- Debbie (10/5): - Friendly staff convenient access all walking distance
- Mary (10/5): Cute place - Very nice hotel. It has a refrigerator and microwave with plates, cups and utensils. There was 2 packs of cereal and milk in the refrigerator. Coffee and tea in the room with some little cookies to go with it. Small eating table and chairs inside. Nice porch outside with table and chairs. Only 30 minutes from the Australian zoo and about 30 minutes to the airport (depending on traffic).
- Thelma (6/5): - Nothing
- Terryl (8/5): - Good location
- Blake (8/5): - Overall stay was better than expected for half the trip, however there was a domestic situation late night/early morning in one of the rooms where a patron was screaming and contending with police.
A two night refund would make up for the inconvenience.

- Megan (10/5): - Really friendly & helpful staff !
- Richard (10/5): - Great staff. Room was a good size, perfect for what I needed for my trip
- Jamien (10/5): - It was perfect.
- Kerry (4/5): - I booked in at 300pm. Whist in reception, I noticed someone asleep on a couch, with a food box on floor next to him. It took some time to book in, as there was no paper in copy machine, and staff member had to find some. When I went to my room, I heard a couple arguing and screaming at each other. This went on all afternoon. Also, late at night, I heard banging from next room, that kept me awake. When I was outside in a fenced area behind rooms, a dog come to me and wanted to play. I did not think you could keep dogs in motel rooms, due to OHS. On a positive note, the room was clean and bed comfy.
- Paul (10/5): - Over all very nice property
- Malcolm (10/5): - Staff in the dining room where very friendly & helpful well done girls
- Gavin (8/5): - Great staff,
- Michelle (8/5): - The staff were so friendly & helpful. Gated premises. We were upgraded to a King Room which had a Lift Bed. When we raised the bed, it hadn’t been cleaned under the bed. The shower head was split so you had to make sure not to turn it on too hard. A few issues that are easily fix. Was still a great stay & a good night sleep.
- Lee (10/5): - Perfect for us on overnight stop..lovely food too
- Ceara (10/5): - Liked my stay was what i needed
- Lee (8/5): - Good for a base camp when in the region.
- Ian (4/5): - Bathroom was filfthy. Light outside room blinked all night. Had to lock balcony doors for security as neighbouring rooms adjoined. No ventilation. Not a good outcome. Would not go back.
- Abhai (6/5): - Cleanness of floor and bathroom
- Katrina (4/5): - the linen was dirty the floors were wet in the shower mould on the crockery room smelt of mould
- Jennifer (8/5): - The staff were gems, what an asset to the company. Rooms and hotel were a surprising standard for 3 star, pleasantly surprised. The room is better than it looks in the photos. would definitely stay again.
- Gerard (10/5): - Reception staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. Room size was great, clean and the breakfast cereal was a bonus.
- Mark (10/5): - Would definitely stay again

- Thelma (6/5): - Everything
- Braiden (10/5): - It was a great hotel room for the price
- Margaret (10/5): - Great room, crockery and breakfast cereal in room. Milk carton.
- Christine (6/5): Dated but comfortable - Bed was comfortable. Blinds are falling apart, shower rail broke, nobody came when I went to reception to report it and rang the bell, ended up ringing them on my phone. Other patrons were noisy which kept me awake but location was good.
- Casandra (10/5): - Everything was perfect
- Vince (10/5): - Good motel with hotek access for meals. Very vonvenient and tidy. Would stay again.
- Christine (10/5): - No staff at reception on arrival. Had to ring the hotel number to get a staff member to book me in. Bed was comfy, parking good, close to Maccas, I did see 2 cockroaches though.
- Peter (6/5): - The fridge was open with a wet towel lying in it. When i removed the towel & closed it, it did not work. So no cold milk etc. Rubbish bin left on top of the toilet.
- mellissa (10/5): - The room was quite spacious ,clean and a comfortable bed. The area is close to shops and takeaway options as well as the hotel , which was surprisingly very quite. All in all, my go too for accommodation in the caboolture region
- Sharon (4/5): - The room smells of sewage it was disgusting
- Kellie (2/5): - The bathroom was disgusting, I had to wear my thongs in the shower as the shower floor was dirty and smelly.
