- Yoshihiro (9/5): 昼間はセントーサ等の観光地を行き来し、夜も近くのレストランが充実していました。朝食も種類豊富で美味しくいただけたので満足しております。 - 朝食は美味しかったです。 また、宿泊初日でのチェックインにおいて、部屋ができているからと早めにお部屋にご案内していただきました。荷物もあったので、その後の移動に大変助かりました。 また、二部屋を予約しましたが、コネクティングルームをご案内していただけました。 シャワールームがもう少し広いとありがたかったです。また、温度調整に難航しました。 部屋からの眺めは特に気になりませんでした。USSが見えないのでも、逆に静かでいい部屋をご案内していただけたのかもしれません。

All the hotel staff we met were helpful and friendly. Guest relations staff at reception were very accomodating with providing us with connecting rooms. Complimentary mini bar waters were a hit as we did not have to search for water on arrival or during our stay. Rooms are large and beds very comfortable.

All the extra bathroom toiletries were an excellent touch. Good variety at breakfast. Close to Universal Studios, golf course and Aquarium. It is a bit of a walk to get to the breakfast area. The promotion say you get discounts if you say you are staying at the hotel, but it was not the case. All the eating places close at 21:00, you need to order room service or a delivery from outside. The staff made you feel like they were doing you a favour when you asked for or about something.

There’s free water station on the room floor. The blanket is too thick. Would prefer a thinner one.

It is super clean, neat & had nice set up with the best bedding, softest pillows & very cozy bed👌💗Highly recommended👏 Special shout out to the two kind receptionists Ms MoeMoe & Mr Andy for their good service & friendly approach. My family & I were so grateful & very happy for the surprised room upgrade they gave us.

Maybe I was a little sick and took medication, I reported lost of my mobile 2 times in a day! And at the end , it was myself who misplaced it and a charging station. The security team at RWS casino entrance was very helpful and nice and excellent for professionalism . I had Tim who followed me for the incident report . I am sorry I can’t write the names of the team members . Malay , Chinese and Indians. But you guys were great ! Thanks Lance
- lisamaulani (8/5): Good choice hotel in Sentosa - Good choice hotel if you want to stay with the kids cause the location it's really close to Universal Studio Singapore. For the hotel room was good, not large not too small, clean enough, the staff also nice and friendly. They have swimming pool but small, the gym also small with just several equipment. For the breakfast restaurant have very limited table, the queue very long in the morning.
- naz985 (10/5): Great hotel, best ever - It is great experience. We were selected to upgrade to a Deluxe premium room, it has a big bathtub, free mini bar, all the Clarins products. They are really great. The staff are really friendly, especially Myat, she helped us to check in. The breakfast is great, although you need to walk to Hotel Ora, it was a pleasant walk with all the luxury brands shops. We have got the 3D2N package, including the oceanarium and adventure water park. Very nice view of the Universal Studio and the castle. Everything is perfect, we will definitely come back to stay here again.

- howard689 (8/5): Our Wonderful Stay at Hotel Michael - My wife and I visited Singapore in December 2025. We picked Hotel Michael for our 5-day trip to explore the most of Sentosa. Our experience was amazing. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were greeted by attentive porters. The receptionist, Myat, was exceptionally helpful as she introduced us to the various hotel facilities and activities on Sentosa island. She also gave us a QR code for free transportation around the island and made an afternoon tea reservation for us at Ocean Restaurant. The restaurant is located inside the Oceanarium! Overall, the check-in process was smooth and enjoyable, and a late room check-out at 12 PM added a bonus to our stay. The hotel was designed by the renowned American architect Michael Graves, and the décor in the lobby adds a unique charm to the atmosphere. Our room was spacious and clean. The tile mural inside the bathroom was absolutely a highlight. The thoughtful touches of free nuts, coffee, and bottled water greatly enhanced our stay. Buffet breakfast was served at Loma, which is a restaurant inside Hotel Ora. It was crowded after 8:00 AM as it served both Hotel Michael and Hotel Ora's guests. Despite the bustle, we particularly enjoyed the pandan cake, which was moist and fragrant. The freshly made waffles and pancakes were also delightful, and the Indian roti was a pleasant surprise. Located inside Resorts World Sentosa, Hotel Michael is just a walking distance to a number of "must-see" attractions, including Oceanarium, Universal Studios, the casino, and Skyline Luge. In addition, the hotel is near Imbiah Station, where you can board the Sentosa Express monorails to explore the island or visit VivoCity. VivoCity is the nearest shopping mall, offering budget-friendly dining options. At B2 level is HarbourFront station that makes traveling around Singapore very convenient through the MRT network. Overall, our experience at Hotel Michael was incredible, thanks to its prime location and the outstanding hospitality from the staff. We would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an enjoyable holiday in Sentosa!

There are a lot of restaurants and food options nearby, so finding something to eat was never a problem. The front desk staff Andy was very friendly and kindly offered us lollipops and a late check-out. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would be happy to stay here again.

We were very amazed by the size, cleanliness and design of the suite when we entered. Facing the USS, the scenery was just spectacular. In addition, the front-counter staff, Myat, was very polite and detailed when she went through the details with us. The experience was awesome! Our entire family truely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Michael, Sentosa. The toilet was separated from the bathroom. There was no sink or bidet in the washroom, which can be rather inconvenient.
- Escape31875619223 (2/5): Terrible Stay Due to Ongoing Renovations - This was an extremely unpleasant stay due to major renovation works taking place daily from 10am to 7pm. The noise was constant and intense — loud drilling, hammering, and construction sounds throughout the day. It was impossible to rest or stay comfortably in the room. The noise levels were so severe that I experienced headaches while trying to stay in the hotel during the day. This completely defeated the purpose of booking a hotel for comfort and rest. I strongly advise anyone who values peace and comfort to avoid staying here until all renovation works are fully completed.

Great for kids and family. We got a free upgrade to Presidential Suites and it was really huge! Filled with TWG tea and bacha coffee. Many tvs and even Karaoke set. The family really enjoyed it for sure. Clean spacious and huge place for kids to run around. Special shout out to Astika frm Hotel Michael Resort World for the great service! Merry Christmas!

I would also like to thank all the hotel staff for their consistent support and kindness. Every time we come to Singapore, we can feel a sense of belonging here. Among all the wonderful experiences, the help and warmth we received from KAI at the front desk stood out the most. KAI is not only professional but also incredibly patient and sincere. When we first arrived in Sentosa, we were unfamiliar with the transportation system and how to get around. KAI took the initiative to clearly and thoroughly explain all the transportation options, the best routes between attractions, and the easiest ways for us to travel without stress. His explanations were detailed and practical — not generic answers, but genuine suggestions that helped us save time and avoid unnecessary difficulties. What touched us even more was his gentle attitude. Throughout the entire conversation, he was calm, patient, and never once showed any sign of rushing, even when we repeated our questions. He made us feel completely at ease and confident navigating Sentosa. During our stay, we also accidentally misplaced a cup. KAI immediately offered to help search for it and followed up personally. His sense of responsibility and his willingness to treat our problem as his own left a deep impression on us. This kind of sincere service is truly rare. At Hotel Michael, we didn’t feel like strangers going through a standard check-in process — we felt a genuine sense of home. The staff here make us feel welcomed, understood, and cared for, rather than simply being guests passing through.
