- Rosemary (1/5): Do not stay here!! - Not much. The bed was ok. We stayed in cottage #13. The heater didn’t work! We were very cold. When we discovered that, the office hours were closed. The cottage diagonally across from our cottage #49, had an outside light that SHONE DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM OUR COTTAGE! IT WAS SUPER BRIGHT! IT WAS LIKE A SPOTLIGHT. We left as soon as we could in the morning. Also, it was not very clean. Lots of scuff marks on the walls. Floors were not clean and were slippery. It was not worth $170 australian! A refund would be appreciated.

In addition, there were several pre-existing cleanliness and maintenance issues in the cabin on arrival, including stains and marks on surfaces, wall scuffs and patchwork, carpet stains, ceiling marks, cobwebs, staining in the sink, and an iron with a burnt/dirty base.

- Moriarty (5/5): "Shattered". - I believed I had booked a cabin for my wife and myself, as we had done twice previously and were very happy on both of those occasions. However upon arrival we were given a Studio apartment. I have previously submitted a report about this so you may rest well assured I believe I am wasting my time but will complete the report this again. The Studio was so small it was totally not "Fit for Purpose" for two adults. As my wife has mobility issues this became more of an issue when there was no table or chairs in the room and not enough room to put them anyway. The floor between the end of the bed and the refrigerator had obviously some serious problems as the noise when walking into or out of the bathroom had to be witnessed to be believed. Altogether a very disappointing result , so much so that we cancelled the second night that we had booked and left very disillusioned. We were saddened at having to cancel the second night as I had recommended the venue to our friends who had travelled down from Brisbane, just as they had done on the same two previous occasions that we had stayed at this venue. As I stated earlier, we had previously stayed in " cabins " in the Village and were more than happy to do so again, just as our friends from Brisbane did.

- Moriarty (3/5): Bitterly dissapointed, having stayed in a cabin in the park on two previous occasions and believed t - Staff were great. Accomodation not so. First up we were given a Studio. I was sure I had booked a cabin, however as the staff were finished for the day, we had to settle for the Studio apartment. This was most unsatisfactory. There were no table or chairs in the room and there was insufficient room for them anyway. The floor between the fridge and the bottom of the bed was extremeley noisy, as though there were either loose tiles? or floorboards? under foot. It was impossible to avoid this area of the flooring as there is no other way to get to the bathroom/toilet. I reported this to the staff as we were leaving, having cancelled the second night I had booked. My wife has medical issues which include not being terribly mobile and certainly unable to stand for long periods. At one stage I brought a chair in to the studio for her to sit on but the only place we could put the chair was between the fridge and the bottom of the bed. Totally unacceptible-see previous statement.

- Darren (5/5): Great location but ...... - We've stayed a few times now as it is very peaceful and the grounds are beautiful, and it is in close proximity to our children. On our last visit the mattress was the worst we've encountered here hence why we forfeited our last nights stay. There was a lot of mould in the shower, and so the cleaners are definitely not even looking/doing their job properly! The remote for the TV was taped together and the battery was flat. The cabins have some maintenance issues, some more than others, and that needs to be addressed asap!

Went to have dinner and realised there was only one fork. Tried to lower the blind in bedroom and it just fell off.

There were ants crawling all over the toilet roll like it was candy. There was mould in the shower and not cleaned properly. The tea towel was so thin you could see through it and had holes in it. No bedside lamps. The lounge was extremely filthy dirty and a health hazard. Very thick dust on the ceiling beams. The TV was very small, no jug to make cold water. The bedroom sliding door was off the track and broken, a lot of lack of maintenance .

- Amy (4/5): Very disappointed and left with a medical injury from the wasp infestation in our roomI’m - When we arrive to our room we could not enter our room as there was a massive wasp nest underneath the table on the front veranda and a massive wasp nest above the door with active alive wasps flying everywhere. I did call reception but it was After Hrs I was told to just get rid of the table and doing so I got stung. We should not have been in a position to not be able to enter our accommodation because of an infestation. It really put a dampener on our stay as we was once. We ran in the door and close the door. We were hesitant to leave as we could see active wasps flying around outside. But there is no maintenance on site after 4 o’clock
