Staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially when booking k'gari tour. The pool is amazing and well maintained. The lovely lady that resides there was exceptionally helpful and welcoming as well. Couldn't have picked a better place to stay. 😊 Haven't got a bad thing to say 😊

- Amara (10/5): - The apartment was a lot bigger than we expected. A lot of places in Hervey Bay are quite outdated but this apartment was very modern. It has a great view towards the beach and the pool was a good size. We also used the tennis court for some fun with the kids as they provided the rackets. This place is worth the price. Will absolutely book here on our next trip to Hervey Bay. Thank you for a pleasant stay :)

Weird smell like a cheap Chinese hotel (trust me I have stayed in a few!). Might be one of the cleaning products that has a Formaldehyde smell.

Surrounding gardens lovely too. The 3 bedroom apartment with jacuzzi was gorgeous. It was a pleasure to stay at such a well designed and beautifully appointed apartment. The rooms were bright and airy with incredible views. The beds and pillows were supremely comfortable and the kitchen had absolutely everything one needed. WiFi worked well. Definitely worth paying the extra money to stay at this lovely place in Hervey Bay. Nothing to dislike.

We only found one place that was at the other end of town. It took us 2 taxi rides for bike pick up and drop off. Supermarkets were way too far for walking and carrying heavy parcels.

- Heather (10/5): Second stay, we'll be back! - This was our second stay. Our two bedroom apartment was very spacious with two bathrooms, including tub. The kitchen was very well equipped, with everything we could possibly need. Washer/ dryer was very useful after a couple of rainy days. Lots of crockery, glassware and cutlery as well as sharp knives. Beautiful view and in a fantastic location. Free parking in a secure garage and limited spots on the grounds. Lovely easy walk to Enzo's on the Esplanade which was amazing for food and drink options. We had issues with the oven which was a bit tricky. Turned out it was us who just couldn't work it out.

- Trinity (5/5): Overall, average stay. Due to hygiene issues and key issues, probably won't stay again. - We enjoyed the apartment itself and the layout. The aircon was also nice. I paid for a pool view, however they put me on ground floor with no pool view (pool access, yes but I paid extra for the view and did not get this). We also had dirty towels from previous guests still hung up in the second bathroom, this was a little off-putting. The door to get into our apartment was well worn out, difficult to open. We stayed 3 nights however there was no option discussed re linen change. The blankets stored in the cupboard were musky and had clear, visible stains. There was also no complimentary milks, like you'd find in most hotels. When i attempted to call the after hours number (when i couldn't get into my room) it was engaged.

For an international tourist with no phone roaming it cost me $12.00 to call an after hours number and leave a message. As it was, reception heard the call and came to the entrance. Huge apartment for only 2 people. Terrific. By memory I could not book a 1 bedroom unit online direct so ended up with a 2 bedroom through Booking.com. Couches in lounge too low and uncomfortable for my wife and myself but of course worked with that. Sun loungers by pool were rock hard with no squabs. Only a 2 day stay.

- Heather (10/5): Lovely apartment, close to everything - Out Apartmenthaus spacious, modern and clean. Balcony had a view of the pool and Gardens and then onto the Sea. The kitchen was really well equipped with everything we could need for our two nights stay. Fully air conditioned and fans throughout, couldn't have asked for more!

- Lisa (10/5): Stunning Luxury Apartment - WOW! This apartment was incredible. The kind of place I could absolutely live in. So spacious and comfy. Absolutely everything you could want or need when you’re on vacation. Has a spa on the balcony that was so delicious to use on a rainy stay. Great location - across from the beach. Definitely will stay again! Not something I didn’t like but something that’s a heads up for others. I heard a weird vibrating / rumbling sound around midnight the first night that I couldn’t identify at first. We turned light switches on and off in the bathrooms thinking it was a bathroom fan. Turned out it was the neighbours spa bath on their balcony. They were then in and out of it all day the next day and right through until really late at night - like 1am. The spa vibrates into your apartment (and the main bedroom) and yours into the neighbours

The pool and spa were fabulous and pretty at night with all the lights. Even the balcony was huge. Loved the secure car park and close proximity to the local shopping strip and beach. Kitchen had everything one could need. Ducted aircon throughout kept the apartment so comfortable. Beds were really comfy. Some things in the apartment were a little wonky and had obviously broken and were just being propped up and left there for the aesthetic. They were not important things just some decor.

- Jane (9/5): Good apartment, don’t bother with hot tub! - The location was great, good views of the bay from balcony, plus a very short stroll to beach, shops and restaurants! My only gripe was the noise from the road! I think the apartment doors need some TLC and being the light sleeper I am it did wake me at times! Also the hot tub I wouldn’t be willing to use due to the look of it!!! I didn’t want to take the risk!

The staff are warm, friendly and accomodating. - The location was ideal, right in the heart of town with cafés, pubs, and shops nearby, and directly across the road from the beach. The apartment itself was modern, secure, and spacious, with an incredible balcony view overlooking the ocean. The gardens were beautifully maintained, and the pool area was fantastic, complete with access to a sauna and gym. The undercover secure parking with two spaces was a great bonus, as it’s rare to find apartments offering double parking. Everything else was enjoyable; however, the bathrooms did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned. There was mould present in both showers on the walls, tiles, and ceiling lining, which may pose a health concern. The balcony spa was also difficult to use due to low water levels and cleanliness.

- Deborah (10/5): Lovely beach front apartment, in beautiful complex with great amenities. - Lovely spacious and clean apartment. Well stocked with everything you need. Lovely staff who dealt with my out of hours calls patiently and efficiently. Great facilities just wish we’d had longer to make use of them. Only comment might be the air conditioning was so efficient that we almost needed to put a jumper on.
