- Xiaolan (8/5): - The view is stunning, very spacious apartment. The kitchen and the kitchenwares are very good. However there is only main bedroom has flyer screen. The other two don’t have. The windows in these two bedrooms need to be close while sleeping. It doesn’t feel good. Uber is required to come back to the apartment as the apartment is in the middle of the hill and it is very steep and hard to walk back. But it’s only cost around $10 and it’s easy to call an Uber. The supply in the apartment are only for 3 days, saying rubbish bags, body washes etc. if you are going to stay more than 3 nights, Don’t forget to bring your own

A bit of a hike back up the hill if you walk to town, but that’s expected of you want a view from the hillside. My only small complaint is you may hear the people above you- my neighbors above me were a little loud and were walking back and forth for hours my first night. Not uncommon for apartment buildings with tile/wood floors. But otherwise a great stay and I’d stay again.

- Tina (10/5): - Lovely apartments, everything you need for a short stay. As other comments state, the property is located on a steep hill. Short walk into town, but takes a little longer going back. Northerlies restaurant picks you up and drops you back off, nice place to eat and drink.

The outdoor terrace was a lovely place to sit and eat and overlook the bay. The pool was lovely, though very warm in January :-) Beating bedrooms and bathrooms. Car park space provided too. The ladies at reception were very friendly also. Would love to go back sometime.

- lara (8/5): - I recently spent a week at Whitsundays Reflections with my partner. The bedroom itself was fantastic with amazing garden and water views. The amenities included in the apartment were in great condition and the apartment was furnished appropriately. The only issue is the steep hill that the accommodation was situated on. Would recommend other guests to hire a car for transportation. I will be recommending Whitsundays Reflections to anyone going to Airlie Beach!

Had all the kitchen appliances that you need. Enjoyed the pool table up the top, the BBQ, fridge and sink on that level are a nice touch. Netflix available using your own account was easy to use. Would stay there again. Ceiling fan in the third bedroom didn't work. Some of the light bulbs were blown namely the light at the top of the stairs. Could do with a few more power points around the living room. (just an observation more of an original design issue really)

- Verified traveler (4/5): Customer service lacking - Property was okay. Spacious and comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved: there was a dead moth in our room and dusty surfaces. Also the pool was growing algae. There was no one when we checked in or out. And I found out my debit card was authorised before we arrived for their convenience as we weren’t there, I asked them to release this immediately and take another card but no one bothered to come back to me that first day. Also upon arrival I had to roam the property to find someone to help as they send me an email to tell me no one would be there, completely ignoring the fact that if you are from abroad you might not have internet, and hence didn’t read that email. The guy I found to assist wanted to charge me again for a deposit! At night there is a lot of noise from bands/singers and it kept us awake. It’s quite overpriced for what you get overall.

The complex is up the hill from the main part of town has an amazing view with a great pool and spa area. The apartment itself has all the extra bits (kitchen utensils ails etc) that make a stay more convenient.

Apartment is clean with modern design furniture and fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Staff was always helpful with all my requests. Close to shops. - Lina (10/5): Amazing stay at Reflections - The stay at Reflections was recommended and they stay was amazing. Reception was friendly and the room we had was clean, spacious and with great views. We had one of the newly rooms where we had two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All air conditioned in every space. Kitchen was a good size, living area was good. Tv in each room. Balcony had a seating area as well as long beach chairs to lay in the sunshine. We also had a washer and dryer which I always need when I travel. We rented a car which made going around easier. Walking would be do-able but to get to reflections there is a steep road/hill that you would need to go through, would definitely recommend having a car when staying here. Close drive to shops and also to the wharf area where most tours are held. The beds are softer than a firm bed which I prefer but besides that i had a great time with Reflections. They also have tour bookings at the reception desk if you want to book.

Wonderful, friendly hosts with good ideas what to do in town and in the area. Be prepared to drive up or take a AUD7.00 cab from town since it is a long uphill climb to the place which is the price you pay for that view. Well worth the price.

