The water did not last in the showers was really frustrating for myself and friend we couldnt shower for more than 2mins without the water going cold.

- Joseph (9/5): A great place to stay in Mildura - we will come back. - Neil the manager was very welcoming, taking us to the room to explain the facilities and the continental breakfast (which was excellent). He had earlier turned on the air con to cool the room for us. The room had been recently renovated and was very good. The bed was firm and the shower was excellent. We had an adjoining door which was not sound proof - we could hear too much!!

The large TV was great as was the very comprehensive continental breakfast included in the price. We would definitely recommend this motel and will stay there again when in the area. Thank you!

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Having a full sized fridge was a welcome surprise. Location is not walkable to shops for me but this is not really an issue as we had a car.

- 2866618b3e9b730ee138ba8390d84c7e (6/5): Disappointing! - Comfortable and clean and loved the private outdoor area. Staff were excellent. I was in a room with a door leading to the next room. I could hear every word spoken when the lady in the next room was on the phone and, even worse, I could hear her snoring which made it difficult for me to sleep. In addition, a lot of traffic noise early in the morning so I had very little sleep. I originally had thought it was great and I’d be happy to stay there in the future but given the noise issues, I would never return. Such a shame as it has so much potential.
- 7e8c9b7ffd85702f238e020e85eaa204 (10/5): I don't want to say how GREAT this place is because I want it to remain my secret!!! - The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room we stayed in was freshly and tastefully renovated with a great bathroom. The room had its one little court yard which was a great space for a sit, contemplation and a wine. The little breakfast supplies, fresh milk, cereal, bread for toast and coffee making was a really nice touch. If something so exceeds your expectations it seems petty to write something I didn't like because in today's world there is always something to find.... so, the driveway from the road is a little challenging to find (but, I can drive so had no real problems)

It should be rated 4 stars in our opinion The continental breakfast was fine, and there only a couple of minor things we would suggest 1. One or two hooks behind the bathroom door for nightie, or clean clothes while showering 2. Foxtel (which we realise costs money) I would recommend this Motel to everyone. There is a double bed plus a single bed in the room, so it can accommodate three people and has crockery and cutlery for 3 people. It is a well laid out room Nothing
