• Vicki (6/5): Not happy - Very old, needs work done. No signage out the front. Mould on walls, couldnt change air con settings. Cockroaches.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - I must admit I thought Id booked a cabin at the Big 4 next door. So I was a little disappointed. However the stay was still nice, the bed comfortable and its a good size for a family. Our particular cabin could have used a bigger TV but it wasnt really an issue.

I stay down in Coffs 4/5 times a year as my best friend lives there and I won’t be staying here again. Poor communication from managers and then they had the nerve to call me as I was travelling home accusing me of having other people staying just because my kids decided to sleep in different beds on the 2nd night. Was not a friendly call at all! Don’t waste your money this place is a dump!!
• Chris (6/5): - This property needs a major update. Repairs badly needed. Taps dripping, paint pealing, doors don’t close properly, blue toilet and sink in bad repair ,etc. Wifi was very poor. Liked the spaciousness of our suite and location of the property.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - The property is very old and in poor condition. The photos are not a true representation of the property. We walked in to a smell in the cabin coming from the bathroom. Curtains are faded and don't block out light. Layout of living area is awkward, even though it is spacious. Beds were uncomfortable, especially the children's. Lots of marks and cracks on walls. Outside surroundings look unkept also.

• Bec (10/5): - Perfect location. We came to Coffs for a sports event at the Coffs sport ground. These cabins were close enough to the grounds to pop home if we needed anything. Whilst they could do with updating, it was clean, practical, and a good size for our family of four. Would book here again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - This property was great for the money. It’s a good 3 star. If you are looking for a 4 star accomodation at 3 star prices then this is not it. The reception desk closes at 5 pm but when I phoned to say I wouldn’t be there until 7 pm the manager made it easy for me to get in. Having 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen for this price is a bargain. Parking was at your front door and was covered. Very much appreciated as it was pouring rain.

Although its a little run down the pool is a great size and other amenities made our stay great. Looking forward to next time when the renos are complete.

There is an opportunity to improve the basics in each cabin, the taps, shower heads, etc are getting a little out of date and run down. With some upgrades the place would rate even better. That being said, the air con worked, the internet was fast and the beach was close.

No light in the toilet and loose powerpoints in the kitchen. VERY old bathroom and toilet. Fly screens and windows were filthy. Couch had stains all over it. I am sorry to leave such feedback but I wish I knew the reality before I booked.

We have stayed other places in Coffs Harbour and they don't come close to this. The family love it here, it's welcoming and the people who run it are so friendly and caring. • Verified traveler (6/5): Basic cabin. - Cabin was basic with kitchenette and bathroom. Didn't supply enough bedding for the cold temperature, and the little heater just made the night bearable. Some of the chairs had a stale smell. The bedding felt/smelt stale. But it was fine for a one night stay.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Inexpensive Family Holiday Unit - A well located unit, close to the beach and shops. It is very basic but has ample beds, a kitchen/ lounge /dining. I didn't rate the staff well as we arrived at 6pm and left at 7.30am and the office was only open from 8am to 5pm. This did prove to be an issue when we had a problem. I was not informed that you needed to provide your own sheets so I was lucky that I was travelling as part of a move so I had some in the car. A good place if you are looking for cheap overnight accommodation for more than1 person,in separate bedrooms or if you are a family wanting something quieter than a caravan park.
• Tanya (2/5): Very old and dingy - The photos make the place look so much better that the cabin actually was. Very old and unpleasant. Kitchen and bathrooms were terrible. The service was non-existent as no on ever responded when ringing the bell at reception. For $135 per night I expected a little but more. The location however was great as it was 5 mins walk from the beach. Lucky we had lovely weather so we were out most of the time and used public bbq facilities.
• Margaret (10/5): Overnight in Coffs Harbour - The cabin was roomy and private and suited our purpose . I needed to use the laundry and it was a mission to track down the key to the laundry. Also we were not given milk when we arrived and none was offered to us when I asked for it. It was just our bad luck they had run out. The cabin could also benefit by having a hairdryer to use. Overall though we were happy with the cabin stay and would probably use it again . It is very close to the beach and the Surf Club which has great catering.

• Gary (2/5): - The cabin was dated but that would have been fine if it had been clean, the nets in toilet brown stains blinds kitchen falling apart Bedside cabinet bottom shelves thick dust The worse thing was the pillows everyone six in total smelt dreadful had to use dry towels on them to be able to sleep on them, Smoke alarm on ceiling no cover no battery The entrance doorway filthy And the conceret in front entrance door which is used for car and sitting looked liked it had never been swept food bits etc not nice The table outside was sticky and horrid The BBQ was disgusting dirty unusable In total we should taken note of several comments from previous visitors and cancelled we did in fact cut our visit in half would left earlier but had problems finding somewhere else as school holidays but once we did we left. And lost three days rent

Met our needs and was comfortable - appreciated having aircon in the heat! Our only complaint was that the floor was in need of a mop... it was swept but dirty, we ended up keeping shoes on inside!