There was hair in the drain and on the shower wall.
The room was overall unclean and smelly.
- Oliver (10/5): - Cheap and convenient, nice food
- Gaylene (10/5): - Fantastic hotel. We were picking up our new hybrid caravan on Friday and this was so convenient to stay here. Right around the corner. Had a meal in the restaurant and that was amazing. All the staff were really friendly. Would recommend everyone to stay here👍
- trish (10/5): - Staff were welcoming Handy to take away outlets
- martin (8/5): Overnighter - Great place to stay for overnight travel. Not far off main road.
- Philippa (8/5): - Stay was ok bed & room. Comfortable.
Restaurant food was awful.
- Julie (10/5): - Friendly and quiet. Great food.
- Mark (10/5): - Great food & great staff
- Susan (10/5): - Lovley room excellent location and staff 👌
- Michelle (10/5): - Good location with great dini g option. Lovely helpful staff.
- Chris (10/5): - Our Three week stay confirmed how good a choice it was to stay at the Sundowner. The central location to travel assets of Caboolture such as the M1 and nearby Train station gave us several options to explore around the Area. Parking our rental was never a problem and a couple or other food options , Kebabs and Subway were open quite late supplementing dining options although the Sundowner food was pretty good ... As a couple of seniors on holiday we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were some other guests making their presence known but generally weren't a problem . Would we stay there again? Sure if that opportunity comes again ...
- julie (6/5): - The air conditioning unit filters were filthy and the air con was useless. As they were short staffed - note in reception- we didn’t like to bother them. Also we had a barking dog in the unit next door the first night which had obviously been let alone. We had a 3 night stay but no room service given. We thought we were charged too much for what we got.
- Clare (8/5): - The motel was very clean and comfortable but long term guests were noisy during the night.
Not bad for a 1 night stay as we drove through the area.
- Christine (8/5): - The bed was comfortable, except for the cockroach crawling on it the first night. Blinds are a bit dated. It was useful to have a microwave but the shower door was hard to open. The cockroach in the shower the 2nd night wasn’t nice but it was close to the nursing home to visit my Dad & Maccas was next door for coffee.
- Sharon (8/5): - The staff the manager the premises is lovely. The only issue we found was that the premises at the back of the hotel they empty large waste bins early hours of the morning and the industrial roads near seemed to be a drag strip/noisy. This however has no reflection on our stay just bit noisy at time. Thanks to all.
- Dee (10/5): - Our stay at sundowner was fantastic, we cant afford to get away a lot so the cheap price was fantastic. We needed to stay an extra night on short notice at xmas time and they nanaged to squeeze us in with a room change. The rooms are lovely and clean and have everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
- Marc (10/5): - We just needed a place to stay the night after a day at Bribie Island and the Sundowner was perfect. Great location, excellent price and very convenient with a restaurant attached. The free basic breakfast supplies was a nice touch too.
Thank you. We plan on staying again soon.
- Michael (8/5): - A Nice Hotel Motel with very helpful & friendly staff..Hotel has a nice Restaurant and there is also a Subways & McDonalds in the Complex...The free Breakfast cereal & ice cold water was also a added surprise in the room
- Natalie (10/5): - Very clean and large room
- Samantha (8/5): - Lovely complex, main street but not loud.
- Coral (4/5): - we did like outside court yard areas but meant we had no privacy. the rooms were extremely hot air con didnt keep room cool. the bathroom was dirty the shower had old grout that was moldy and the shower drainage smelt like a toilet as soon as the shower ran. shower water was not very hot and the bathroom door did not lock properly. The rooms are very noisy when you have people above you and if someone leaves early you get woken by them slamming the door as you have to leave the key locked in the room which we were not told and reception was not open at 8 am when several of us were trying to leave but could not find where to return the key
- Peter (10/5): - Had a very enjoyable stay
- Natalie (8/5): - Couldnt use the free Wifi. Couldnt use the tv as someone had signed in to it and never signed out and couldnt access it.
- Cameron (8/5): - Good sized rooms
