- Barry (8/5): quiet and comfortable - clean, quiet, large rooms and friendly staff the wifi was fairly average but that is not an issue for us.
- Philippa (10/5): a quiet, tranquil and perfectly located spot for easy access to everything - I was doing an event in Busselton, so this was perfectly located, near enough for easy access, but away from all the hustle and bustle. Very convenient, very quiet and great for us. nothing
- Donald (10/5): Great holiday accommodation - Exactly what I wanted
- Jaime (8/5): Good location - The location Bad WiFi coverage, no heating in main bedroom, a bit overpriced for what it is offered

However, it was very clean so not a big deal. A couple of improvements such as repainting the toilet and adding more lighting in the bathroom for example would make a noticeable difference, but not really a big deal.

- Elaine (9/5): Cruisey family getaway - Great spot for families. Liked that my children could ride the bikes/scooters around the site. Big, open spaces to kick the footy and walking distance to the restaurant up the road. General cleanliness was exceptional. Firewood also provided. It’s a quiet and cheerful holiday park. We will be back. Lighting was a bit dark in common spaces of the unit eg kitchen and lounge.
- Martindale (8/5): Great quiet getaway for the family - Very close to the beach, super quiet and a short drive to Busselton. Pot belly stove to keep the house warm. Unit was clean with plenty of extra blankets and a large fridge.
- Mel (10/5): Great family stay - Great place for a relaxed family stay. Easy stroll to the beach. Small playground on site. We will be back!
- Suzanne (9/5): Superb location and set up, hopefully we can return soon - Loved the chalet with the wood fire option… superbly positioned right in the bay Nighttime possums mad quite the noise running across the roof, but not a lot to be done about that.
- Steven (8/5): -
- Ralph (8/5): - Close to a beautiful beach, lovey for walks.
- Marguerite (3/5): Please improve your facilities - Not very impressed. The place was filled with of dust. There was no table lamp in the second room, no heating in the second room. The bathroom floor was slippery. There was an odour( old smell) in the place . The reverse cycle wasn’t working to heat up the place. The couches were dirty and cushions too.
- Judit (10/5): -
- Julie (9/5): Cozy, clean, comfortable. - A lovely, quiet setting, close to the beach and cafes. Clean and comfortable. Couldn’t figure out how to connect Wifi (didn’t bother asking because I just used my own in the end). The password given was incorrect, I think.
- Neil (8/5): a very pleasant stay - Very nice location. Well maintained chalet but the furnishings were quite basic. The furnishings were basic and there wasn’t a bedside table in the second bedroom.
- Ellen (10/5): -
- Tiong Toh (7/5): -
- QI (7/5): Overall, it was a cozy and family-friendly stay in a great location by the beach. - We stayed in the Swiss Chalet at Sandy Bay Holiday Park for a few nights and enjoyed a very convenient and relaxed stay.
The location is excellent – just a 3-minute drive to a petrol station and a local shopping centre with a grocery mart, coffee shop, and a very good fish & chips place. The beach is less than 100m away, so it was easy to take a walk anytime. Our chalet’s backyard faced a children’s playground, which was perfect for families, and the self-service laundry was right next door.
The chalet itself felt warm and welcoming. Although the appliances and furniture are quite old-fashioned and have a retro feel, everything was functional. We used the wood fire heater, which kept us comfortable at night despite the cool September weather.
The staff were very friendly – before arrival, we kept receiving clear emails and text messages with all the check-in details, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free Some areas for improvement: the room had a noticeable amount of dust, especially visible on the dark brown furniture, and the Wi-Fi signal was quite weak.
- John (8/5): A very enjoyable & affordable place to stay close to the beach. - We loved sitting in front of the wood fire on the cold nights that we had. The beds were also very comfortable. The Holiday Park itself was well maintained & looked very picturesque when the sun was shining.
- Patricia (10/5): Loved my time here - Such a great place to stay
The staff were wonderful !
- Paul (8/5): - Clean
- Winnie (9/5): -
- Janette (8/5): Great place; nicely located, attractive setting, clean facilities and - Sandy Bay is very well maintained and is set in beautiful gardens. It is located right next to a fantastic beach and in a quiet and peaceful suburb. We were very grateful for being allowed to have our dog join us in the chalet. It would be preferable to have access to the chalet before 3pm.
- sharon (9/5): -
- SkyFrame (9/5): -
- Karen Larkman (7/5): - We only had a short visit this time. Just a little old. Still suited our needs. We would stay again. Chalets were a little old.
- Michelle (10/5): - The managers were warm and friendly and the Swiss Chalet was spotless, cosy and very comfortable. The fireplace was set with firewood and we had everything we needed. The chalets are stand-alone so no shared walls and plenty of peace & quiet. The entire park is well maintained and located right on the beach, with Tonic Restaurant a short stroll away along the beach path. Its also pet friendly which we love. Great value accomodation, highly recommend!
- Simon (10/5): Great beachfront location and perfect for a family getaway - Great location, friendly welcome, clean and perfect for our weekend family getaway Everything was great. No problems
- kylie (10/5): - Lovely staff and very clean and comfortable accommodation. The bbq area was perfect also. Will be back..thank you.
