• Darren (8/5): Excellent other than the weather :-) ... and the mattress - Location was great Unit is well located and set up. Great facilities. Unit is large and comfortable (other than the bed mattress) Were it not for the mattress, it would have exceeded our expectations and would definitely stay again The Mattress in the main room was very soft in parts and uncomfortable to sleep in with a bit of an inward roll The unit was excellent, however needs some minor maintenance . 1 Stove knob loose/broken . 1 missing towel hanger knob on back on bathroom door . Exhaust fan in ensuite does not work . several downlights were very dim or flickered with one failing whilst we were there (kitchen/dining) area
• Jennifer (3/5): Fantastic location, great property, pity noisy water hammer impacted our stay. - The location was great, the apartment was overall clean except for some dirty glasses and cupboards that needed a clean and wipe down and clean before use. The pool and deck area were lovely. Unfortunately during our stay we experienced a water hammer noise during the day and night. This required a plumber to come and fix the issue. We spent 2 days and nights trying to sort this. The owner of the apartment didn’t feel it warranted supporting this issue even though our entire family was up in the night with the noise every time a tap was used. However, Tabi the agent ( James) was excellent and went over and above with his efforts to support us and the agency refunded us our last night in full so we could move out and get some sleep in a different accomodation location. I would highly recommend Tabi agency but please be aware that this maybe an issue if you stay in this apartment.

• LYDIE (8/5): Bel appartement bien équipé et bien situé - Emplacement parfait à courte distance de la rivière le ménage n'est pas très bien fait, il n'y a pas de réception et il faut porter les bagages sur plusieurs étages.

• Bradley (10/5): We had a lovely stay in a luxurious apartment in a fantastic location! - Quiet, private setting but only a short stroll to foreshore and Main Street. Spacious, comfortable bed. Excellent facilities. Stairs, when carrying large suitcases! Nb. Overheads exhaust fans were not working in ensuite or laundry. Also the toilet in the ensuite appeared to be leaking into the bowl, causing a periodic refilling of the tank. This was relatively noisy, occurring briefly every 20-30 minutes.
• Nick (7/5): Property is dated but bed was very comfortable and clean, good bathroom facilities. - Location was good, as described. Walk to everything on offer on Gympie Terrace and river. We particularly appreciated the generous toiletries in kitchen and bathrooms (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap). Much better than other places we have stayed at where you are given a tiny sachet of toiletries and detergent. Detail to cleaning should have been much better. I don’t think the range hood above the hot plate has ever been cleaned, I touched it and it was full of built up grease! Also cleaning around the shower base was non existent.

Undercover parking. Spacious apartment and very clean. Smart TV. 3 flights of stairs so be aware that there is no lift.
• Peter (9/5): A comfortable place to stay in a well equipped apartment in a great location. - This was a two bedroom fully equipped apartment with comfortable furniture and all necessary equipment for an extended stay. The whole apartment was tastefully decorated and the location was set back in a quiet street only a very short walk from the beach.
• Maria (8/5): It was clean and comfortable - There were a great number of restaurants' and cafes to have meals. location was very good The apartment did not have a lift which made it very difficult to carry our large bags up 3 floors. this apartment is not really suitable for older person which have health issues.

• Deborah (7/5): Good - Good location in that it was walking distance to the river, dining, retail, ferry & activities. Consumables supplied were good. The parking & layout of the apartment was great. The lounge & bed were comfortable. Sewerage system was getting blocked & you could smell it in the bathrooms. A plunger was supplied in the main bathroom, probably because of those issues. Ensuite bathroom ceiling turned on, but fan didn't operate. Range hood was really dirty. Lounge & Dining chairs needed a professional clean. The shower screen in the ensuite needed replacing. General cleaning needed to be better. We were there for 11 nights & no change of linen provided, not even a spare set of sheets in the cupboard. We would be happy to stay again once those issues were sorted.

• Robyn (4/5): We had a good time despite the situation but would probably want an explanation regarding this. - The property was very comfortable, clean and location good. We booked for 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit but one of the toilets was not working. So we all had to use the ensuite one and woke the person sleeping there when we went. Apparently they knew about the situation before we got there but was not offered alternative accommodation, so didn’t get what we paid for.
• Andrew (10/5): Perfect stay in Noosaville - Very nicely furnished and presented apartment with lovely street aspect balcony. Air conditioned and all the nice amenities... Shampoo, conditioner, soap, and coffee, tea, sugar in the kitchen. Complex has very nice private pool. Apartment located 2min walk from the river and some restaurants/cafes. Property management communicate well. We loved our stay. No complaints.
• Sandra (7/5): Great location - Great location Drains were smelly in both bathrooms, covered them with the bath mats which helped somewhat. Oven was too dirty to use, Kettle needed cleaning before use. Salt, pepper, oil not supplied in kitchen, needed an oven glove if you wanted to use the oven. Frypan dirty. Pool area only hard hard plastic loungers, no cushions supplied, put us off using the pool area which was small. FYI, the apartment was in a complex of apartments which seemed to be mostly occupied by older tenants, very quiet.
