- Verified traveler (8/5): Boutique decorated hotel - Nice hotel though very "brightly" decorated in a dark decor with glass walls and mirrors. No lift, stairs only. Parking is not a given - either streetside or in the shopping centre parking next door. Fortunately we had no issues. The cost of food is not cheap but the place is nice. Overall a pleasant one night stay.

- Tom (10/5): - On arrival we were taken to the car park then to our room When we got to the entrance I tripped on the step and fell quiet heavily The staff could not do enough tending to my injuries until the paramedics arrived and took over I cannot day enough in praise for the way I was treated though it was nobody’s fault

- Ray (8/5): Good but need to improve - My overall experience is good except of the access to the hotel room been uncomfortable. Only one key has been issued for two guests and the key lock is quite difficult to open. Suggest hotel owner to replace all locks with electronic smart key lock.

Maybe not the best place for all though as you are staying on top of a bar and the entrance is right near the poker machines/smoking area. It was perfect for us!

Anthony greeted us, wished us happy Anniversary & informed me the bottle of Champagne I had ordered was waiting for us. The room was very clean & modern. - Verified traveler (6/5): - There is no reception for this hotel, basically you need to track down the bar staff and when they have a chance they give you a key and show you to your room.We called the hotel as there are no signs stating how to check in, nor do you receive an email with instructions. After waiting 15 mins someone from the bar finally come help us. If you have any issues after hours, I am not sure who would help you. The overall room was nice, clean and had the most comfortable bed of our 3 week stay in Australia. Though they need to fix their check in procedures.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great stay, but change the bathroom doors to allow - Great stay, nice and comfortable room. The only down side was the one way mirrored glass door to the bathroom. When you have the light on in the bathroom (and you need it on, as there's no natural light in there) anyone in the room can see straight in. The toilet is directly in front of the bathroom door, so if you're using the bathroom, from the bed, you can see straight in to the bathroom. No bathroom privacy at all.

- Gillian (10/5): - An incredible hotel, walking distance to the beach. The best shower I have ever had in my life, so good for tall people life myself. The windows didn't open more than an inch and I did find a bug in the bathroom in the middle of the night but that really was the only tiny thing I could fault. They also provided a free bottle of wine and were so friendly! Could live here and can't wait to return!

The restaurant had a wonderful ambience and the food was unbelievable - 5 star quality. The espresso martinis were the best we've had. Entertainment was great and the place was full. Would definitely recommend The Junction Hotel.

I chose room 1 because it said it could sleep 3, I guessed it was a large double bedroom with a large ensuite and that is exactly what it is. If I had known it had a nespresso machine I would have taken some coffee along.

- Glen Patrick (10/5): Great night at the Junction Hotel - This was one of the best nights stays I have had as a Sales Rep ever ... from the greeting from the owner at the front door following a phone call to give my keys to access the secure parking across the road .. to the tour of my upstairs room & facilities by the owner .. to a unique looking & very comfortable room .. to the bubbly welcoming staff when going downstairs for dinner .. to the very tasty affordable food (can highly recommend the prawn bruschetta & pan fried Dory .. mm mmm ) .. to the free bottle of Shiraz for eating in the restaurant downstairs .. to the excellent WiFi service which enabled me to do my job ... & finally when I got to the next hotel the next day I realised I had left my toothbrush charger in the room ... I rang them & they offered to mail it to my home address the next day free of charge ... that is what you call service. I think this is the first ever Review I have ever posted in 19 years of being a Sales Rep ... just felt compelled to !! Cheers
