• SHARI (8/5): Perfect location and relaxing having large rooms and 2 bathrooms - Spacious , clean , great location The parking was a pain with the oversized car in unit 8 spot - and cars parked in the driveway. The neighbours were quite noisy .

• Elizabeth (7/5): Spacious apartment, handy to Broadbeach, but stairs an issue for older people. - Apartment was clean, and very spacious as set out on the website, A good location handy to Broadbeach bars and restaurants and close to the light rail. Pacific Fair and the Star were within walking distance and the light rail was excellent with service at only 50c a ride so able to access Surfers and beyond. The pool was cool to start with but warmed up over the week we were there and managed two swims a day. Management were helpful when the TV had an issue, which was network rather than the TV. Having two bathrooms was great and while we didnt use the second bedroom, it also appeared to be clean and tidy. The big issue was the three flights of stairs that were not mentioned in the blurb and only found later in another review. We are in our 70s and my husband had not long had a knee replacement, so firstly carting our luggage up three flights of stairs plus the one flight from the garage was very arduous and we were grateful that a tenant helped us out. Taking luggage downstairs was also difficult . We would not book again due to this issue with stairs. The air con was good in the bedroom but the lounge unit needed to be reset every two hours. Instructions were hard to find and hidden behind a bookcase. Disappointing we only had two towels for the week, having four would have been better so that we could have one in the wash and one to use.

Very useful with 2 beds 2 baths and laundry, perfect for who wants to make their own food Easy check in and out Nothing that I don’t like, maybe the 3 sets of stairs we need to go up and down, but that was nothing! • Christy (7/5): - The apartment was nice but we had to climb up 3 flights of stairs. The apartment also backs onto the main highway and is Opposite the parking lot of the xxxx centre. This created a serious amount of traffic noise. Not your normal traffic noise but a hell of a lot of suped up vehicles revving the guts out of their cars.
• Ian (10/5): - Everything was great.The property was a great location, clean, well appointed and had everything we could need. Communication was 1st class. Couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend. The reason we were in thon the Gold coast was to watch cricket. Well that didn't go well but can't blame this wonderful property and it's management.

• Clifford (5/5): Great location but apartment lacked cleaniness - Beds were comfy. Close to Surf Parade for cafes and close to light rail stop. No staff on site or no reception area. Not given wi-fi password. Ceiling fan not working in lounge area. Range hood in kitchen had no light working. No details on key drop off at departure. Fridge had no door shelves..it appeared to be previously broken. Sand/dust under glass in coffee table. Sliding door off runner in hallway so couldn't access ironing board. Accumulation of dust in sliding door wardrobe in main bedroom
• Philip (7/5): Not bad - Layout and the location The unit was pretty much as advertised, and it was fair value and a great location. Unfortunately, the air-conditioners didn’t work when I got there, however after a bit of to and fro with the staff, I was able to figure it out. There was no Wi-Fi access code, and the staff couldn’t tell me where to find it so we went without for the whole four days.

Minor issues i.e. flickering overhead light in the bedroom, showerhead dumping water, difficult to get conditioned air from living room into the bedrooms at night due to layout.

Second bedroom needs air conditioning as it overheated and fan didn’t help and couldn’t sleep in it. Uncomfortable stay. Entire apartment stunk terribly and felt dirty and worn. Bathrooms had no fans. Main bathroom faucet wouldn’t stop running. Views were terrible particularly overlooking shipping containers. Was overpriced and uncomfortable and not an enjoyable stay. Definitely will not return and there were better accommodation options within same price range in local area. Appalling.

• Sian (8/5): Great stay - The apartments are immaculately clean and are all self contained, so they have everything you need plus some. The apartments are very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The location is absolutely top notch and is within walking distance to everything. We had an issue with the aircon whilst staying, but alerted management and they stated they will fix it at their earliest convenience. Whilst not a complaint, be mindful that there are no lifts at this property so you need to be able to climb stairs with luggage - or specifically request a ground floor apartment.

Main light in master bedroom flickered if on for more than 5mins. Ensuite shower in need of repair & cleaning. Had to vacuum master bedroom when we arrived as the ceiling is flaking and the floor was covered in paint/plaster or what ever it is. Went to use toaster & found a very old pikelet or crumpet wedged in it.

• Marina (8/5): But overall and for the money we paid, I think it was perfect. - Very nice and large apartment with everything that we needed. Very close to everything. No the best views and the main bedroom faces the Gold Coast highway, so a bit noisy.
• Margaret (10/5): Excellently equipped and comfortable apartment in an ideal location to get around the Gold Coast. - Our 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely perfect. Everything was in the apartment that you could need. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk was there to set us up straight away. Our apartment balcony overlooked the lovely swimming pool and the garden area on the 2nd floor. The two bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of bedding. The main bathroom included a washing machine and dryer and a couple of packets of washing powder was included. The en suite had a lovely walk in shower and included a hair dryer. The kitchen was excellently equipped with every utensil you might need. The communication with the off site manager was excellent and all instructions were easy to understand. I absolutely loved this place and the location was ideal.

Maybe a carpet cleaning would help. Small room did not have air conditioner and it was very hot at some evenings. They had a party in two room on two different days.

• Nicole (7/5): 3bed apartment in great location Broadbeach - 3 adults. We stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment upstairs. Nothing fancy but it was certainly sufficient and enjoyable for our needs. A nice pool. Fantastic location, a very short walk to Broadbeach's main restaurant street. Onsite parking. Good price. I'd probably stay again. After hours check in a little awkward. Phone number on the building sign disconnected. The apartment needs some love. Sticky kitchen floor, we mopped multiple times. Patio sliding door difficult to lock/unlock. Taps loose. Construction nearby (very noisy at the crack of dawn) but hopefully finished soon.
