Maria (5/5): We booked for 3 nights and only stayed for one night due to family Emmergency, No refund either - The location was excellent. the one bedroom apartment we stayed in had a broken bedroom cupboard, the towels were old and for the price per night (more expensive than the Novatel in Perth per night) The condition of the bed room cupboard, No storage for two medium sized suitcases, small fridge which froze our food. The fact you were treated with an ashtray on the outside table - YUK. For the price per night no shower products

Kai Le (8/5): - The trampoline was great fun, and it was very close to the beach as well as to restaurants. The living space clean was big enough to allow comfort. There was a 24 hour market nearby as well so we could get snacks and stuff for our stay. The castle room did not have a working fan, and some of the lights were not working. The rooms did not provide shampoo so we had to go purchase it from the 24 hour market. The kettle was unclean so we were a little hesitant to use it and resorted to buying bottled water instead.

Katarina (8/5): Great location and comfortable stay! - Fantastic location, super close to everything. The unit had everything we needed, and we really appreciated having a parking spot right next to the cabin. There was very limited WiFi access.
Lauren (9/5): Perfect location and great for a family holiday - Fabulous location right on the beach and next to the Beach Cafe. The jumping pillow was a huge hit with the kids. The bathrooms need a good scrub. More bbqs are needed as there was only one working where the cabins are located.

Kari (10/5): Absolutely fantastic place to stay!!!! - This resort is in the most perfect location. Should you forget anything during your stay, you can walk and get whatever it is that you need. For a night or two you wouldn't even have to pack food if you didn't want to as everything is just around the corner to lighten your load. Washroom facilities were perfect and clean.

Selina (1/5): lacking comfort - Location Water pressure was terrible and the mattress was hard no support My booking was originally for 4days we left after 2days poor sleep pain in shoulders lower back hips n knees for both my husband n myself were so sore. When we opened the door the fumes of the cleaning product they use was horribly pungent had to open all the windows to let fresh air through.

Michael (5/5): Ok - Location is perfect we have stayed here before in a 2 bedroom cabin I order to exact cabins payed the same price for both. We arrived at the park at 1.50 and check in is at 2. We were told the cabins weren’t ready. They said that they would call us when they were ready. At 2.39 we still hadn’t heard anything so we went in to see if the cabins were ready we got cabin 14 and 16. Cabin 14 had an ant problem the cabin was old it had a 3 m hook so you can open the shower door . It was an old cabin and was on the small side. Small cooktop small fridge. And this needs to be upgraded Cabin 16 was bigger and had no ant problem and was a newer cabin We have stayed here before in a 2 bedroom cabin and we were happy with the cabin so that’s why we suggested to other members of the family to stay here. I will not be staying here again My question is when you pay the same amount for both cabins and they were different. This is a shame as i was really disappointed

Bec (4/5): - Location and friendly staff We were given a disabled access room(no mention from staff when checking in, this is what we were getting) with no comfortable seating(sofa or couch) like the adjacent units. Hard chairs is not ideal to relax after a long day travelling in a lounge area. Facilities were a little dated and bathroom could have done with a real good clean but for 1 night it was manageable.

Bouncing Pillow for the kids needed a good scrub, all the kids had filthy hands and feet after playing on it. Needs a good scrub with soap, water and a broom.

Jess (9/5): See initial comment - We had a FABULOUS time on our stay. The facilities were excellent and the staff were so welcoming and approachable. The only vague negative is that we had a concern with our shower. The water pressure was very poor, and the temperature was near on impossible to keep stable; fluctuating between scalding hot and ice cold. I expressed this the thr kind staff at reception, who apologised for the issue, and stated that a work order will be placed. It wasn’t a major issue for my family, being all adult and able to regulate the temperature independently; my concern was if a family with small children used the shower. That being said, we LOVED our stay and will be back for sure. See above comment.

Desiree (8/5): Lovely family stay and superb location for Jurien - Great location! Everything you need is walking distance. Fantastic for kids, with the big bouncy pillow. Not a huge issue - We stayed in a one bedroom unit , which is a bit more dated, and has less utensils than the two-bed units our family were in. The two bed felt that bit more homely and comfortable with living space and couch. It also had a nicer facing front deck. Again, not a big deal, but to note for next time

Danny (4/5): Great location, friendly staff, units need a little TLC - Location, Great. Beds comfortable. Staff were friendly. Didn't look like the unit had been cleaned very well. Cob weds in corners and ceilings, Dust/debris behind doors, floors looking dirty and stuff left in microwave from last guest. Plumber required for shower. The hot water only works when you switch the cold water off. A balanced temperature was only achieved for a short period of time (1min) whilst both taps are on (hot & cold), then the temperature turns cold! and so we had to to turn the cold tap off, then wait for hot water to come through at which point we had to turn the cold water back on to balance the temperature. Thi (7/5): - The beach is close by, beautiful sea and sand. However there are not many attractions in the town. There are sea lion tours and lobster tours for adventurers though. The place was clean with very convenient location to beach. Feeling peaceful. It could be better if there were an oven and a dishwasher in the kitchen. The shared BBQ area was always busy. We expected some source of security gate but look like anyone can drive in/out the park freely.

The Tourist Park is right on the water and we did a few walks along the beach which was lovely Not much, everything was lovely.
