The spa is that old and stained you wouldn’t dare use it. The step up to get into the shower is very dangerous. The bathroom smells of urine.

On the second day/night my room had not been serviced or the coffee station refilled for the next night/morning. Very loud and abusive guess fighting in the car park outside their rooms. Not pleasant or safe.

Having a steel rail into Pool area would be very helpful for everyone. I still went for a swim and also my good friend and her grandson that were visiting us in Friday afternoon. A beautiful pool area Thankyou 🙌

- Sonia (8/5): Convenient stay - Motel was easy to access with a loaded car and close enough to the spirit of Tasmania terminal. Bed was comfy, room and bathroom clean and tidy. Close enough we had time to explore point Lonsdale before checking in and catching the spirit the following morning. Some of the other guests seemed a little sketchy but overall we had no issues.

- Aaron (5/5): Upgraded the room but downgraded the experience - We got an upgrade to the pool apartment because someone else needed the regular room we booked. The location was great, close to shops and where my sister lived (a very happy accident) and on a main road so getting there and leaving were a breeze. The main bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The room wasn't ready when we got there, which was fair - we'd gotten the upgrade two days earlier so it's understandable that there was a miscommunication about the room's occupancy. We were assured it would be ready by the time we got back but it wasn't - the door was still unlocked, and the sofa was not set up for my kids so I had to quickly set it up for them, which meant a half-done job and kids who were uncomfortable on the first night. We did find sheets to do it ourselves, thankfully. The bathroom facilities are weird - a spa bath with a shower over it, and no curtain so it feels like I'm showering for an audience. My son was uncomfortable with that so he didn't shower for the few days we were there. I appreciate the upgrade but I think I'll decline it next time.

- Geoffrey (10/5): Comfortable rooms in a great location with friendly and helpful staff. - Motel was in a fantastic location with shops and public transport all within walking distance. All the staff were very friendly and the rooms were spotless on arrival and maintained that way during visit. Beds were very comfortable and rooms had plenty of power points in convenient locations and easy to reach light switches near bed and couch. Having an on site washing machine and dryer at a very reasonable price was extremely handy. Car parking was directly in front of room and keypad entry to room took away the hassle of taking key with you every time you left the motel. Nothing

The bed and pillows were comfortable, tele worked, nice tea and coffee facilities, The bathroom was spacious, and the towels were nice too. The fridge was silent! Loved the coded door. I don't know Geelong very well at all, but the motel was easy enough to find.... Was given a lovely friendly welcome, so felt comfortable and safe within minutes. And if you like Indian cuisine the food van on site is a lovely bonus! The road is busy, but the noise is not really an issue.
