Parking is easy right near your door and the location is walking close to everything in Queanbeyan. For a work traveller its perfect, if its 1 night or 4 nights its a great location with everything you need. The rooms are large with a great long desk to work on, a tv, fridge and ensuite with EXCELLENT strong hot water shower.

- Maddie (5/5): The stay was okay but I wouldn’t stay there again. - The desk with lights on the mirror was great and the beds were okay. The people that own the motel are very friendly! Bathroom was really gross, shower curtain had stains on it which looked like blood and there was also black mould on the shower curtain. There was no ventilation in the bathroom and it was run down. The shower head was cracked so it was spitting everywhere.

- yumi (9/5): Comfortable for short stays. Not too far from Canberra CBD. - Close to supermarkets and other shops. Quiet area to stay. Not too far to drive to Canberra CBD and other neighbourhoods. Easy and efficient check in/check out. I have stayed here a few times. At least once a year. Parking lot is a bit small. Quite a few large utes and pick up trucks were parked in the parking lot when I stayed and made it a little difficult to park, but it was only a minor inconvenience. If I didn't have an injured leg at the time, I wouldn't have struggled a bit carrying luggage to my room and probably wouldn't have worried about parking the car closer. At least there was enough space for street parking.

Electric blankets were so appreciated - Winter Stay Parking was tight, but everyone seem to manage. The rooms are old but clean could benefit from.some TLC, but this motel was fully booked 3 out of the 4 nights we were there. With families, workers, and travellers.

- Phillip (9/5): Although the motel looks aged the rooms are very clean (love the shower) warm with toaster jug microwave even a tea pot, - Have stayed 3 times in the last month. Staff very helpful. Close to shops. Very warm and comfortable. Could have a chair outside room on ground floor upstairs has some.
- Robyn (6/5): Good, budget option for a stay in Queanbeyan. - The location is good- right near supermarkets and public transport. It’s on one of the main roads so easy to find the way back. The room was very clean and the inclusion of cutlery, some small plates, a microwave and a toaster was welcome. The usual fridge and kettle were also present. There was a high, small window at the rear of the room which had two separate light sources projecting into the room from the street behind. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade but was clean and functional.

Will strongly consider here again when I'm visiting family in Canberra. - This motel was within a few hundred metres of where I needed to go to for a training course so was perfectly located for what I needed. I was also able to park and leave my car there while I was at the course. There's even more parking further back if you don't want your car visible from the street. The room was comfortable and was more than adequate for a place to sleep after my course and visiting relatives in Canberra as well. There is a microwave, fridge and TV (which I didn't use but are there if you need them). Keep in mind you will need your own cups/glasses and cutlery (not an issue for me - maybe they were supplied on request but I didn't think to ask). I ended up extending my stay from 1 day to two and I should have booked two days originally as I would have gotten the discount for both days by booking a two day or more stay in the first place! Pictures are from Room 5 which I was very satisfied with. Not a complaint in the slightest but keep in mind the front desk closes at 8pm unless you let them know in advance (which my fault I hadn't and I cut things a bit fine by leaving later than planned from Sydney and getting there at 7:50pm). Also, the wifi password printout had an error with one digit. Once again not a complaint, just advice to try it straight away so that when I called for help, the very helpful person from the front desk was able to come and fix the problem before 8:30pm instead of me disturbing them at a much later hour.