• Jason (10/5): - The cabins where a great size and we wished we where staying longer as it was only an overnight stay. Bed was comfy and there where plenty of sheets and towels available. Also there was heaps of cooking utensils on hand and if you where to stay there for a week or so it looked like it would be a home away from home. Great rate too and close to a nice cafe for breakfast.

• david (2/5): - The shower stunk of urine and we had to wear thongs to shower as it was so dirty. The so called beds were wooden boxes with mattresses on them and when we had visitors they tried to claim they stayed and wanted to charge for them.Various bugs shared our stay and when the manager was alerted to these and other issues she hung up.

Each cabin has two rooms - one had a double bed and second one had a bunk bed plus a single bed. WOTIF does not clearly tell that upto six people will fit comfortably in one cabin. Best to call the hotel to confirm. I ended up booking two cabins!
• Nicole (10/5): Great Cabin, Great Price - We liked it so much we Re booked another stay on checkout. The 2 managers have exceptional customer service. The cabins are very comfortable with room for everyone They all have air conditioners. The cabins have an undercover carport for cars great when it's rainy. There is also a gorgeous pool and has a bbq as well. The location is very peaceful and so close to the beach and all the shopping centres and restaurants. Absolutely recommend Park Beach Cabins to anyone and everyone. So looking forward to our next stay
• jamie (8/5): Spacious cabin - We stayed at the cabin just one night and it was roomy and comfy but needed a bit more attention to detail. We ran out of toilet paper and there were dead bugs behind the microwave. The wi-fi barely worked and the toaster oven was difficult to get to work as well.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Budget accomodations, good location - Pretty basic accomodations. Definitely a budget facility. Would be great for people with a tight budget who wanted a beach getaway. Two rooms, plus bath. Old bath fixtures, old living room furniture. No outlets to be had except in the kitchen and bare light fixtures. If they were to make simple improvements I'd say put a lamp and power strip in the living room, a shelf for toiletries in the bath and cover all the light fixtures. The location is great - just down the block and across the street from a lovely beach.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - The floor was dirty.. we have to wear our sandal in the house. When we open the kitchen drawer ti get spoon, cockroach came out. When we open the cupboard door to take more pillow or blanket, another cockroach came out. We found a dead cockroach in the bedroom, spider in the toilet. There's no wifii as mentioned before, the TV remote was not working. The Cabin has 2 bedroom , but they charge us another $20 as we bring kids. They mentioned that we only mention 2 adult when booking. Whats the difference ??? While the price $95 was suppose for the whole cabin which have 1 large bed, 1 single bed and 1 bunkbed ????
• s (6/5): Ok for a 1 night stay - Initially thought I was booked into large caravan park a street away from this one so was a little disappointed at first when no booking there. Was redirected to a small park. Clean and tidy older style cabin away from traffic noise. Friendly staff. Ok for overnight stay and budget price.

• Shaun (10/5): Nice cabins close to the beach - I have stayed here a few times now and find it to be one of the best places for the price in Coffs. More like a unit than a hotel with parking at your front door, an outdoor table and sitting area, large comfortable rooms and an easy place to get in and out of. It's an older place but very well kept and a bit of a nostalgia trip back to the seventies and the days of seaside cottages.
• Amanda (6/5): Wouldn't stay again - Very clean cabin, nice size for 1 or 2 people. Property was difficult to find without a GPS. Staff weren't great - didn't tell me anything about the property/ammenities or the town or offer me maps etc, they weren't rude but they weren't particularly friendly either. I left without any paperwork (presumably the confirmation email is my receipt!).
• Verified traveler (4/5): give it a miss unless u are on a budget - well friendly on arrival but seemed more interested in baby shower they was involved in said explained it all with friends where it all was bbq unusable dirty was free wifi never happened said was down but could see a whfi connection tea and coffee supplied but no milk suppiled for it was there for 3 nights same towels no fresh towels very disappointed

• Verified traveler (4/5): Good location BUT.... - Location was good, cabins however were very run down, linen was dirty, kitchen was not well appointed, we had 1 wine glass and 2 tumblers, no teaspoons etc. Cupboards in second bedroom did not open, shower was really poor - held together with a ton of silicon, dirty old shower curtain, tap fell off one morning, no shampoo or body wash in the containers. WiFi did not work and when we enquired it was always (supposidly) down.
• Fiona (10/5): I Love Park Beach Cabins. - I loved staying at Park Beach Cabins. The cabin was very spacious, light and airy. The facilities were very good and I enjoyed the older style of the place.
• Peter (8/5): Cabins - spacious with undercover parking - Comfortable and spacious cabins about 250-300 m from Park Beach in Coffs Harbour. Well appointedand lacking nothing. The only problem was a fridge freezer which was iced up so badly that the lid could not open more than a few centimetres but the owner/manager was most helpful in assisting us to rectify the problem. We would be happy to book there again in the future.
