- Colleen (6/5): Nice hotel to stay in if you're an active family. - Not an easy place for disabled people, (example of stairs) but once in the unit you are comfortable. Good easy walking distance to shops and short driving distance to shopping centres and attractions. Overall an attractive unit and lovely pool area. Good for an active family.

Just old, loud, and a bit smelly (although the apts are non smoking i cuold still smell smoke in the furniture), bed and pillows uncomfortable. It was clean but didnt seem clean because it was so old. I was freezing at night, thankfully there were extra sheets in the closet/ Would have rathered temperature control. And I'd also rather not have to take out my own garbage. Also dissaponted that there was not free wifi. Overall, would be fine if it was a cheap weekend with friends where we werent spending much time at the resort, but not appropriate for a business traveller.

We stay here because it is walking distance to Hellenika (our favourite restaurant) and also walking distance to the beach so we can make a weekend out of a special occasion dinner. This time the mattress was so hard that we had a very uncomfortable night. When we mentioned this at reception the following day, we were told to request a different room next time. Hmmm...not sure there will be a next time. Also the room was not particularly clean and the shower was a bit grotty. A bit disappointing, given the price of the room.

- donnasoowho (6/5): Good family option - We have stayed here twice and like the location (good cafes and restaurants) and the pool. The apartments are roomy and have everything you need. The complex is getting tired and is probably due a makeover despite being well maintained although this didn't really detract from our experience. This time our apartment was located on the Gold Coast highway side - the bedrooms got afternoon sun which made them very hot and even with the fans on it was hard to cool them down. Sleeping with the doors open was a bit noisy.

The 1 bedroom I stayed in was very reasonably priced so I my expectations were not very high when I booked on Wotif. I was pleasantly surprised. The unit was a good size and nice and clean. Very handy to shops and transport and restaurants. Close to the beach as well however this trip didn't allow timing for the beach. I was pleasantly surprised at the pool and spa and barbecue facilities also. I would certainly go back and next time will pack boardshorts and a beach towel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): No customer service - We arrived at 2:00pm on Saturday to find the gate locked. Someone from inside the complex let us in as reception shuts at 12:00pm on a Saturday. We found an after hours number and the lady wasn't very friendly. We retrieved our keys from the lockbox. Our room was average, nothing to write home about and there was a questionable smell in the corridor. It was OK all round but I think they need to work on a more personal experience for customers.

As this is an apartment building with permanent and casual visitors and no full time reception staff we were forced to leave our car parked on the street. Not what you expect when paying $??? for the nights stay.
