• Stephen (8/5): - The owners were nice. Parts of the property are very run down, but some rooms have been renovated nicely. I had several problems at checkin, all resolved except for non-functional internet. The owners had just had new wifi equipment installed a day or two previously and it was not working. This issue was apparently resolved on the last day of my 4-day stay, but I was able to use a hotspot in the interim, so wasn't greatly inconvenienced.

• Ellie (10/5): - We (2 adults 2 kids) stayed 6 nights in a family room. We were greeted by the owner on check on and the service from all staff we encountered was impeccable. We were given great advice on things to do in the area. The room was exactly as advertised. Aircon in the main room and the 2nd bedroom was a welcome relief for us “southerners”. Bathroom was clean and modern. Beds were really comfortable. The kitchenette had all we needed to make our own meals, including post and pans, stove top, microwave and convection oven. The playground structure is a bit dated and worn but the kids still had a ball running around in the enclosed grassed area. The saltwater pool had plenty of seating and a large shade cover over most of the shallow end. Even though it’s on a main road we were in an apartment at the rear of the property and it was quiet. The other guests were mainly workers but were friendly. Close to supermarkets, and a short drive to the shopping centre and lagoon. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

Older unit, but very spacious with a FULL sized fridge, this being one of the reasons I chose here. A table as well as an office desk with a power point for the laptop. Kitchen sink. Nice shower. Roomy bathroom and shower recess. Bathroom lacks bench space. Comfortable bed, but the pillows were on the hard side. The lights could do with brighter bulbs. Out the back of the rooms is a handy clothesline. I would stay here again. Friendly owners.

• Carolyn (4/5): - The photos advertised at this property did not describe the apartment I was supposed to receive on my booking. We managed with the 2 bedroom motel room accomodation and small kitchen, but overall the stay was very disappointing. The grounds certainly need tidying up and the pool area was definately a disgrace with broken pavers and pool furniture. We would not be coming back to this accomodation.

Smoker next door meant we could open the windows. They also stole our parking spot. Biggest gripe is place was listed as two bedroom and is only one bedroom. Big bed in bedroom and singles next to lounge. A second TV in bedroom is useful in these cases. We paid extra on the two bedroom tag and were disappointed.
