Stacey (2/5): Not good - Staff were lovely on arrival and offering guests a beer or juice was a nice touch. The motel is conveniently located. The rooms are extremely outdated with missing fixtures and visible holes in the walls. Furniture tops very warn and sticky. The fridge, air conditioner and bathroom fan were all very loud, making it difficult to relax. Foxtel was advertised but non existent, and there was no information provided about appliances or local dining options. The bed was uncomfortable and we were shocked to find a pile of condoms and a jar of used coconut oil in the bedside drawer. Overall, despite the friendly staff and good location, we would not stay here again or recommend.

Kristin (6/5): Pleasant but basic. - The room was specious and had all the necessary furnishings. The bathroom is a little compact but managable. Offstreet parking. The gentleman at check in was friendly and I was offered a complimentary beverage. The bathroom fan was very noisy, so was the fridge during the night. The fridge also froze most of my food one night. There was what seemed like a heat blanket under the bedsheet and the plastic attachemnet and cable were quite uncomfortable. There was no instructions on how to use the heat blanket, if that's what it was.

Trevor (2/5): An experience that I don’t need to repeat ever again - Central The room smelt like urine. It might’ve been the disgusting smell of the disinfectant they had used but the smell was so pungent that I needed to leave the front door open with the air-conditioner going and the exhaust fan such as I was able to breathe without gagging the bed was so far beyond worn out that it was an embarrassment.

Amanda (9/5): - Lovely man at reception. The motel wad right next door to the RSL for lunch or dinner. The water in the shower wasn't running away like it should've 'flooded the floor'. Kettle didn't work. Went hunting for back of the t.v. remote as it kept falling off. While looking under the bed for the back of the remote found lots of rubbish hidden under the beds which looked like it hadn't been cleaned under there for a while. We did let the lovely man at reception know about these things that were found

Trippingaround2016 (10/5): Excellent accomodation in a great location - Our motorcycle ride group have been staying in Armidale for the last 2 years. And this hotel is by far the best for location, amenities and friendly staff. I highly recommend you consider staying here.
