- Jennifer (5/5): Ok - It had a toaster and microwave and some dishes. Car parking good. Some parts smelt musty and the smell from bathroom cleaner very strong and potent. Bottom sheet on bed didn't cover the whole mattress. Any noise echoed loudly.

But only after we opened the door with our key. They then sent us to another Motel in Broadbeach. Appreciate that but not great that they had given the room to 2 people.

Our toilet cistern had to be manually filled after use. We didn't receive security deposit refund until after I queried it.

You hear every noise of foot steps up and down the stairs worse part is every conversation made from guest u can hear it loud and clear to tap it off rooms above you the footstep any heavy items drag or move the noises travel loudly even if u have the air con going or have tv on above noise as still echoes which is hard to sleep I suggest bring an ear buds and uses to when going to bed

- Rebecca (9/5): Very happy - The 2 bedroom apartment was like brand new and modern. The apartment was absolutely spotless and clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable mattress's we have ever slept on. Staff were lovely and all other guests we encountered were friendly too. I will definitely be back. If im being picky the only thing that could be improved is to update the toaster in the kitchen and to check that remote controls havent gone flat. Those were honestly the only cons I have.

The staff were super friendly and helpful with i formation about the area. There was nothing to not like, it was awesome.

It was great Location was ok but had to make I drove the right street to be able to turn in as the roads there were a bit tricky. Next time may look to stay closer to beach.

- Jennifer (3/5): This motel had good access to light rail and nice staff, but was noisy and in poor condition. - Very good access to the light rail to get to our event. The room was in poor condition - paint hanging off cornices in bathroom, window that wouldn't close, stained carpet. The carpet on access stairs was torn and dirty. The inability to close the window made it very noisy. And the lights in the internal courtyard made it too bright to sleep well.

- Dana (8/5): Thanks Team! - The room was cozy and fit all our needs. Comfortable beds, strong air conditioning and extremely convenient location. Overhead lighting was a bit abrasive but that was solved by just using the lamps

The light in the hallway was on 24/7, shining through the curtains together with the noisey echo of people slaming doors and talking loudly. I felt like I was in jail cell. Had to use the same towels for 4 days. The patio was absolutely Filthy. it didn't look like it ever had been cleaned. There was also a leak that beside the toilet that happened when the toilet had been flushed a few times. The fan also had a squeek when it was turned up high that only was an issue when trying to sleep. Some of these issues might seem minor to some people, but when spending close to $1200 for a 4 day stay, I expect not to have any of the issues above.

I did feel maybe a small lounge chair between the beds may help with comfort for older people. Nothing really it was all good for us

Handtücher wurden 1x getauscht Man hört alles was draußen passiert, sehr dünne Türen und Fenster. Mülleimer im Badezimmer könnte man austauschen, sehr rostig. Toll wären Haken gleich beim Eingangsbereich zum aufhängen von Taschen oder Jacken.
