Mark (10/5): Clean, comfortable and pleasant. - We liked the location and easy access. We traveled for 11 days with us staying in 8 hotels. This hotel was the cleanest by far. There’s a dog that barged in a property at the rear. This usually only occurred when I was unpacking our motorcycles. However my wife did hear the dog overnight… I did not. The dog would not stop us staying here again.

The room and amenities were exceptionally clean and well presented. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hard to fault but we did find the bed a little soft and uncomfortable.

The room had a smell that didn’t go away. The lack of attention when room was attended attached are photos of a bed that had been made supposedly.

The lady at reception was also very friendly. Although the bed was very comfortable I can't say the same thing about the rock hard pillows.

No screens on the windows & couldn’t leave a window open for fresh air. The Towels need replacing ‘yesterday’! The mattress on the bed also needs replacing as we kept rolling to the centre of the bed all night.

Pillows were quite high and firm so we suggested they have the 2 spare pillows in cupboard as a softer version so you can have a choice. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would stay again the next time we are there. Nothing we didn’t like
