- KRYSTAL (1/5): AVOID and stay somewhere else that won't cancel your booking. - Nothing. AVOID THIS PLACE. They cancelled our booking without notifying booking.com or us directly. They told us at the counter that someone else came before us and paid up front so they didn't have a room for us anymore. This was after they took our bags to hold prior to checking in.

- Ben (1/5): The stay was average the beds were uncomfortable, tv remote didn’t work at all batteries fell out. - I didn’t like the accomodation. Nothing good about the accomodation, the beds are very uncomfortable and the tv remote didn’t work.

- Leah (10/5): Will recommend staying there, clean, comfy, and awesome staff - All staff were so nice and helpful, from the reception, to the bar/ restaurants to the cleaners. The place was tidy and clean, rooms were lovely and even thought work was being done on the property, alternate suitable parking was provided. Will definitely stay there again. Nothing.

- Monica (8/5): Perfect for a work stop over or to stay longer and explore the region! - Bed was so comfortable 😌 Shower was Lovey and complementary breakfast with plenty of tea and coffee and soaps etc. Aircon was amazing and TV perfect infront of the main bed! Tracey who checked me in was so lovey! She was so kind, professional but down to earth and patient and gave me a complementary drink as the computer played up, though I didn't mind, so that was amazing and generous of her. All staff were friendly and attentive in the restaurant and the meal I had was delicious and came recommend by one of the bar staff. The convenience of the restaurant and bar right next to the accommodation was brilliant as I was travelling for work so it was an ideal place to be! A short 30 seconds from room to the restaurant 🥰 Thank you for the hospitality! Not being able to park outside my room. Though this was only because of the renovation being done. I'm sure next time I would be able too.

It was run down, power point hanging from wall, holes in shower tiles, stained carpet, rough patch up work around toilet roll holder and needs to be painted on inside.

- Gail (9/5): We had a restful 2 nights, great dinners at the tavern so felt like we were on holiday. - The room was very clean and well made up. It was a bonus to receive plates, cutlery and cereal which meant we did not have to go looking for a cafe for breakfast before our morning appointment. The undercover parking is great and makes unpacking and packing the car easy. It is just a short walk to the tavern which has always delivered a high standard with their meals. Nothing.

- Kellie (3/5): - The undercover parking was great The staff residing at the hotel. They are very rude and stand outside your door all hours day and night. They talk about you and other guests and smoke outside of your room. When you open the door they look inside your room. We made sure our door was closed yet came back to it not closed properly. They are also very rude in their comments when you walk past them.

- Yolandie (1/5): - The way my family & I where treated was very unexpectable. Booked 3 nights only to be told after the first night we where no longer welcome back to the room. I was told it was because I had extra people in the room all because my aunt and daughters exited the vehicle and entered the room to help me with my newborn child and his belongings. I believe there was more to it than that tho, we didn't feel welcomed from the get go. Was told I had to pay for the room 1 night at a time.

Airconditioning, and comfortable and a great spot in the middle of all the morayfield shopping and the huge shopping centre. Budget friendly

The shower was quite small. The outdoor area just out the back door was not private and didnt have a table or chair to sit on. It said they provided house keeping which apperantly means they just chnage yohr bin liner everyday as i asked for fresh sheets and towels etc an d had to make the bed myself....

As they lost my order & whilst tried to make up for it the food was not very nice & the compliment drink they brought me was not what I ordered. Would stay there again but won’t be eating there.
- catherinebF3693NV (2/5): Demee was horribly rude and insulting - I was at the Morayfield tavern over the weekend with my elderly mother and we were playing the pokies. I asked one of the staff members, Demee I believe her name is and she was the rudest most horrible woman I have ever had dealings with. I asked her if she could please get my mother a cup of coffee and she stared at me like I was speaking another language with the most disgusting look on her face and then when I repeated the question in a calm and polite voice, she replied in a flustered manner( “I’ll get it in a f#cking minute”) What the hell sort of customer service is that from a person in hospitality!!! I am so angry about it and I won’t be going back there any time soon whilst that horrible human being still works there. Be warned people, she is a demon like creature and should not be working front of house in hospitality that’s for damn sure. We will be spending our money at the sports club from now on. You’ve been warned
