The beds are so comfy Was sad that we didn’t get to use the high ropes course as they cancelled our booking (we booked the last session due to commitments, we were up there for a state title) and that it’s only opened on the weekends, so no room to do a catch up session. As the last time we were up there it was closed for maintenance and upgrades.

- Hayley (5/5): - We booked a 1 night stay due to the childrens facilities and upon arrival we were told that almost everything was booked out on the day even though barely saw the activities being operated.. and closed the following day due to public holiday. This was very disappointing as the children were looking forward to the activities for weeks and travelled 3.5 hours for nothing. Also, reception in the morning was overwhelming busy causing massive delays to get served as only 1 staff member was there to help the massive que. I was overwhelmed for her and piss poor of management to think 1 staff member is adequate enough to help a fully booked out site. Pool was being maintaned and serviced the next morning and was told we couldnt use it for several hours and had to check out at 10am. This is a cool place but believe it is ran poorly and will not be returning use your money elsewhere.

Colourful cabins, beautiful bathrooms, indoor play centre, playground, jumping pad, pool, all included and then for $5 extra per person we enjoyed playing mini golf which is decorated so well to keep kids engaged with the different themes. Booking through booking.com I booked a different cabin to what we received unfortunately they couldn’t fix it due to being booked out and claimed it was an error on booking.com. I think I would book direct next time.

- Jia Ying (4/5): Very Poor Customer Service and Lack of Maintenance - No 👎 The cleanliness was very poor. The facilities were not well maintained. Although staff were aware that the football was missing, no one took the initiative to replace it. The ping-pong table and rackets were broken, and only one ping-pong ball was provided at the time. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. The staff member at the mini-golf stall on 26 January (I did not manage to get his name) provided extremely poor customer service. I strongly suggest that proper customer service training be given again. The mini-golf area was full of leaves, and no one was cleaning it, even though the staff member was free and just sitting there. On top of that, he displayed a very bad attitude towards customers. This was supposed to be our family retreat before school started, and we thought it would be a fun place to spend time together. However, there was no prior information about needing to book in advance for the high ropes, and it was closed during the Australia Day public holiday at a holiday park. The purpose of visiting a holiday park is to enjoy the facilities and activities, yet the games were closed because of a public holiday — in a holiday park. This was very disappointing. Overall, we are unhappy and disappointed with this park. We will not be returning, nor will we recommend it to friends.

We got there and were blown away by the modern facilities, comfort, ease of access, activities for children. All of which made it a very comfortable stay. Nothing we didn’t like - it was perfect!

- Natalie (8/5): Wonderful stay, kids were very pleased. - Activities for everyone, very clean and comfortable. We hit a couple of rainy days so keen to come back when it's a bit warmer to soak up all there is to do 😊 Parking to my room was blocked off due to renovations but we made it work 😊

It’s fun and safe and lots of activities I would like to make a suggestion that they come up with a better system for the peddle karts and a booking system for their activities. We stay at big 4s a lot and no systems create disagreements with other families.

- Ruchein (10/5): Spacious cabins and great activities for toddlers make this a perfect family escape. - Nice, spacious cabins with all the basic amenities. It is a perfect place to spend time with kids. My 1-year-old really enjoyed the activities. Worth visiting again. In my opinion, the Wi-Fi needs improvement, but it is not a deal breaker. It is good to be away from the phone and internet at times.

- Cherie (10/5): Best Big4 yet! - The staff were lovely, welcoming. Very hard working. Our cabin aircon was on so it was nice to walk into a Kool room. Thank you for the compliment train/trailer ride. The guests! We stayed the week of NYE. Don't stay at a caravan park if you plan to day drink and are unable to control yourself towards the end of the night. 11pm the crap music was still blasting and they were still yelling. The kids were all over the road on their bikes and scooters. It would be good to have marked lines on the road for them to stick to when a vehicle is drying by. The cabins need a deep clean and a spray, there were a few Beatles in our cabin and when we first arrived. The cabin smelt like someone had been smoking in it. A very sickening stale smoke smell. Had to air the cabin out most of the stay.
- Jiyajee (6/5): - Clean and neat new cabins All the beds were done properly 2 x Water bottle provided Toilets showers were brand new and clean Wi-fi signal and connection was very poor. TV didnot connect to wifi neither any of our mobiles. Kids room does not have any fan or AC. It gets very hot at night in summer. BbQ was bit dusty Kids train need to run more frequently All the kids activities were paid activities and not free for residents even after paying high amount for accommodation.

- Jessica (10/5): - LOVED THE FAMILY CABIN, ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, although the mattresses werent very comfortable, the couch and every piece of furniture was very well thought out. the facilities were very clean. we had a lovely stay the mattresses and the wifi connection

- Eden (10/5): Best weekend ever ! - The holiday park was incredible! Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Room was spotless and plenty of room. So many things for the kids to do! This is a great place to stay if you just want to stay at the holiday park the whole time. Something to do for the whole family N/A

- Gabriel Alejandro (10/5): Increíble Hotel, lo entendieron todo para los Chicos! y Para los grandes! - La habitación divina, el lugar hermoso, la propuesta para los chicos excepcional, desde juegos en habitación, hasta parque indoor, como el parque exterior (Cama elastica, mini golf, pileta, spa, y trepadora). El wifi no llegaba a habitación, mala señal, no había abridor de lata, y el tarro de azúcar cafe, estaban vacías.

- Jasmine (6/5): Pleasant experience great facilities, cabins need a makeover! Staff were helpful. - The facilities were great loads to do for kids lots of outdoor activities and indoor activities, didn’t really need to leave. Fridge wasn’t working when we got there they replaced it very fast which was quite thankful for! But behind fridge black mould growing and mould in shower as well, Lino half ripped up needs a bit of a makeover in the cabins for sure. But overall pretty pleasant experience
