Guest Reviews
- Dunne (10/5): - The manager was great, he couldn’t help us enough. He even offered to drive us to the club and pick us up if we could not get the club bus.
- Phillip (10/5): -
- Ken (4/5): Charles Sturt would be sad. - A convenient location. Good bed and pillows. TV was also good. The relatively recent maintenance on the room was poorly done. Wall tiles were poorly aligned. The carpet was only cheap Bunnings carpet tiles, not glued down either. Peeling paint on one door. The same door was missing a jamb, allowing viewing into the next room! There was no place to hang any clothes. Other issues were also evident, but not necessary to list them here.

- Bill (2/5): Will NEVER be back. - On the highway. The room, very very tired. Bathroom light didn’t work. TV didn’t work. Manager had no idea, not helpful.
- Williams (7/5): Overall, clean motel at a competitive rate. - Clean room. Stayed in Rm16. We found the bed to be very uncomfortable.
- Jenny (10/5): - I've been staying at Charles Sturt Motel for three years at least 6 times a year. As a solo traveller I feel safe as there are always workers staying. It brings me peace of mind. It's location is quiet even though it's on the main road. It is such good value for a one night stay. No bells or whistles but it's got everything you'd need.
- Stephen (3/5): Below average - Venetian blinds on front windows, carpet had lots of water stains, just a really old and tired motel
- Jenny (7/5): -
- Dennis (5/5): - Ant infestation. Poor security. No window for fresh air.
Aircon very noisy and old. Window curtains were dirty and damaged.
- Greg (5/5): Clean and tidy room, ok value for overnight stay. Not recommended for a family stay. - Good location, easy to find. Good offstreet parking. Very comfortable bed. Double bed only, too small for me. Property obviously quite old and in need of a spruce up.

- David (2/5): The worse motel I’ve stayed in for 40 years - Very very tired, lacked attention and over priced for condition of premises Curtains torn. Dirty carpet, stained, joinery broken, shower stained and 40 years old, no hair dryer. Extremely run down, outside overrun with weeds and fixtures laying around

- Paul (10/5): -
- Kylie (7/5): -
- LINDSAY (8/5): - Town has a lot of historic buildings. Motel is spacious. Has potential but is in need of a spruce up.
- Angela (6/5): Seemed overpriced - Comfortable bed. Walkable distance into town. Under cover parking for car, right outside the door Updated room but old venetian blinds could be replaced with blockout curtains, woken by headlights of people leaving at 4am. Not very soundproof, especially with having a gravel driveway. Restaurant only had very limited menu, and available breakfast was a "breakfast Box" (Didn't partake of either)
- Joanne (6/5): -
- Suzanne (8/5): -
