• Alistair (4/5): Basic accommodation that did the job - The accommodation did the job, basically a room to sleep in. No breakfast included. The premises are in need of maintenance and some extensive and thorough cleaning. Eg cracked handbasin in our room, wmissing its plug which was broken ,shower that leaked water onto floor, old dirty carpet in room, drying room with debris in it. Last guests hair in bathroom.When I didn’t receive the access code via sms and I rang the person made out that I was in the wrong. Fridge broken and damaged and leaked water from the freezer. The place did its job but would I go there again ? No.

• Brian (5/5): Budget accommodation at luxury resort prices - Room was suitable our needs. Not value for money. They knew they were the only accommodation available, $1200+ for one night during snow season. No interactions with staff at all, self check in/out.
• Leigh (2/5): I refused to stay there - The beds and blankets were very dirty and i left the hotel and refused to stay. For $390 i would expect blankets to use that are not 10 years old and dirty.

• Craig (3/5): - Parking onsite Mid level price, budget level facilities. Injured first day of stay (knee ruptured etc) had to travel north for medical assistance. No interest in considering a future credit for any days forgone, if there was a last minute booking made by someone else.

• Maddison (5/5): It was alright, abit pricey for what is it but the beds were comfy and staff seemed friendly - Comfy beds, easy check in It was abit unorganised walking through the motel and our shower was not cleaned from previous guests, still had rubbish on shower floor and the shower screen was filthy
• Ginger_Ninja_01 (5/5): Overall, "yuk". - Good location. Overall condition of this place is not great. It's worn, neglected, and kinda smells funny. The room was spacious but the beds were disgusting. The mattresses are an agar dish for the next global pandemic and should be disposed of with fire. The general use toilet is severely cracked are having on to the ground by one screw; don't picot on the seat or the loo will fall over. The fly screen doors have been removed and placed on the balcony... no idea why they're not attached. Probably wouldn't stay here again because it's so gross. The bedside lap is broken. The oil heater doesn't work. The curtains were falling off. Overall, "yuk".
• Mus (3/5): Not impressed what so ever - Location Very out dated. The last time I visited this place was around 15 years ago and it's still exactly the same. Very run down. I call up the main number because there were kids on the above level right on top of my room that were making heaps of noise at 10pm and the older guy on the phone said what do you want me to do about it and that they are kids he then hang up on me. Very unprofessional. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place also would never go back.

• Nerida (7/5): Good bang for buck, places needs a bit of loving. - Good sized room and nicely renovated ensuite. Good drying room. Microwave handy but nothing to wipe it out with. Fireplaces were there but no fire or kindling or firewood etc to light fire. Also fire lighter broken. Restaurant was a stretch to call it a restaurant. Cold in common areas, Hester available but not on.

• Milan (8/5): Cheap compared to other locations in Jindabyne, but still had good beds and bathroom, plus drying rm - Well priced, convenient, warm and clean. Good drying room. EV charger available. Didn't know about EV charging until i found it by accident. Placed looked deserted at times.

The room smelt, the carpet was mouldy, the bathroom had been renovated but still was a lot of mould considering, only channels on the tv that worked was sbs and abc. We did not see a receptionist at all to address any issues. The pizza place was closed - looked like it was shut down.

The TV only offered limited stations which were not appropriate for my family.

• SHAH (5/5): To sum up, in the future I will not stay there if I go Jindabyne. - Location, Spacious room and Bathroom was very good and looks like recently renovated. That's all I like. Room was not clean that we expected, they charged around AUD 375 for a night, compare to this price we expected at least room would be clean, where floor carpet was very dirty, mould everywhere, bad smell, even blanket was not clean properly, I saw few mould or spot on the blanket, mattress was very old - middle side of the mattress was bot down. Furthermore, Check in time 3 pm and check out time 10 am, I mean SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!!

• Akshay Vinaykumar (7/5): Comfortable stay at a nice & clean place with lots of parking. - Location was good. Nice restaurant inside. Very nice brewery nextdoor. Nice common area with fireplace. A lot to walk inside the door with bags to reach rooms. The height of the lower bed of the bunk bed is too low. Always have to watch head of an adult is sleeping on the bunk bed. Price is a bit too high. But I can understand it's season.

• Alexander (9/5): Warm and cosy group accomodation in a convenient location to access the snow - Rooms were warm and dry. Air con in room was great for winter, the bathroom stayed dry despite 4 guests. Drying room was very handy for the snow. Common area was handy for chilling out.

• Asheesh (4/5): Not a good place to stay with family and the prices were as high as a good 3 star hotel - Location was good Quality of Room and Beds. Heating was not not good when winter was on peak. No drinking water tap you have to use the toilet washbasin to clean your hands and use the same tap to shove the dirty kettle provided to get some water for making tea.

Unable to have dinner at restaurant due to school trip booking out the restaurant breakfast and dinner every night and can’t cater for us.

• Giedre (9/5): Great for small family of three after skiing all day - After reading reviews I had very low expectations about motel, however it really surprised me. For the peak season - the price was great. The room was spacious, had small kitchen table, heater/conditioner worked very well. Many options for pillow hight and firmness. Bathroom was clean, big and water got quickly hot which was lovely after skiing. Easy check in instructions and fun vending machine for key pick up. Design is a bit outdated but it didn’t bother us for sleeping only

Sheets didn’t appear to be clean. Consistently ran out of hot water. Hotel environment was very noisy with no curfews either set or adhered to.

It had EV charging station. Dirty carpet, the room’s fly screen door was off and leaning against the door when we checked in. Lots of spider webs on the balcony and full of cigarette buds on the floor of the balcony.

• Michael (8/5): Great staff, budget accommodation, good location - This property was located in a very convenient spot that was a short drive to the shops while a short walk to the lake. Very laid back place and was quiet. Check in process was very easy. Cleanness can very much improve in the room. Wifi didn’t work in the rooms, but did work in the restaurant area.

However when we arrive there at midnight, receptionist ask us to pay extra for our kids, 8yo and 9yo…. So we paid extra $100/ night
