- Rebekah (6/5): - The property was close to town. It was clean. Tea and coffee provided. Clean linen. Hot shower available. Air conditioning worked well. TV only had live TV and WiFi did not work -out of range. No lights at the bedside (also no power points beside the bed). I definitely felt safe and despite being next to the highway, I was not disturbed by sounds of traffic.

- peter (6/5): - Loved the hot water in the shower. Great big T.V. The bottom sheet was stained. Lumpy pillows. Noisy air-con straight above bed. Turned it off to sleep but there were enough blankets to keep warm. Feel springs on mattress while sleeping.

It is relatively clean (bathroom was certainly clean), the main room needs a deep clean (skirting boards were very dirty), bin was emptied once in 5 days, there was no evidence that the room was vacuumed, the net curtain was torn, there were no bedside lights or tissues. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant advertised online but it couldn't be found? All of the outside areas (gardens and pool) well-kept.
- Bill (8/5): - Good value for money if you’re doing a short stay with a big group. Only 1 toilet shared among 8 was a bit busy, but otherwise not bad. Reasonably clean. Aircon heating could be better, but the covers are warm enough

The bed was very comfortable and shower was great water pressure. Only 1 biscuit to share lol and it was my birthday so i was not sharing lol. A fair bit of road noise so the front roo.s i would avoid next time. But super clean.

Staff were excellent and a short 5 minute drive to the shops. Motel is in a semi rural area and nicely spread out

Blown bedside light bulbs not replaced, chipped coffee mugs, no wine glasses, dirty drink glasses, unsightly wallpaper damage and NO WiFi in rooms at a distance from room 8!!! We were advised by reception that the router was too old to reach our two rooms, 2 & 3. THEN upgrade!!!! Or, dont advertise that you have a service if you clearly don't!!

Sign in reception stated that wifi wasn't available, no explanation given, not good enough when guests have chosen a stay based on facilities advertised. Very strong smell of air freshener, perhaps to attempt to counteract mouldy smell from drains in bathroom..

No runner on bathroom sliding door base and the air conditioner remote falls apart in your hand and on/off button not clearly identifiable.

WE ARRIVED AT 9.15pm AS WE TOLD THEM AND FOUND KEY UNDER MAT. tHANKS. hOWEVER WHEN WE TURNED TAP ON INTHE VANITY BASIN WATER LEAKED OUT OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR. i DID THINK OF GETTING TOOLS OUT AND FIXING BUT TOO TIRED AMND WANTED A SHOWER. wELL A SHOWER WE COULDNT HAVE. i RAN THE HOT WATER TAP FOR TEN MINUTES AND THE WATER WAS BARELY WARM ALMOST COLD. SO NO SHOWER OR HOT WATER TO WARM UP OR GET CLEAN. HAD TO BE COLD WATER. dISSAPOINTED. oTHERWISE ONLY SAVING FACTOR WE COULD STRETCH OUT STRAIGHT ONTHE BED AFTER DRIVING FOR SOME TIME. THANK YOU ALL

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Very very run down. - some lights didn’t work - Sewage smell - leach in the shower - roof overhang was way too low, kept hitting my head when I went to the car. Mind you I was tired but I’m only 188cm.

My shower started lukewarm and went cold in 1 minute, my wife missed out. Not happy. Unexplained fire alarm during night. Curtain track off wall at one end, obvious dampness in living wall due to shower leaking from behind. Had to hold toaster control to operate it. Office closed when we left at 8am so unable to report.

- Barry (8/5): A Great Night's Sleep - Friendly welcome, quick check-in, parking outside the door, comfortable bed, great split-level air conditioning, convenient location, Low Tariff.
- James (4/5): Disappointing - Disappointing experience. Room was very dated, bathroom fan cover had fallen off and was in the floor, fluro light needed replacing as it blinked incessantly. Second bedroom smelled terrible. On the other hand the room was large and spacious, parking was ideal and Highway noise was better than expected. Overall the motel needs some TLC to bring it back to modern condition.

- Ida (6/5): Quite a good hotel - The motel bedroom is clean, the bed is comfortable and the location is close to the national park. I can sleep well although my room is close to the highway. the bathroom is quite clean as well. For the price that I paid I think the motel is quite a good. The only 2 thing that I don't like is the receptionist is not friendly and the wifi in my room is not working.
- Hardy (8/5): This one gets our tick of approval - The room at this motel is very comfortable, well fitted out and very clean with a comfortable bed and a good sized bathroom. Good value for money. The only down side is that it is on the Oxley Highway with a lot of trucks passing by - fortunately not too many during the night.

Room was in reasonable condition but spoilt by an invasion of moths that we had to get rid of. Staff at reception good and provided a can of fly spray on request. We had stayed at this motel many years ago when it was in really good condition and that was the reason we booked to stay again. In total really disappointed with it this time.

We were quite shocked to find our veranda covered in leaves a quick little sweep or leaf blower before guests arrive wouldn’t hurt. Then a very large ashtray at the doorstep overflowing with cigarette butts! (Yuck) and then the contents of what looked like a pastie ? Potato mash with bits of veggies just to the right of the door. Great first impression, NOT!!! Room could of been ok if it was cleaned properly. The lounges look like they have been picked up from the dump. Disgusting stains everywhere. Walls, curtains etc and then someone’s used bar of soap still in the bathtub! Would not recommend. If you are running a business you need to try a little harder than this.

- Cindy (8/5): - The motel was clean and comfortable. We had family room with double bed and 2 x singles. As the area is in drought the shower was a trickle. It was hot during our stay so we used the pool. We had to drive into town for dinner. Would recommend visit to observatory.
