumpy telling kids off for bouncing balls around facilty and in pool. What do you expect when property is so geared up for families?? We stayed 8 days with no mid week clean which is poor.
• Amy (10/5): Great place for a beach holiday. - Straight across from a patrolled beach so perfect position. Apartment had everything you need, especially at Christmas time. Shops and Surf clubs in walking distance, with a Coles close by too. Maybe just supply more rubbish bags for a week’s stay. We bought toilet paper too.

After hrs. Hands full so trying to get timing of door at bottom entry to work for me didn't go well. A sign saying to be quick would have been nice. Would have avoided stress and unnecessary phone calls. 😕 Pillows were all to alike...bit high for me. I didn't like having the wifi modem in the bedroom. Way to close to body/head.

• Michelle (7/5): Nice 2bed apartment opposite beach - Loved the location being close to beach and only 15min walk to restaurants/shops. Nice spacious apartment with clean kitchen, nice balcony, great pool/spa. Loved most things, but it was a bit loud at night (traffic noise & garbage truck from next door) making sleep difficult. Easily fixed with double glazed windows. Bed is super firm so not suited to people who like a soft bed.
• Gavin (8/5): Peace & Quiet & SO Close to the Beach - The whole complex is really well run, peaceful and quiet, and I just LOVE that it's just a minute's walk across the road to the beach, and to have a swim in the pool and hot spa every day is fantastic too!

• Jamieson (8/5): Clean and comfortable - The location, parking off street, the cleanliness and online presence checking made this stay very easy. The pool was also excellent. We had a tight car park which made it a little challenging to manoeuvre at times, but this is a very minor thing that would not impact me booking again nor recommending it to others, I just would caution people driving larger cars to perhaps check what space you have been allocated

• Caoidha (3/5): Poor - Location was fantastic, right across from the beach and close to the great selection of cafes and restaurants around Burleigh The apartment we had did not reflect the ones advertised which looked appealing and freshly refurbished. We had an old apartment that was dated, the carpets old and stained, the room wasn't poorly clean, covered in previous guests hairs, including fake eyelashes on the floor, stained cupboards with what I presume is fake tan, mildew on the curtains (which I acknowledge the unit is close to the ocean so this can happen) the wifi was terrible leaving us to use our own data, the toilet in the bathroom cistern was running the first day we were there which surprising not to be picked up when they would have last cleaned the unit. It was overpriced for what we paid, the only selling point was helpful lady at the guest desk and the location.

• Nicole (8/5): Comfortable, pleasant, sufficient - Location was great. Apartment was plentiful with supplies & features No staff to meet or greet. We arrived on a Sunday bw 1-2pm. Everything was left for us with ample instruction but no physical person for arrival or departure.

Didn't like that the 2nd bedroom and the Main bathroom were locked off because we booked a 1 bed Apartment. Could understand bedroom but felt we should have had access to the main bathroom.
• Ashleigh (2/5): Cold. - Not much to really like about the property. Location was great, close to everything we needed. Beds only had sheets on them, with a blanket for each bed in the wardrobe, the room were freezing cold first night I had to sleep with my winter coat on and I am from NZ and it’s winter for us. We had to keep the split system on at night with the bedroom doors open to make it more comfortable to sleep. Only one towel per person and if we needed more we had to pay, we were staying for 5 days so just felt a bit gross. Also very limited toilet paper in the rooms with reception only open limited hours while we were there so made it hard to get more.

• Nick (9/5): A perfect beachside stay with everything we needed—great location & spacious comfortable rooms - We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location couldn’t have been better—right across from the beach and just a 10-minute walk to the heart of Burleigh Heads with its great shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Having e-bikes right outside made exploring the Gold Coast super easy and fun. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette for breakfasts and laundry facilities, which were really convenient. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and spa. Onsite parking was a big bonus, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend! Nothing to note, everything was perfect.

No tea supplied only coffee. So much construction on the Burleigh Esplanade and not having access to the usual footpath.

Though they had just suffered through a cyclone you would not know it. They had restored the residence to its former glory and were ready to serve its guest wholeheartedly. It was the perfect location to walk to Burleigh and to the beach/cafes/restaurants and not have to take the car. The balcony was great overlooking the ocean with a lovely sea breeze. The pool was great also, and the facilities and property are very well maintained. Will definitely come back in the future. The shower in the ensuite took a long time to get to the right temperature, it was either cold or hot, no inbetween.

• Kylie (9/5): Great beachfront location. - Great location on the Esplanade. So clean and well maintained it was a pleasure to stay there. Nice facilities lovely pool and bbq area. Such great value for money. Only thing I would say is a/c in the bedrooms would be good. But that is all.

• Tracey (6/5): - Old dated stained furniture needs replacing. Felt the place was superficially clean and needs a deep clean . Had to remove spider cobwebs dust and muck before closing the blinds . Behind bedroom curtain that was drown I wouldn’t like to say when that was cleaned. Coughing due to air con. Pool and barbecue are looked nice. We booked and paid 2 nights and left the next morning after the first night
