• TERRY (8/5): - I liked the fact it was close to Sydney Motor Sport Park, only 8 minutes from the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Within a 2 hour drive from Mt Panorama. Staff were friendly. No pool or restaurant or bar facilities.
• MICHAEL (8/5): - Very good and handy motel close To where I wanted to be close To the SMP race track location. Few minutes drive to there of the great western highway . Supermarket, fast foods, servos , easy quick in and out with all the main artery routes. Just needed a microwave so we could cook something when we hungry !!! No restaurant in the motel for the price I paid for the 5 days .
• Aiyaz (6/5): - We stayed for 3 days. The towels were not changed and the tea/coffee were not replenished. Staff could have more welcoming and courteous.

• Debbie (4/5): - We had to request extra towels (2), no hand towels or washes for the bathroom, no tissues only 2 pillows and they we most unimpressed that I would want any more pillows than the 2 I had on the bed and also no blankets. As well when you leave the room the electricity goes off and the air con stops working to warm the room and with no with no blankets was a cold room. Management only complained that using expedia took all their profits and therefore minimal basis necessities in the rooms. Not a good place to stay and expensive.

Receptionist was lovely and a pleasure to deal with when checking in and out but I wish I could say the same to the male that answered the phone when I tried to confirm booking. I was rudely hung up on and told he was too busy to answer my questions. I nearly canceled just on that experience.

• Satinder Vir singh (2/5): - One of the worse customer service ever seen at this place. They have no sense how to behave with customers. They are just money greedy. I would strongly recommend for everyone not to book this place. Worse people ever seen. Rooms and place is really bad as well.

• Kaye (8/5): - This place was easily accessed, clean and reasonably priced. Only negatives were the sealed arnotts biscuits had been sitting there for so long that they had become stale in the packets. Also, most other places around this price point would let you know at reception what the wifi access process is but we had to dial reception after getting into our room and realising it wasnt explained. Apart from these 2 things, if you're looking for something simple, neat and clean then this will work for u as it did for us for a 1 night stay while visiting from interstate.

• Paul (6/5): - Room had a smell about it so I turned on the AirCon to help however it was obviously the culprit. Left on for a while but didn't improve so turned off. Some sort of incident overnight where a young woman was shouting out for "Daniel", crying, screaming etc. Banged on my (and other guests) windows and doors...went on for somewhere between 30 and 60 minutes, around 2am

• daniel (6/5): - Hotel was close to the destination that I was attending over the weekend. When I got to the room the fridge wasn’t turned on but the room was clean. The next day found out that the milk that was in the fridge was off and had to go to the front desk to ask for more milk. The room didn’t have a microwave but only had a kettle and fridge. And had to go to the front desk to ask for the WI-FI code it was nowhere to be found in the room itself. But overall good stay

• Tim (10/5): - Only issue i had, was the fridge was turned off and had milk in it which was off. Solution to this would to hand out fresh milk to person or persons checking in and let them know to turn the fridge on.
• Toney (10/5): Good night sleep - Even though it’s right next to a busy highway you could not even hear the traffic once you lay your head down to go to sleep quiet and not noisy at all

• Louise (4/5): - The property did not have our booking upon arrival despite booking 4 days in advance. The room had large cracks in the walls and mould in the shower grout. Beds and pillows were clean & comfortable. Needed to get someone to turn fridge on and replace air-conditioning remote.
• Belinda (2/5): - The owner Ted is a grumpy, mean and not sure why he is hospitality. I own an apartment in the city and he was questioning over and over if we smoked which we don’t. Was treated like someone that was going to trash the hotel. I have stayed in first class places around the world. Even his response on google reviews was rude and disgusting. Not that I stay out West - it was only due to Supercars. Read reviews before booking this accommodation. He goes on and on about booking through 3rd parties, if you are so worried get off the sites and put your own website up. Seriously. DO NOT STAY HERE
