I had to ask for our empty glasses to be cleared from the table while our plates were left well after we'd finished. We saw almost every other table had this too.

Slippery tiles in bathroom and bed was little too soft as were pillows. Partner and I rolled in towards each other and little hard to get out of bed as sides very soft.

Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein gutes Lokal mit angrenzender Bar, die Gerichte dort sind sehr zu empfehlen. Durch die Lage direkt an der Straße können die dorthin ausgerichteten Zimmer etwas laut sein, bei geschlossenem Fenster ist dies jedoch gut zu tolerieren. Leider keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit im Hotel, in benachbarten Lokalen ist dies jedoch möglich.

For us the bed was way too soft. Friday night our room ended up smelling like cigarette smoke due to the hotel downstairs being busier.

• Kerrie (10/5): We are planning another trip to Newcastle & The Lucky Inn! One night wasn’t enough! - The Lucky Inn is a beautiful place to stay! We loved the decor! Every area of the bar & restaurant is beautifully done. We had a balcony room which was bright & clean. The bed was so comfortable & the bathroom was spacious. The room was spotless. The location is perfect for local dining and right across from the river. Check in & out were seamless. We had received a courtesy call the day prior to our arrival detailing the handy secure parking station. On check in our parking was validated. Every member of the team at The Lucky Inn were friendly & helpful. We would happily stay there again.

Huge bathroom Light in the bathroom was very sterile, and it would have been appreciated with some more storage in the room. Parking can certainly be a nuisance, albeit we were lucky.

Loved the atmosphere, really comfortable pillows and bedding and the hotel was quiet and super clean with lots of fun artwork to admire as well as a cool vibe where you eat/drink. Being across the road to the tram was great - but shout out to Brit - so friendly Not one thing
• Sebastian (8/5): Preis-Leistung perfekt - Die Lage ist sehr gut und alle sehr freundlich- Newcastle war sehr ruhig und damit auch unten im Pub wenig los - das war gut und schlecht! Die Zimmer sind schon recht klein, so dass man zu zweit wenig Bewegungsmöglichkeiten hat.
