- Stephanie (6/5): Could have been great but were some big concerns - Location is great, loved being a 2 minute walk to the beach and beautiful views. The cabin itself was styled nice and the bed was comfy. I like that there was free wifi and streaming services The shower handle was broken which was extremely disappointing because I couldn’t use the shower. It was also REALLY concerning that all windows minus 1 had blinds because the 1 that didn’t was low and under a bench so not entirely in sight and noticeable from inside the cabin but this window could suspiciously see directly into the bedroom and bathroom from outside meaning anyone can see/watch you! I am a woman and was staying alone and felt very on edge about this and struggled to sleep. I managed to cover it with a blanket though. I did bring all this up to staff but they didn’t seem too concerned and just said they would look into it. I uploaded photos to show tap as well as the window and view of it from the bedroom and the bathroom

- Nessa (9/5): Great location, lovely staff, recommend to stay - Amazing location when you want water front! Hop skip and a jump from the park. A short 10 minute walk over the bridge to San Remo, however they have a coffee van onsite! Staff were lovely, only downside was bed very soft. Bed was too soft, unfortunately not comfortable. Sunk in the middle. Would be an easy fix though. New mattress and we honestly couldn't say anything we didn't like.

- Sheryl (3/5): I certainly wouldn’t stay there again or even recommend it. - It was close to Cape Woolamai where our daughter and her family live. Every part of the cabin except the bed smelled of cigarette smoke especially the bathroom. Also it was very over priced, $225 for one night was appalling

But putting it all together to have one big epic playground means my child would have played longer. Also didnt appreciate having a campervan parked half over our cabin which meant we had no view to enjoy and felt we couldnt use the deck during this time.

- Annette (7/5): - The group I was part of were able to use the Camp Kitchen. Quiet stay. I think the cabin needed an upgrade, cook top was a bit old, other cabins I saw had induction cooktops, and coffee machines. Blinds a bit difficult to operate. Wifi needs upgrading , reception was poor. I had initially booked with the Holiday park then checked Booking.com and the price was better but was told Ingenia couldn’t match so I booked through Booking.com and was refunded my deposit, when I got to the holiday park was told they would have matched it, was a bit disappointing that the initial staff member did not know.
- Sonya (2/5): Good park but inflexible management that chose the money grab - The cabins were great and the staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly After staying for 6 nights whilst attending a sporting event our plans changed unexpectantly, outside of our control and prior to the 10am checkout time I asked if I could get a PARTIAL refund for the last (7th) night that we could not use. I even prompted 50% or 25%. I was told by the desk staff that would ask the manager and then after I'd left, received an email saying NO it was against policy. I didn't ask for a full refund and thought it was lousy since I told them before checkout time and had been staying already for 1 week. I had booked the last night directly with them, not via Booking com so they could have easily given me something back.

- Catherine (7/5): It was a very tight and small cabin. No bag room. No bench room. It offered great activities for the children. I loved h - - where it was, close to shops and beach - lots for the kids to do, bikes, jumping pad, the could ride bikes and scooters For the amount of people it could sleep, in the double bed room, it couldn't even fit a bag. I had to jam it down the side of the bed and crawl over things. I woke up every day with lower back and hip pain from the mattress. There was no more than hip 30cm left around the bed It is beach accommodation but there was zero space for beach bags or towels. There was absolutely no room. I had to shove bags access the back of the table. Bathroom, was accessively small. Trying to wash off small kids and I was hitting a toilet non stop. The jumping pad was awesome but the kids only got to use it 2x as bigger kids came and filled it up with sand so when kids were jumping the sand was getting air born and going ok into their eyes. It could of been swept off.

- yo (3/5): Miss the target - Nothing really apart from the beach being close The room was very outdated and had a strong smell when we checked in. We found mould in some places. We have stayed at a few Big4 holiday parks and this one was unfortunately a dud compared to the others. It was overcrowded and the cabins are super close to each other.

This is a small detailed but I wish you did not need to input a code to drive out of the property. To get in, it makes sense however when leaving it creates a hold up.