- Donna (8/5): Spacious & comfortable - Amazing view over Airlie Beach & 1 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and roomy. It is a bit of a walk uphill from town but the views are worth it. Not such great views from the 2 bedroom apartments. Taxi from town was $9- $10. Apartment 17 was the one we stayed in and the only negative would be the lack of privacy at the window in dining room. Guests walking to other units could see straight in through the side feature glass. Could do with additional privacy tinting.
- Ophir (6/5): Good apartments with poor management - The apartment is really beautiful, very big and has an amazing view. We felt like the place is really un-managed as we got a very bad customer service and their availability was very limited. We checked in at 6 pm on a mid-week and the reception was already close. Then it was hard to find our apartment and there were no answer to the phone. Also when we checked in, our flight was delayed and we asked for late checkout but they couldn't approve it, Also when we asked to leave our suitcases in the reception, they told us reception they're closing at 12 pm (super early as it was Friday) so we stayed with no solution and actually paid to a place in the main street to store our bag in the meantime. One last thing, the apartments are located on a the top of the hill and 20 min walk from the main road - it wasn't clear when we booked the place.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - A wonderful apartment for our 5 nights holiday at the Whitsundays. Our 1-bedroom apartment was spacious and clean, had everything we needed. The balcony was a bonus to enjoy our coffee or evening wine and watched the boats at the waterfront. The property area was quite quiet, except for the occasional loud and beautiful cockatoos that came to visit us at the balcony. It’s best if you’ve a car to drive up to the property. You can walk to the main town area in Airlie Beach, but it’ll be quite a hike. But the view is worth it. The front desk is very friendly. We left a few small things in the apartment after we checked out and they emailed us about it and are sending the items back to us. Awesome customer service!

As others have said, the hill is an exhausting walk up but we managed it daily and the views from the apartment are so worth it. The apartment is so spacious, much larger than others we looked at. It is everything we ask for - spacious, good quality, contains all the facilities we need and has the most amazing view! As it is situated on a hillside there is a steep walk to the main precinct but as walkers we did not mind this.

Cockatoos sat on our balcony every day as we lay in the bath looking out over the ocean. A wonderful way to experience the Whitsundays. We noticed some people complained about the walk up the hill to the apartments but we think it is easily accomplished by anyone without injuries.

I was upgraded to a lovely larger unit without asking which was appreciated. The soaker tub and en-suite area were wonderful. All amenities were excellent. Staff was very helpful with requests and provided excellent information about the area and day trips.

My wife and I enjoyed our 7 nights fully relaxed.

- Prue (8/5): Almost perfect - This hotel is amazing, great views of the ocean and Airlie Beach, close to the Main Street, spacious and modern. The only downsides are that in the 2 bedroom apartment the master bedroom also has a bathroom in it, open plan. The bathroom has a window that faces the carpark which has lights left on all night with no curtain so basically the light shines in your eyes all night when trying to sleep. Other than that there is no BBQ on the property that we could see and the steep hill leading to town meant that we had to get taxis each day, but no hill no view so we were ok with that. Definitely a great place to stay though.

- Age (8/5): Amazing views of Airlie - Nice simple apartment overlooking Airlie Beach. Could do with a few decent cooking utensils, cutlery, knives and pots as what was provided was pretty cheap. The place isn't new, but nice and simple with everything we needed. Probably best to have a car if you plan to stay here as the walks were very exercising up the steep hill. Though it's a good way to keep the weight off with the holiday food.
- Lee (8/5): Fantastic view, spacious apartment - Views fantastic, apartment clean and spacious! Be aware the hill to Reflections apartments is extremely steep (we did not know this before our visit) so may need taxi rides to and from Airlie Beach. Also, NO privacy at all from visiting tradesmen, neighbouring windows and passing guests whilst on our balcony - this made our balcony relax unpleasant. Beautiful place to stay but the hill walk is a killer!!

- Verified traveler (10/5): Reflections Airlie Beach Queensland - We were 2 couples staying in a 3 bed 3 bath apartment. It was awesome and the views from the verandah were jawdropping. The staff were excellent, very professional, helpful and friendly. Our apartment had everything we needed in it and it was user friendly and spotlessly clean. We had an issue with the TV and a bedroom door that wasn't closing properly and they were dealt with both times within half an hour. Our stay was amazing and all we wanted to see and do were close by, we would recommend a hire car as the terrain is quite hilly and we found this an advantage. Shops, restaurants, activities were close by and some amazing boardwalks near the Marina and town pool. We couldn't recommend Reflections any higher to all our family and friends and Airlie Beach is an absolute gem to visit. A huge thank you to all who made our stay so memorable.
- Dianne (10/5): Spectacular outlook, wonderful apartment - We were very impressed with this one bedroom apartment. It had everything we needed and absolutely loved the open plan bedroom/bathroom with the gorgeous bath. Beautifully appointed kitchen with Bosch cooking appliances and dishwasher, a huge fridge and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Only very minor hiccups, they being the dishwasher wasn't working and the maintenance man fixed it very quickly upon me telling the office, fans not working properly, but the office was getting an electrician out to fix them too. Overall, an absolutely beautiful apartment. Only 15 minute walk down the hill to the main street, but a big walk back up (unless you're fit - unlike us), I suggest a taxi. Taxis are more than happy for the 5 minute drive up the hill and only charge between $8-$9.50 depending on the time of the day.

