The room had a kettle hairdryer and all the things you would want! They also had a well equipped kitchen (although would be good if the code for the kitchen was included in the welcome message) Check in and checkout was super easy and efficient! - David (8/5): Great location handy to beach and shops. A bit noisey being next door to the petrol station. - The location was good. Straight across from the beach and a 2 min walk to the shops. Parking right outside your room. It was very noisey being right next door to the petrol station and right on the main road. The servo opened at 6am which is ok if you planning on being up early otherwise the noise of vehicles and people made it hard to sleep.

- Fernanda (9/5): I feel comfortable and safe. - The room was perfect for rest, it is comfy and cute. The area is safe. I recommend to focus to clean the mould in the shower with the product Mould and soap scum remover with the company White King you find in Bunnings or Chemist warehouse or Coles. That product is easy to use it just spray de área or lines on the wall leave that for 20 min then brush and looks fantastic.

Big shower that didn't leak and close to road/shop access etc. Liked noise restrictions policy which made the stay more enjoyable. Bit too much light coming in room and noise can travel easily but noise restrictions do help.

Although there was an excellent privacy blind I was a bit distracted by being near the walkway for the staff. Next time I’d like a room further back. But that was only a minor thing, probably more to do with me than anything.

Some TV channels pixellated. Initial confusion about wifi password with capital M for Moody, when it was actually lower case.

- Jodie (1/5): Advise the requirement to catch a ferry if travelling via Torquay. - I didn't get to stay there. Ferry fee to get there $170 return. This should be advised when booking! I have travelled from WA and not aware I had to catch a ferry to get to Sorrento from Lorne. You have to catch a ferry to get there $170 return. I cut my losses and stayed at Barwon Head. No refund given on my booking!

I usually go on the Sorrento to Queenscliff ferry if the weather is good. It's very nearby. Can zip up the road to the Rosebud Cinema in weather is bad.

We would not of gotten room had we of known about the stairs as my partner had done his knee the week before, other than that and no light at nightime to see were your going on the path that leads to car, was a bit dangerous. But other than that room had everything you would need and was very neat and tidy. Steep stairs to room, at night the path from back door to car not lit up, could not see were we were going, luckly i had a tourch in car.
