• Yatin (7/5): Comfortable for 2 persons. Can be revisited. - Good location. Peaceful. 10 minutes walk to surfer paradise & central place. Host was very cooperative & always ready to help. All appliances in working condition. Good furniture. Apt. is small with lot of furniture making limited moving space. No elevator or lift for going to upper floors. Have to manage luggage yourself. Swimming pool is so small & for the photographs only. Occasional cockroach observed in bathroom area at night. Furniture-drawers in kitchen needed repairs. Only for 2 persons.
• Ann (8/5): Good value. Would stay there again. - Very convenient to get the tram at Surfers Paradise to Broadbeach North for the Blues Festival. The apartment was a good size and had everything needed for a short stay. Belinda was very helpful and accommodating. The TV - trouble getting the channels I wanted but it wasn't a big deal as I was out most of the time.

• Lisa (10/5): Definitely will stay there again! - The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The whole place has a very friendly vibe. It is also very safe and secure and even on the ground floor alone I felt fine. Perhaps a few more sachets of tea and some spice or herb bundles, salt and pepper sachets would be great, it was lovely to stay somewhere with good basic equipment and be able to cook proper meals

• Shannon (10/5): Great stay! Perfect location! - The new owner is amazing, super helpful if you need any local recommendations and even takes you to the observation deck for free. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy and it's in a great location. Honestly can't find any negatives.

• Joshua-Blakeley (10/5): The paradise in Surfers Paradise - I loved the staff and the manager. The place was perfect and close to everything you need. It has apl the facilities anyone would need on a holiday!

• Jean-Farid (8/5): Zwei wunderschöne Wochen an der Gold Coast in einem sehr schönen Appartement. - Es war ein sehr schönes kleines Appartement, sehr bequeme Betten und großer Terrasse. Die Lage war sehr zentral . Kurzer Weg zum Strand und ins Zentrum von Surfers Paradise. Und dass wir mit der Chefin kostenlos zum SkyPoint (Tower) durften , hat uns unglaublich gut gefallen. Die ganze Appartement-Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet mit einem beeindruckenden, grünen Garten. Es waren sehr wenige Ablageflächen in der Küchenzeile.

Free trip to Q1 - The property needs some upgrading however the bed was just great property was clean staff excellent. Would definitely stay again. Room clean bed excellent however needs upgrading.

• Jess (10/5): Great! - Belinda was an amazing host - very personable! So good to see that she’s keen to renovate the complex and was actively seeking feedback. The apartment itself is great and is in such a good location. Really close to the beach and also the tram line. Can’t complain at all as it had everything we needed and more (cutlery, stove, TV, washer/dryer etc). Will definitely book again when/if we’re back in GC!

She had recommendations for local resturants and activites we could do, and accomodated our random questions. Great location in Surfers Paradise, so it made it incredibly easy to get around. The host Belinda was friendly & made us feel very welcome. She even brought us up to the Q1 SkyPoint Observation Deck as a complimentary service for guests! Beach towels would have been nice
• Lisa (7/5): Good accommodation with very friendly manager - It's a great accommodation choice, if you you don't like staying in a high rise. The motel-style apartment was basic, but had everything I needed. The new manager was absolutely amazing and granted me an early check-in and checkout. The hotel was close to the tram stop and the beach, so I would definitely recommend it in terms of location. TV with Netflix access was a bonus. The mattress wasn't great and the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on.

• gwilym (10/5): Surprise package - It was a really pleasant surprise. Apartment was cosy but had everything we needed. So central to everything. Didn't have to take the car out of the great underground carpark. Beach was a short walk and so many restaurants to choose from all within a stone's through. Easy walk to the tram which gave access to Pac fair. Also a short stroll to cavil arcade. Pool was on the small side but a lovely setting.

• Max (10/5): - We have had the best time staying at Costa D‘Ora Holiday Apartments for one week. The site is managed by Gary and Helen. Any time we had a question or wanted to enquire about something, they were there to help and to provide us with advice for our stay. The apartment itself had everything we needed, was clean, felt cozy, had a spacious terrace and had AC. The site is in a great location, just a one or two minute walk from the beach and the lightrail stop. Being located in Surfers Paradise, I wasn‘t sure what to expect in terms of how busy the surrounding area would be, but actually it turned out not to be an issue at all. This particular street is very quite and just close enough to Cavill Avenue etc. to reach within just a couple of minutes. There are also plenty of very good restaurants around. On top of the already excellent hospitality, Gary invited us to the top of Q1 (Skypoint) and gave us our own little tour from above of Surfers Paradise and the Gold Coast, truly exceptional and so nice of him. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Big recommendation & Thanks to Gary and Helen!

• kimberley (10/5): Best apartments ever with the most amazing hosts!! - Wow, this was the best and cleanest apartment we have stayed at! A short walk to the beach, and the monorail was just down the road. The apartment had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. Gary and Helen are the best – they are so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They even took time out to chat with my kids, and the kids referred to Helen as “Aunty Helen,” which shows how welcoming and kind she was. Gary was so kind and even took us up the SkyPoint Tower, which my kids absolutely loved! Thanks for an amazing stay – we all loved staying at your apartments. We will definitely stay here again and recommend your apartments to friends and family. Kim.