- Evelyn (8/5): Great apartments, very spacious, great staff - Great apartments with excellent view. Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Apartment was lovely and spacious, everything we needed, nice pool. Apartments are located up a pretty big hill so would recommend having a hire car to get unto town and around.
- Kev (10/5): Lovely stay - We had a 1 bedroom apartment for 5 nights and had a fantastic stay. Location is at the top of a very steep road (cheap taxi home sorted that out) and so the views are fantastic across Airlie Beach and out to sea. Room was very big and very well equipped with modern features. Pool was lovely to cool off in. Only slight complaint was that the Internet allowance was easily used each day. Great service at reception, advise on places to visit and help with transfer to the airport.
- Andrew (6/5): Lovely hotel, great view but no service - Booking issue caused by hotels.com cancelling the reservation but tried to put this aside when rating the hotel. The good - Hotel itself is lovely, it's a complex part hotel and partly privately owned. Pool and facilities great and the parking is a massive bonus. The views are amazing and the pool was clean throughout our stay. However, reception is only open 9-5 so if like us you want to get out and explore the surroundings it's hard to have any contact with them. The wi-fi is "complimentary" but this is limited to 500mb per room per day which for some reason lasted about 10 minutes, I would login and check my emails and then be booted off straight away. Also please beware there is no maid service we stayed for 4 nights and did not receive fresh towels, sheet change etc. at any point.

Would definitely recommend hiring a car for your stay, we did and it was perfect as it is quite a steep walk from town. Vert close to everything though, private, peaceful and beautiful. Loved it!
- Megan (6/5): Quite spacious apartment - Spacious two bedroom apartment, quiet location, lots of storage, large over balcony, 10 min stroll to town centre however be prepared for big hill back to apartment. Had some maintenance issues on the first night - leaking toilet and showers were sorted out in a couple of days.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Great view but a number of problems - First up they had not processed our booking even though Wotif had confirmed. After some looking they staff realised they hadn't entered it into there system. Overall nice spot but there system and cleanliness lets them down.
- Richie (10/5): GREAT VIEW! - Excellent place to stay if you want a nice view of the ocean. The walk is a tad far from the main strip but still doable. Accommodation was very spacious and had plenty of utensils for cooking.
- Sarah (10/5): Views views views - We were blown away by the views here. Customer service at reception was great when trying to book in day trips and helping with taking bags to our room. Facilities were all great, we got good use out of the full kitchen and washing machine but kept ourselves too busy to use the awesome bath tub in the middle of the room. No complaints about our stay, the only challenge was the trip down the hill, we cabbed it up the hill as that was too hard for a relaxed holiday and with the heat. The trip was only $6-$8 and worth it and the local cabbies are super friendly.

- yuan (4/5): not very happy stay. - we paid extra for a ocean view apartment, but this 2bed room unit we were given was not very impressive, and definitely not worth paying the extra for the ocean view, we can only see the ocean if we walked in to the balcony,no view from both bed room, so I assumed we weren't given the room booked( we arrived out the office hour, got there around 10:30pm, given instruction via sms). For the price of almost $300 per night, we were not happy with it. 2nd bed room door to the exteral balcony had no lock（broken&part missing）which means other people can come into our unit via this door.. This apartment was the first one we found on Google when we decided to visit Ailine beach and had very good review on Expedia. There were other 4 or 5 stars apartments available but we thought this apartment would be worth staying at. Bathrooms and kitchen equipments were not clean as well as. Oh, not to mention, please clean the laundry power tray in the washing machine.
- bronwyn (10/5): Outstanding views over Airlie Beach - Modern apartments with huge rooms, very clean, great sized pool, staff were friendly and welcoming. The walk up to the apartments was good exercise but worth it for the views, and the quiet compared with the party atmosphere of Airlie.
- Michelle (10/5): Outstanding Views - A modern well positioned apartment that is close to all amenities. All apartments have breath taking views of the Coral Sea. We had a 2 bedroom unit. It was large and fully equipped with comfortable, clean, modern furniture. Set on a steep hill could be difficult for some guests if you don't have a car.
- Brooke (10/5): Would stay there again every time I go back - This hotel is gorgeous. The view, the staff, the facilities, I have no complaints. It's on top of a hill and if you don't have a car it's a difficult walk but the walk is worth it to have a view like that.

The room was absolutely gorgeous with stunning views, if we felt like cooking we had everything that you needed. The bath was devine, to be able to look out of the room whilst having a soak and knowing that you couldn't be seen was divine.
- cris (10/5): Airlie Beach beautiful place - We have been to Airlie Beach many times and have stayed at Reflection each time, lovely big apartment , lovely view from a large balcony . Lovely Host . Big hill to go down and walk up , great if you love walking if not then a short Taxi ride up the hill.
