- Lynnemary (10/5): Great spot to relax - We have just returned from a week at this Resort. We had lovely stay in the 1 bedroom penthouse, the hot tub was a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the beach,the sunloungers were perfect for reading in the afternoons. It was so nice to just walk out and be in the middle of Hastings Street to enjoy the restaurants and ice cream shops and so many interesting fashion shops as well. Everyone was so kind and helpfull and looked after our bags when we first arrived until checkin time. We are singing your praises to everyone and looking forward to returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our private balcony overlooking the water. Breakfast was not made available until 8 am each day which was quite late as many included us were up at sunrise enjoying the waterfront.

Le petit déjeuner qui n’en ai pas un doit aller se chercher à l’extérieur, les chambres les plus chères avec spa sont en fait des baignoires balneo posées dans le fond d’un débarra avec vue sur les clims du bâtiment d’en face , c’est sale et en prime quand il pleut l’hôtel prend l’eau. Le prix est exorbitant pour la médiocre qualité de l’établissement

We stayed in a Studio apartment this visit which was nice had all the facilities just not quite as spacious as One Bedroom Beachfront but still nice. It is a wonderful location, great being on Hastings Street with the beachfront out the window. Staff are very helpful and make your stay even more welcoming.

So cute The apartment was styled beautifully The bed was awful - ended up with such a bad back after a week. The room cleaning was average. Took them all day to get there - 3pm each day. They never cleaned the balcony the entire week. The pool is black in colour - doesn’t look appealing at all and the sun loungers - only a handful are full of sand. Don’t pay for breakfast - fruit and a croissant are great in day one , day three it’s waning, but by day 5 it’s a hard no. The reception is a tiny space which is caged up at night. It looking so unappealing and doesn’t feel like a high end destination.

The atmosphere is awesom, the rooms are luxurious and perfectly cleaned. as well as always silent. The staff is extremly supportive and exceptionally nice! The service exceeds our expectations. On The Beach Noosa offers the best value for the whole family. We will definitely return.

- 695liamb (2/5): Horrifically dirty! - FILTHY DIRTY! We checked in the 14th of November for a 2 day getaway, quickly dropped our bags off and went to explore Noosa. When we returned after dinner we realised just how filthy our “Penthouse” was. Mould dripping from air vents, mould throughout the shower, sticky black dirt buildup on the toilet door (see the line I cleaned through it), vomit stained on the walls, the bed linen smelt sweaty and damp and months worth of dust build up in corners of the room. The outdoor “spa” rooftop was filthy also, rubbish, feathers and dead bugs all over the ground. When we checked in the receptionist had us wait 5-10 minutes while our room was being given its “final quality control check” so where did their systems fall down? We checked out a day early cancelling our holiday and asked for a refund of both nights accommodation. The venue has argued the best they can provide is a 20% refund of the first night and a full refund of the second - not good enough, we didn’t receive 80% the experience of a 5 star, $800 per night hotel. They suggested had they known the issues could have been resolved within 15 minutes! Very reflective of their attitude to cleaning Beyond filthy. 🤢

The hotel is on top of a busy thoroughfare which has beach access. It would have been nice if that area had been cleaned nightly. Also, the garage cleanliness was bad. It was obviously used for storage but it was very smelly. I'm pleased our vehicle was a rental.

It’s directly on the beach & Main Street, plenty of restaurants, cafes & shops on the doorstep. We had wonderful views of the beach & sea. from our spa room which included a roof top terrace with hot tub, high table/stools & sunbeds, which were the only disappointment, they didn’t have any cushions so were uncomfortable to lay on. The room was well furnished, very clean, comfy bed & quality toiletries. The reception staff were friendly, informative & very helpful. Would happily stay here again.

- FISCHER Cathie (5/5): Très très déçus ! Prestations minables au vu du prix payé. - L'emplacement en face de la plage et du centre ville. Le prêt de parasol et de chaises pour la plage. Le garage. Ils nous ont demandé de changer de chb après la 1e nuit en raison d'un problème de réservation de leur côté. Pour 1600 euros pour 3 nuits c'est un comble. Nous avons du quitter la chb à 11h pour en retrouver une autre à 14h.. en dédommagement une bt de champ et 100 dollars soit 60 euros de bon dans un restau. Le jacuzzi de la 1e chb était vide, celui de la 2e était très sâle. Étage jacuzzi horrible, pas propre, pas une déco. Juste le soleil un peu le matin sur la terrasse. Chb très mal équipée. Juste un petit rond de savon ds la sdb qui est dans la chb et de petits échantillons pour la douche. En 1 mois d'Australie c'est la premiere fois qu'on a dû utiliser notre propre gel douche! Sèche cheveux bas de gamme qui perd son embout. Côté cuisine, 1 sachet de thé pour deux et 1 sachet de tisane à la menthe et qq sachets de café instantané.. Le matin il était sensé y avoir qq pâtisseries, croissant dans une salle. A 6h30 il ne restait quasiment rien..une honte pour le prix. On a réussi à avoir 2 croissants une seule fois! Pas de café à part de l instantané. Ds la 2e chb pas un meuble d'entrée pour y poser un petit sac, on a eu l'impression de camper. Pas une lampe pour lire dans le canapé. Le personnel assez froid. A aucun moment on nous à demandé si cela nous convenait. Ménage bruyant à 15h ds le couloir. Pas de prise au niveau de la table de chevet. On gèle littéralement dans les parties communes. Très déçus. Ce n'est pas du tout du 6haut de gamme!!

The location was perfect for access to both the beach and Hastings St, the view from the suite was spectacular and the suite itself was perfect for an amazing holiday. The staff were friendly and very helpful, I would definitely recommend On The Beach to anyone staying in Noosa

- 813aneeshn (2/5): Worst experience, stay away - I stayed with my wife in April 2024. This was a terrible experience. The AC didn't work in the bedroom. Because these are basically condos for rent, they wouldn't fix it right away, and needed to wait on quotes and for the owner to agree. They offered an alternate unit, but it smelled like cigarettes. The service was atrocious. They were rude, standoffish and hardly acknowledged us. They barely acknowledged the problems they caused, and they blamed us for not wanting the room across the hall, as though there wasn't an obvious issue with the smell. The hot tub had lots of ants around it as well. At the prices being charged, this is absurd. Stay away.

On arrival to our beachfront studio though the view of the beach from our our balcony is absolutely beautiful. Room is neat and clean. Great place to stay would definitely return.

- michelleCNoosa (10/5): Close to everything - On The Beach is perfectly located with views to the beach and nearby Hastings street. If staying for a short time, you won’t need to hire a car as the National park, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. You can also hop on the Noosa ferry for a relaxing trip along the river to the Tewantin marina. The hotel is very comfortable and provides a light breakfast. Streaming services are available on both TVs. I’m not a big beach swimmer but I enjoyed the hotel pool and spa. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Just try to eat early. We had a wonderful big lunch so weren't hungry in time. All the food places in the area are lovely. The best part about this was you're on the beach and there's a hot tub where you can watch the beach. It was fantastic. Staff are lovely too.

- jjmcell (10/5): 1 bedroom partial beach view room - We stayed in a 1 bedroom partial beach view apartment on a recommendation from a friend. It did not disappoint. We made a number of changes including extending our stay and organising transfers from the airport and the staff were lovely and responsive. No request was too difficult. During our stay the staff at reception were exceptional, making every effort to make us feel looked after. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the beach, shops and restaurants. There is also a fantastic supermarket for last minute supplies downstairs. The apartment was a good size. It is modern, new, clean and a lovely space for when we wanted a lazy 'stay in' day. Will definitely be back.
