• Dianne (8/5): Good camping area for those on the road. - Cabin was very clean and quiet although needed a tidyup. Suitable for our one night stay. Information given to pick up key was very good. Ants on the kitchen bench

• Neale (3/5): Overall not happy and was not worth the price - Nice aircon and close to a supermarket The showers were unclean and the water smelt like fish and there was dead cane toads in the toilet road up to cabins was uneven way to many pot holes that could do serious damage to the cars or caravans

• Stephanie (9/5): - We located a 2 bedroom bungalow. They are extremely well set up and located. They are just in front of the lake and removed from the rest of the caravan park. So you have the feeling you have your own accommodation in the bush. Cabins have everything you need. All for cooking, washing machine, iron, etc... Staff was exceptional. We arrived early and were allowed to use the pool until our cabin wss ready. We then had access to our cabin 1.5 hours before scheduled. Nothing that the caravan park owners/ managers can do. The only two things that were a bit annoying 1) We didn't go to Berry Springs at the right time of the year (May to October) so activities around the caravan park were limited. But that's ok as we were allowed to check in early. 2) because of the lake and the weather, we had to run inside as soon as it got dark as it was infested with bugs. But the cabin has an indoor table and an outdoor table. So we could still eat inside.

• Stanford (10/5): Best sleep EVER! - Gorgeous decor ans cute little touches. I loved the scented candles and freezer and fridge were on in camp kitchen.. even though there was no one in sight.

• Ryan (5/5): Location is great. Cabin is less than inviting - It was where we needed to stay the night. Air con made the wall vibrate and made the room feel it was going to fall over. Bed was very short for me at 6 foot. Kids top bunk springs were very pronounced

• Ben (6/5): Won’t be recommending. - Ability to handle a family of five in one cabin No plug, cockroaches everywhere inside. No tea towel for drying dishes or sponge to wash them with. Limited crockery and cutlery, nil sharp knife for food prep. When some personal items were left behind staff indicated they would be able to get them to Darwin for us. This never happened.

Only way it could've been better would be the addition of a small microwave, for heating up leftovers from the cafe up the road. Sockets next to the bed are a HUGE plus! Neighbours (farm workers?) were a bit noisy at 6am.

• Karin (10/5): Peaceful - Very peaceful and well-maintained resort. The family cabin was spacious and comfortable, and I had the best sleep. Plenty of wildlife to see, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

• Sarah (9/5): Great little natural hideaway! - The room was clean and super comfy bed, the flowers and scented candle in the room were a cute touch and was much appreciated x dog friendly and it was great to socialise our puppies with other visitors. It's a shame there wasn't an ensuite in the room. I tried cooking in the room but the pans provided weren't suited for the induction cooktop and it nearly caught fire! I would recommend using the communal kitchen facilities!

• Sharon (7/5): Good out of town spot - Good camp kitchen and nice setting. The bed was comfortable and had good air conditioning. Lovely to wake with all the bird sounds. Good for a night or two The walls in the onsite vans are very thin and you can hear people in the next door van, not great if there are screaming kids. It's approx 40 mins drive to Darwin city but a convenience store located close by.
• MAREE (6/5): Comfy bed and lovely view but needs a deep clean - Location view and bed. The water pump turning on and off all night due to a leak in their garden hose. The cottage could do with a deep clean. Dusty fans, air conditioning and spider webs inside. Office was closed and no one about at 10am to report condition of cabin and to leave the key.

• Andrea (4/5): Disappointing but I’m sure that those with own vans would enjoy it - Very little - it was probably our mistake to choose this as we had a tiny van room with not much going for it . Probably most things - it just wasn’t us so I don’t blame the property but it wasn’t really clear what we had booked ie no photograph to show the ‘van’ that we had booked

• Susan (1/5): Disgusting - Location Disgusting accomadation, bad smell,no working fan in bathroom to remove putrid smell,managers rude and where aware of the issue,promised to fix it,we paid extra for other accomadation because the original van was uninhabitable, no smoke detectors,,worn linen,no cutlery or plates as they want you to eat at their restaurant (which doesn't serve breakfast)so very disappointing because we were truly looking forward to this short break New managers who need to be more customer service trained,told us "your not going to drop this when we asked about the fan getting fixed. The grounds are nice ,amenities old,poor maintenance on the area. 4th day he fixed the fan by removing it and placing plywood over it. This was a queen compact van with one small window(green ants everywhere over the window),door had no fly screen so your shut in with no fresh air.Have requested a refund but of course no response.
