• Elaine (8/5): - Location was good, a nice walk into the centre after being in the car all day. All good and comfortable.
• Trinny (7/5): Apart from the odour, the place was a nice accommodation and I would recommend this place for a short stay. - It was a nice cosy property, not too far by car from the beach and town. The receptionist Janice was very helpful and pleasant to speak to when calling to confirm our booking. Having a washing machine & kitchen was very convenient. I think the carpets and beds need some cleaning. The pillows in each room had an odour, either they weren’t cleaned properly or pillow cases were not freshly changed properly. Possibly needs replacement. The rooms had some smell.

• Fiona (5/5): Not a deluxe apartment, very average. - Apartment was spacious and lounge area comfortable. Good water pressure in showers and good supply of toiletries. Quiet area. No dishwasher and inadequate supply of dishwashing liquid for handwashing. (Only 2 little sachets of liquid detergent).No rubber gloves or dishwashing brush provided. If you are not going to provide a dishwasher at least provide proper washing up supplies. Kitchen was dated and rundown. Oven wasn't working and cooktop was rusty and needs replacing. No clothes dryer and no clothes airing rack supplied so if it was raining there was nowhere to hang washing indoors. No flyscreens in bedrooms so you couldn't sleep with windows open as there were flies and mosquitoes around. Dining chairs were wobbly. Overall it was NOT a deluxe apartment but a very average overpriced place to stay.

• Caterina (4/5): Over prices for what we got.... - great location very disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment. Shower/bath was very dirty and whole place smelt of horrible cleaning agents upon arrival. Windows dirty & cobwebs seen. Overall did not meet expectations of photos on website.
• April (3/5): - The location was very good, it was close to many beaches and the local town The beds were like you sleeping on a rock and we have black mould in our bathroom. We had to leave the apartment a day early because it was making me sick. They don’t have any reception on the weekends and you have no way to contact anybody if you have an issue. No house cleaning unless you are there for three days. One of the workers was very rude when we told them about the black mould and hanged up when I was talking to her and then I called again and another coworker was very friendly and accommodating.

They were so organised that my son left his toothbrush and they had toothbrushes, shaving kits, makeup remover - they thought of everything. Really a home away from home. Blocked from the view of the beach.

• Robert (5/5): - Location was helpful Main bedroom was not usable due to water damage. Was only advised on the day of arrival. I was told that the damage just happened, but when we arrived the place stunk of damp. The place was managed from 800 km away.

No pool, was filled in between when we booked and when we arrived. I'm guessing because they got rid of onsite manager. So no one to maintain it. Curtains useless, sunrise to sunset. They blocked nothing.

Floors were dirty, couch had crumbs on upon arrival. Bbq was filthy. Real lack of kitchen utensils. No cleaning supplies. Had to buy hand wash, disinfectant surface spray, washing up liquid, bin bags ect. No option to clean said dirty floors.

• Artur (7/5): Super mieszkanie na dwie noce - Mieszkanie jest duże, nowocześnie urządzone, miejsce parkingowe dosłownie przed drzwiami Wi-Fi było bardzo słabe a zasięg optus ekstremalnie słaby, więc mogliśmy zapomnieć o multimediach. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste, ale białe skarpety pokazały, że podłoga nie była myta już od dawna. Klimatyzacja jest lekko uszkodzona więc zawsze dmucha w dół.

Fortunately a young lady called Sandra was around to help out, she also sorted kitchen supplies. When I booked there was a pool when we arrived the pool was gone, again not told about that. In reality I would stay here again it was the lack of communication and supplies that was most concerning.

• Julianne (6/5): It is lucky we were here for a short time and spent most of our day working outside of the apartment - The location was central, bedrooms clean and comfortable Our checkin was smooth but not very friendly and nothing was explained to us or any questions asked about our stay. The complex and the apartments are old and tired, in need of renovation and a good clean. Our kitchen ammentities were dirty, we had to re wash everything, the spa did not work and we were not advised of this at any point, basic things needed repair and generally disappointing. TV reception not great either.

Everything for comfortable accomodation provided: big bed, full kitchen staff, a washing machine with detergents, clothes lines in the yard with pegs, even a warming lamp in the bathroom. We didn't see any staff, but we had no questions, everything was clean.
• Avishek (6/5): Good for 1-2 nights max. - Fairly good location close to RAC Park Rooms were cramped. Can sleep 2 adults and 1 child but barely enough space to move around. The bunk beds were not good. Only one A/c at the living room made the bed rooms hot.
• Paul (10/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Archipelago - very convenient and everything we needed. - Very spacious. Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen with stove top, microwave and large fridge. Even an electric fry pan. Was great having our own laundry and washing line too. Lovely big TV and access to Netflix etc. Nice Bbq area outside. Close to beach and coastal walkway. The couch was a little uncomfortable.
• Rochelle (9/5): Esperance - Like a home away from home - had everything I needed for an easy stay. Outside security lights on all night & lightened bedroom which had flimsy kresta blinds. No window security.
