• Angeline (10/5): We needed to relax and de-stress and we got exactly that. - The apartment was very clean and tidy and had everything that we needed and more (including beach towels). The apartment was cozy and very comfortable (especially the bed). The location was perfect, especially the ocean view and the fact that all restaurants and cafes were within a 5 minute walk. The beach was about 1 minute walk away, and the water was refreshing and beautiful at 7 am.

• JUANITA (10/5): Stunning renovated unit with all mod cons - Fully renovated, very stylish apartment in a great location. We loved the modern bathrooms, swimming pool, laundry facilities, balcony and the large smart TV with all the streaming services and very effective air con. A short walk to the beach, cafes and surf club where we had several excellent meals. Bad drain smell in the second bathroom. No beach towels - really necessary in a beachside apartment where most people arrive with carry-on luggage only.

Der Manager ist extrem hilfsbereit und ist bei Mangel sofort vor Ort. Sehr freundlich, Dankeschön! Die Küche war in beiden Wohnungen nicht sauber. Spuren der vorhergehenden Leute. Leider sieht es aus, das es schwierig ist gutes Reinigungspersonal zu finden - wenn ihr Arbeit sucht! Meldet euch bei guter Qualifikation 😃

• JANE (5/5): Beautiful location, but tired apartment - Beautiful location, close to the beach and shops in a quiet residential area. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms downstairs, and upstairs has the living area and a powder room. We were in apartment #1, which isn't in the photos and wasn't what we were expecting. Apartment is tired, broken railing at the top of the stairs is unsafe. Chair broken. Washing machine mouldy. Not enough cups for 4 people. Main bathroom cracked tiles, stained bathtub. No aircon in second bedroom. No lift, so expect to carry luggage up stairs.

Requested go change rooms, upgrade or get a refund. Managed to change rooms which was better and continued our stay. The on site manager was attentive. Didn’t have working aircon upstairs and it was hot.
• Helen (8/5): Had a lovely time with the rest of our family being able to stay in the same location. - Great place to walk to the beach and the surf club where we attended a wedding. Coffee shops were also an easy walk from Andari. It was also great to have three toilets so we didn't need to go downstairs for bathroom if we were relaxing on the verandah. Just seemed like this unit needed a bit of an update,, but in saying that it was quite good for the price I believe.

• Jo (6/5): - Great location and very spacious. The property needs some love. I don't mind dated if it's well maintained, but there was no water pressure in the top showers (despite a check from staff), the ceiling fans were filthy, the exhaust fans in the bathrooms were not functioning (leading to mould in the downstairs bathroom). Items missing from the kitchen made it a bit painful too - ie. Completely dull knives but knife sharpener missing. Little things that unfortunately all added up to an average experience.

• Miranda (7/5): Ruim verblijf met prachtig uitzicht op zee. - Ruime slaapkamers met uitzicht op zee! Wasmachine en droger in appartement. Mooie koelkast. Douche was afwisselend heet en koud. 3 verdiepingen was veel trappen lopen.
• Audette (2/5): - Multiple problems with the property ranging from poor signage and directions on check in, to poorly maintained outdoor stairs, keys not dunctioning and taped together, broken front door lock, grubby linen and furniture, general poor maintenance (wiring on bedside lamp, non functioning aircon control). While the view and location was fantastic, the lack of care and attention and overall comfort saw us checkout early. No contact from the manager despite reporring problems. Would not recommend.

Decor is outdated, both garage remotes hardly working and one taped up in electrical tape. Oven wasn’t very clean and the bedding seems old. There is no deadlock on the front door which is odd. Not sure about the other apartments.

• Ebony (5/5): Close to beach, but no working airconditioner - The Location & Balcony views The airconditioner wasn't working, close line pegs were in a bucket of water rusting, the close line is fragile, washing machine was moldy, hot in the rooms especially because aircondtioner wasnt working. The remote for the carpark didnt work properly from the outside, so 1 of us had get out of the car and walk inside to press the button on the wall.

Modern interiors, great parking access. Staff responsiveness was excellent. Air conditioning a bonus in the hot summer weather, lovely terrace. Beds super comfortable! Hard to criticize, but we are hoteliers and used to a very high standard of excellence. En-suite sink kept blocking. Apartment getting dated. No cleaning g service, would have been great to have e some cleaning supplies. Fridges rusted on the outside. Oven only works when the timer is on. Pool was average, needs an upgrade. The apartment wasnt that clean overall - kitchen draws, glassware and cutlery found dirty.

It is very well set up for a comfortable stay. Collecting the keys was straightforward which was appreciated. No issues with this property.

• Fiona (8/5): Great location, great stay - Great location, just a skip and a hop down to Sunshine Beach and the surf club. Enjoyed the ocean glimpses. It was a very nice quiet area and the pool was perfect for our two small children to play in safely. Just being picky but it was slightly annoying not having flyscreens on the windows so we couldn't crack the windows for a bit of fresh air instead of the aircon at nighttime.
• Natalie (9/5): Really great, convenient location with plenty of room. - The location was stunning. My friend was the bride and I the maid of honour and we used the apartment so that we had a nice backdrop for photos and a large space to get ready. In general, the apartment had excellent facilities and loads of room for multiple people to stay. It was a bit outdated but not unclean. The only thing I didn’t love was the couch. The ottoman part of the couch kept sliding away and if the apartment was at full occupancy it didn’t have enough seats for 6.

It needs basic maintenance and cleaning up. Leaking downstairs toilet, broken window latch (single bed room), squeaking doors and fan, oven not working properly and extractor not working at all, kitchen utensils and crockery inadequate.

• Rebecca (7/5): Wedding weekend getaway - Beautiful apartment set in a perfect location to our requirements The only thing negative was that none of the air-conditioning units worked.
• Shad (6/5): - Although the view was great the property was below standard. There were no exterior lights on the walkways which is a safety issue. The cleanliness of the place: several dead bugs on the carpet, dishes in the cupboard actually had grease on them and old food, and generally not super clean in the kitchen and floors. Lots of minor things for maintenance but the overall condition of the place mechanically was not good. Handle on the slider was loose as about to fall of, shower door in the master was the same. Overall I was not happy with the property and felt like what was pictured was not what we received. Text message prior to check in never happened as promised. I had to find an office which no longer existed. Found a phone number to call and finally got the combo to a safe where the keys were located. Would not recommend.

We thought there was no phone service for afew days but it was apparently Telstra upgrading. Frustrating but no fault of premises.

Unit could do with a good refurb. Had friends staying in other units which were much nicer and better equipped. No dishes for the microwave. Paint on stairs worn off. Very dusty, especially under beds. More towels would be nice. No onsite management which meant noisy guests in other units got away with it all night. Noticed smoke detectors are not up to standard. Was close to surf club and other shops and beach. Was ok but definitely not worth the price.
