- Michael (8/5): Good option whilst travelling for work - Good for a motel. Room was unbelievably cold. Took ages to warm up with the heater on full noise. (I know it’s been unusually cold)

- Jonathan (1/5): Crap. - Bed was hard, carpet was damp, there was no "do-not-disturb" sign on the door so the housekeeper walked in while I was getting dressed, and the breakfast I paid for closed at 8am. What breakfast bar closes at 8am?! Every other one I've been to closes at 10am.
- Paul (7/5): - If you use any of the plates or a glass you have to clean it and replace or there is a back charge,, my question is, how do I know the previous occupant clean it to a standard expected from a H&S point,,,,,,
- Sophie (7/5): Clean with friendly staff, but not very suitable for families. - Clean and easy to checkin. Friendly staff who are keen to please. Not as suitable for families as we had hoped. All other guests we saw were FIFO miners. The units are very small and have very little living space. There is no clothes line, so you have to use the dryers in the shared laundry, which is not suitable for all garments. The dinner at the was very expensive and finished and 7:30pm. I think it’s times around the miners’ shifts.

- Robert (8/5): First trip to Kalgoorlie and expectations well met...........great 5 days exploring the town. - Breakfast excellent............Evening meal was also good but only smorgasbord type arrangement which doesn't always suit a small appetite when there is a set price. The miners are well catered for so this probably suits them much better. The food was very nice though in the evening and plenty of it if you were hungry! The weather but that wasn't the View's fault................at least when we were confined to the room because of the pouring rain we were warm and comfortable.

- Laura (9/5): Superb - The included breakfast was good, and appreciated. The beds were actually really comfortable. It was a cold night when we stayed but the rooms were warm. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. We booked for a family of four so had two bedrooms, each with it's own TV and ensuite, and a common kitchenette area. This suited us perfectly. We would definitely consider staying here again. Probably the only negative was the very early morning noise from other guests. Clearly this is an accommodation booked out predominantly by workers (like most of Kal) so it wasn't unexpected. Just disappointing that there was no consideration for other guests - very loud conversations outside our room pre-5am, loud reversing vehicles, and someone was playing music fairly loudly from about 5am to 5.30am. If you are a light sleeper, pack earplugs.

- David (8/5): Good value motel in central Kalgoorlie - Nice size room with good kitchenette including hotplates. Nice buffet at the restaurant. Very rough access at rear of property.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom made a loud rumbling noise , the noise from next room shower was very loud , the ceiling had a split with pieces of tape stuck over but to cover but starting to fall off , shower drain very dirty ,expected better for the price.

On inspection of mattress and protected we found a lot of black hairs and the suspicion of bed bugs. I have asked the Motel to contact me on Monday with expectation of a refund fir the room.

Very affordable with room service. Comfortable beds and inside, the unit seemed sound proof as one couldn’t even hear any noise from other tenants
