• Nikita (10/5): Week stay for a mature aged student on a tight budget - The proximity to absolutely everything, the sunset views, comfy bed and the kitchenette was perfect. Free wifi would have completed my stay perfectly.

• Les (8/5): - Reception.. Good and helpful and especially Phil who was exceptional. Hot water was HOT and both that and the Cold water pressure was constant and even. The Elevator being open to passing people.. Card security would be good. Ignorant people slamming room doors instead of a just a gentle pull. Maybe the owners could add some type off shock absorbing material to the door jamb to reduce the impact and noise.

I asked for a hand towel to be told they don’t have any On the last day the lift stopped working and we had to come down 7 flights with heavy suitcases, which is hard when my hubby is 66 years of age.

• Nick (10/5): - Location was perfect, Luma Luma just needs a refresh, staff were excellent from management through to cleaning staff, I used the pool daily, temperature was perfect this also needed a refresh. Very close to everything in the CBD.(walking distance), my dealings with the manager Phillip were nothing less than first class, he always went out of his way to ensure my upcoming stay was going to be smooth and accommodating. The lift at the appartment block is the fastest I’ve ever seen, regardless of whatever floor you were on the lift would be opening within seconds avoiding you standing in the heat.

Staff were friendly and tried to resolve issues. The laundry was very accessible and the machines worked well. Location was very central, but in a quiet part of town. Beautiful sunrises from the balcony. Parking was a bit tight, but good to have. Wifi had some issues. Overall a lovely stay. Thank you.

• Ana (8/5): Relaxed apartment motel with balcony in downtown Darwin. Excellent location. Old School Classic. - All the staff were very helpful. Location is super convenient - in the centre of Darwin, easy walking distance from the Waterfront, the Esplanade, even the botanical gardens and Mindil Beach are only half an hour. Philip at reception very kindly accommodated my request for a quiet upper floor room. He was easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. When I had difficulty with my AC unit reception was right on the case giving me technical support. Reasonably large rooms which have good balcony views and are equipped with kitchenettes. Room quality varies. Apartments are rather dated looking. Some have very dodgy showers and bathrooms that could be upgraded. Kitchenette is also old school. Pool area is reasonably attractive with blue tiles and plants but can be very noisy. My stay was during dry season so the room rate was quite high for what is certainly not luxury accommodation. That's Darwin in high season.

• Arcangela (1/5): I was very disappointed in the whole setup I do not recommend it. - Location is fine Room is uncomfortable having two beds takes away from the room space especially as I requested one bed. Pillows were flat and hard. Thinner hard or thicker hard. Could barely move safely around the room. Bed was average cooking facility was poor. Service was poor cleaning was done only when I requested it There are no sea or city views so why lie!! On the booking they state All cards accepted then on check in they charge a Surcharge This was not clearly stated on the booking form.
• O'doherty (8/5): My short stay was pleasant. - The staff are very helpful and made me feel welcome. The location in the CBD is handy for shopping and cafes. Transportation is readily available for the entire Darwin area. Accommodation is dated, although the kitchenette is very welcome (dish cleaning liquid, tea towels and sponges need to be provided). Updates in the bathroom (#210) should be completed i.e. finish painting and remove mould from floor drain and shower. Please provide hand & face towels in bathroom.

Theres some drunk people yelled outside at night, but the noise were acceptable. Shower door was a bit loose. Facilities looks a bit outdated but its acceptable with this price. Surcharge certain % of fee if use credit card.
