- Heather (6/5): Adequate - Affordable Old style thin walled building so you could hear neighbours coughing etc. The water noise from showers and toilets on neighbouring units was very loud and disturbing

Although I didn't use the communal decking/BBQ space, it appeared to be well set up. Close to town and all conveniences. As a female travelling alone, I was a bit shocked that the windows could not latch and be secured, especially being on the ground floor. Could have easily been accessed from the outside of the building and just pushed open, I would recommend fixing the latches or having a piece of dowel to prevent the windows from opening. I felt my stay would have been more relaxing knowing I felt safer in my room, especially at night.

The room was very quiet, despite the motel's location on the main road into Cooma, and comfortable, with all the advertised features. It is also well located with easy access to the town, and opposite several food outlets. Unless I missed it, didn't seem to be a hairdryer, which was a little disappointing. Was travelling light without my usual complement of travel accessories.

Having the kitchen and couch and dining table was fantastic. Didn't like that we didn't have an iron and ironing board. Couldn't open the window in the main bedroom and it was warm in that room. A fan would have made it more comfortable. And we only had 1 wine glass.

Best thing was external windows that could be opened whilst sleeping to allow fresh air! Very minor comment: the bathroom had everything you need / want, but the layout is a bit cramped; good thing I'm not a big person!

- Siu Ling (8/5): We have to do some work in Cooma and stay for one night . - We are the second time to stay in this motor inn and all good for us and location is fit us and staff are friendly however the TV in not working in our room and it doesn't have difference , we have comfortable bed and nice shower and quiet room so we may come again too , thank you . On that night the TV is not working on channel , however it"s not a big issue for us .

- Steve (6/5): Satisfactory - Satisfactory I paid a premium price ($160) expecting a premium room. However found much better rooms in Cooma and Canberra. The room in Canberra was less than $120. It was also a very urban setting - i had hoped for a more rural less crowded arrangement.

- AmateurTravelBlogger (4/5): More attention to comfort needed - Close to the CBD Not very clean, cockroaches evident, bathroom floor swept but needs a good scrub. Dirty blanket on foot of bed. No decor to speak of to make the room homely, lamps torn and probably should have new shades added for little cost and would add some aesthetic value to room. Bed was uncomfortable.

- Christopher (10/5): Nice, well fitted out, clean accommodation, great value for money. - I visited Cooma for the Australian Busking Championships, a wonderful event in Cooma attracting some of the most talented musicians in Australia, held in November each year. The location of the motel for the event was a perfect location, it was literally a 3-minute drive to the area where the event was held, which is the main retail area of town. It also would have been a short walk, maybe 20 minutes should I have wanted a little exercise. This is also the location of shops and restaurants in the area. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a bath, a microwave and plates/ knives/ forks which I used to make breakfast. There were also plenty of small packets of biscuits/ tea/ coffee and instant hot chocolate in the room. It was also literally across the road from Mc Donalds and a few other take away options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was great value, for a clean, spacious and pleasant room. I would be happy to stay here again when I return to Cooma for the busking event in November next year. Nothing to fault, I was very happy with my accommodation.
