Our bedroom and on suite bathroom was beautifully presented and the bed super comfortable. Victoria’s place offers a peaceful and relaxing place to chill out at, after a busy day in Byron Bay. Victoria’s place is not in Bryon Bay but is just outside (at Ewingsdale) and so a car is recommended. The pictures on the website (Victoria’s at Ewingsdale) are a true representation of what you’ll find. It’s wonderful! If you stay at Victoria’s don’t miss her wonderful breakfast which is very tasty and plentiful. Our two nights at Victoria’s was a real treat for us. Thank you Victoria and staff. Ps Sometimes this property is referred to as Abbie’s on the Web but it’s correct and more up to date as Victoria’s.

It is like a 19th Century Victorian style interior with a Mediterranean exterior. The grounds were beautifully manicured with lots of trees around. Just magical.

• Mehak (2/5): Cold shower, dirty pillows and no wifi. Don’t stay - Cold shower, dirty pillows and no wifi in the room that has a smart tv. Our room was in no way “luxury”. Victoria was present for a lovely check-in but it was downhill from there - our room had a shower but the water was only hot for one second before it went cold, this was very strange given the water from the sink was super hot. Also there were reddy brown stains on some of the pillows. The staff did not re-fill the milk or clean the coffee space when doing the daily thing. I’m surprised this place is still in business. Not value for money, stay elsewhere.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Friendliness, Fireplaces,Signature Breakfasts - My wife and I have just enjoyed an overnight stay at Abbie's Villas near Byron Bay. Though just a tad difficult to find, the adventure was sublime and non-pareil. Nestled in the hills above Byron overlooking Juliet Rocks the Villas are part of Victoria's at Ewingsdale. Immaculate is my word to describe the Guest House, the setting, the gardens, the zeitgeist. Our room was a simple Garden View room. Clean , fresh , immaculately pristine linen the thoughtful added things like complimentary port , fruit, bottled water were all rather welcoming. The rather cute special rescue, just in case pack of two panadol, two bandades and even a procreation protection device bought a smile to my dial. The hostess Victoria kindly lit the fire in the main lounge, as the evening was chilly. The peace and quiet of the night ensured a sound sleep. In the morning we enjoyed the most wonderfully presented breakfast prepared by Abbie . We can recommend the Herb and Cheese soufflé; the signature dish of the Establishment.

Very accommodating owner and staff and breakfast was a real treat with a glass of champagne and Victoria showing special attention to our special dietary requirements. Highly recommended!

Very quiet though, so keep that in mind when booking, we felt we also had to be quiet and mindful of others enjoying the ambience.
• Marian (10/5): Class and Tradition is what you get at this Hotel - Beautiful place to stay. Facilities and grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The Kitchen is amazing and available for making tea and coffee anytime. You need a car to get to the Beach and it is about a 10 min drive. We had one of the cheaper rooms but it was still great. Fluffy white towels, chocolates on arrival plus a bowl of fruit. We were shown around the complex when we arrived and made to feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this place for a quiet stay.
