• Kerriegai (7/5): 75th birthday - Location was terrific 👌 close handy to Maroochydore SLSC, beach,cafes,shops etc The unit is aged, needs TLC, TV in our main bedroom didn't work, A/C faced main lounge not the bedrooms, so very hot, rooftop is sadly neglected and needs maintenance.....
• Benjemin (8/5): - Location was PERFECT, Accommodation was spacious. Bed was comfy, central to shops, metres from the Beachfront Accommodation is on the Top Floor not Rooftop, as advertised
• Maggie (10/5): - Very clean, had everything we needed. Staff checked it that all was ok and were very welcoming. Right behind the surf club, easy walk home after dinner.
• Hawkins (8/5): We loved our stay. - We loved the location to beaches, shops and surf club and restaurants. The TV in bedroom and fan in loungeroom were not working.
• John (9/5): our stay was very enjoyable and comfortable absolutely loved the area of the location so close to - The staff were very helpful and contacted us via text each morning asking was everything okay were we in need of anything the location of this site 100 metres to the beach close to the Surf Club and marvelous walking paths around the area and close to coffee shops and nic nak shops. Look not much to suggest here

• Brian (7/5): Good - Location was 10 out of 10. Considering it is an older building it was clean and very roomy We arrived at night in the rain. Had been travelling all day to receive an email with instructions on how to get the key from another apartment block. Being dark and unfamiliar with the area, this became an issue. We did phone the after-hours phone and resolve it. In regards to Unit 3 outside the kitchen window is a tin roof covering something, but with heavy rain overnight the noise of rain on that tin cover was horrendous and I would challenge anybody to sleep through the noise even with earplugs. This would be the only reason I would not stay here again

• Sophie (10/5): A beautifully located and well/ - The property is ideally located for young families planning to spend time on the beach. The outdoor area was a beautiful big and secure space, providing ample room for the kids to run around and play. The rooms were a great sizes with two bathrooms and a very well equipped kitchen. We had a really lovely stay here and would love to come back again in the future. Cat & Rubes were an absolute pleasure to speak with and were available for the duration of our stay should we have needed anything. They left out some little Easter cookies which our two young girls really loved and appreciated so thank you! More thorough cleaning under furniture and dusting of appliances (lamps) would be my absolute only critique.

Property management/owners were very responsive to messages after we had accidentally locked ourselves out. Beds were a bit firm.

Sunshine Getaway staff very responsive, solution focussed and friendly. No air con in all bedrooms, only lounge and the layout makes difficult to cool down all rooms in Qld heatwave! Need shelves in 2nd bedroom

Lots of little things eg tv not working in bedroom, shower screens broken, kitchen poorly equipped, lack of basics such as cooking oil, uncomfortable mattresses all added up to a sub par stay. Needs a small investment to get it back up to acceptable standards.
• Laura (3/5): Average for the price - Location was great even though it didn’t have a sea view Needed much needed maintenance, toilet seat in en-suite was broken and the sink was loose from the wall…..was really worried I would dismantle it from the wall if I leaned on it. . We had no access to the allotted car parking as garage was locked and the Wi-Fi as completely non existent.
• Angela (5/5): The location is what really made our stay enjoyable in Maroochydore - The location was fantastic, directly across the road from the beach and surf club and bus stop very short walking distance at the end of the street. Hot water in the shower would run out every morning and shower screen was broken and dirty and mouldy. Couches and carpet needs a good steam clean and blankets washed. Roof top balcony didn’t have a bbq or any lounge chairs at all as advertised when booking. Fan in the bedroom not working and split system was filthy. Very Overpriced for a tired property that could really use some attention.
• Jet (8/5): Very good - The entire place is spotless and well-equipped. The location is excellent, situated right next to the beach, with a wide range of dining options nearby, parking is not an issue at all, with onsite options as well as plenty of street parking available.
• Helene (8/5): A very pleasant time and great location - Location was exceptional - could walk to where ever we wanted to go the key pick up was a bit clunky and we had to call to get more instructions
• Clark (8/5): Very good - Excellent location and size of rooms. Rooms and kitchen had everything you could need. Huge balcony, dining room, lounge room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and laundry. It even has access to the roof top balcony. Pool was on the smaller side but great for a dip after a visit to the beach right across from the apartment. Beach access was right across the road. Staff were excellent in their communication and room was very clean. Thank you for the Easter egg surprise on our beds as we arrived. The kids were so excited and made there day. Unfortunately no air con in the bedrooms, but there is a huge one in the lounge room but the cold air doesn't reach the bedrooms too much, but ceiling fans and pedestal fans throughout. Doors on showers broken and tap running but didn't bother us at all. would 100% stay there again

• Eric (10/5): Perfect place for a break. - The Unit was directly across the road from the Maroochydore Surf club and had it's own private deck above it. The bedrooms were spacious with an ensuite and separate bathroom, toilet and laundry. The kitchen had everything in it and the lounge and dining areas were roomy. There was also an outside private balcony with views of the surf and a swimming pool. There was private car parking under the units. Everything is within walking distance and the unit was a perfect place for the family to enjoy the Christmas break. The fireworks for New year's Eve could easily be seen from the balcony.

This apartment is the best we have stayed in. - Absolutely brilliant location, directly opposite the Surf Lifesaving Club and the beach. A spacious ground floor apartment equipped with everything needed for a fantastic holiday. The beds were not the most comfortable. The wifi was terrible, but the property manager assisted us with a short boost.

We contacted the manager who said that there was an error in a transfer of the booking made on your website to their booking system.....? We had no option but to stay in the apartment allocated.

• John (5/5): The location was great just a shame about the ants and the missing BBQ - The pictures on the booking site showed a roof top BBQ so we took some food to cook on it; it had been removed so we were very disappointed about that. There was an issue with ants in the ensuite and in the kitchen, we had to but insect spray

The bedrooms were that hot to sleep in. the fans didn’t have batteries so I bought some myself to replace, and might aswell no have done that, they go very slow. I would suggest a upgrade of fans.My kids slept on the lounge chairs on the second night.

• Benjamin (3/5): Sleepless nights - Location is good cotton tree is a great family location. Would stay again only if they changed the beds as they were terrible. Beds were horrid Air con blinds door jams were mouldy. Surf club does not turn off lights overnight so is bright in main bedroom despite blinds being blockout. Surf club was loud of a night on Friday and Saturday time when people would leave intoxicated and be yelling loudly. Was not clean under beds tv and lounge. While place needs a spring clean.

This is QLD you must have air-conditioning in each room atleast a unit that can cool down the apartment. It was so hot this weekend and air-conditioning was an issue. That was the only downfall.
