mark (5/5): needs a up date colors etc and may be double glazed windows . - location near beach and club and cafes all close by , the view was pretty good .Price was not to bad could of been better. The location to beach and club and cafes were the main things. Bed was hard , day core was set back in the 90s , grey and peach colors . Needed more prints etc and also accouple of small coffee tables .The road noise started about 6.00am and went all day .Did not know it was the main road through .

The light in the bathroom kept flickering and the staff were prompt to try and fix but it didn’t fix and it was quite irritating not having a light. I didn’t like the bath towels seemed quite old and not enough toilet paper.

The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and the bathroom fan made a terrible noise.

Close to Ulladulla where you can find more coffe shops, boutiques, restaurants, supermarkets and more. Dave is a very helpful and great host. We had a very relaxing time there and will definitely be back. Nothing. All was good!!

Jane (10/5): Happy Days in Mollymook - Lovely spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, comfortable enough bed but my husband & I are short & tall so it's hard when we are travelling to get great comfort for both unless we sleep in separate beds - which we have done on occasions. Great cross ventilation with cool coastal breezes coming through living area & main bedroom. very close to beach (great beach) & very close to Golf club - great for dinner. The Bogey Hole swimming spot is not far - you can walk - most people drive. Great to cool off & snorkel. Dave the host is lovely - very friendly & easy to engage with for information - we decided to stay an extra night & he gave us a good deal. There is a laundry you can use without charge & an outside clothesline. The only negative was the traffic noise at times as it's on the corner of Shepherd & Ingold. Shepherd is a reasonable thoroughfare to the beach & the Golf club. So there were certain times that the traffic would get noisy. Although the AirCon worked very well- so just shut the doors & windows & turn it on - Happy Days.

Smoking guests on the balcony below and next to us was disappointing at all times of morning/night that we stayed as we couldn’t leave our screen doors open or sit out on our balcony.
