• Sarah (10/5): When a storm hits and your flights are cancelled...stay here! - During a Red Alert weather event, huge numbers of flights were being cancelled. I booked last minute, arrived after hours and in pouring rain. They kept reception open to greet us and couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating, allowing us to check out late the next day. Great customer service. Lovely warm rooms, comfy beds and sky TV. Can't recommend highly enough.

Close to cafe and restaurant that are both average It’s right next door to a child care centre so it’s very noisy during the day We had a few hours of young playing right outside our room entrance which was somewhat annoying

Je hoort de vliegtuigen, zeker to 22:30 uur en in de ochtend vanaf 6:30. Er is helemaal geen eetgelegenheid in de buurt. Kortom, met deze prijs kun je zeker iets beters krijgen.

Nous avons dû réserver à la dernière minute, j’ai été surprise par la propreté de la chambre et le confort qu’elle offrait, c’était parfait pour nous offrir du repos avant de prendre le ferry le lendemain! On airport flight path so quite noisy, fortunately about 10 to -20 an hour and stopped from about 11pm and started about 6.30am. Could benefit from redecorating

• Lois (10/5): We appreciated the offstreet parking and being a short drive to everything. - Great continuous personal service meant we really felt valued. Every comfort was catered to, for example heaters, electric blanket, Sky TV, places to put luggage, bathroom layout, kitchen supplies. Daily unobtrusive cleaning and tidying by a friendly, efficient housekeeper was much appreciated. The only very small thing was that I usually have bedding that one can pull right up to the chin, as at home we usually sleep with an open window. However this didn't really matter, as the options to keep warm and fresh were great. We slept well, thank you!
