The newest additions at Papamoa Beach Resort are our modern & spacious Baches! Perfect for families and groups, the Baches are modern and functional with great indoor/outdoor flow. These units are located in a central park position, looking out through beautifully landscaped grounds. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a 32” Plasma TV. The second & third bedroom has two sets of bunks in each. The bedding configuration in the Baches can be amended and/or increased for groups on request, please contact us to discuss! The bathroom is modern and equipped with 2 showers & 2 toilets. The open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen are spacious and stylishly furnished. There is plenty of room in the lounge for you to relax, with a great 42” Sky TV for you to enjoy. There are no telephones in the Baches, but messages can be taken for you at reception.

So good to be able to swim at this time of year outdoors. The family unit was spacious and very well designed. Loved it! Bit of detail cleaning needed attention. But other than that units were very clean and well presented. Everything else was better than expected

Pool is amazing and the location is 10/10. Love the bbqs too. Would be great to have some oil or some Basics for the kitchen but not a major. Happy it had pretty much everything else for the kitchen to cook a meal.

It was more than I expected, the pool (heated to 30degrees) and the very large Hot pool 39 degrees) were the star attraction - would loved to have really utilized, it is a family orientated luxury resort right on the beach front. Room, extremely comfortable with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I couldn't stay longer....

- Tania (10/5): The views and location - absolutely fabulous - I had a poolside Villa and I was also close to the beach access - the views and location were fabulous!!! From my balcony my Villa overlooked the pool and when I walked to the side door I had views of the ocean!!! The staff were amazing to deal with and very accommodating, my daughter allowed me to take my grandson with me to the holiday park on the morning of my check in, I quickly called the holiday park and they allowed me to bring my grandson. I am ever so grateful that I was able to create memories with my grandson at the holiday park. There were lots of activities for the guests and their children and I was kept up to date about the daily about the events. I will be returning to the holiday park when my grandson is older so that he can take part in the activities. Nothing

- Alaine (10/5): One of our most relaxing holiday weekends ever! No need to go anywhere else. - We used to stay here before it was taken over by Tasman. We didn't expect the transformation and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Over Easter they had the most amazing line up of activities for families and an outdoor movie setup. We could not fault the accommodation, the staff or the bonus facilities.

- Donna (3/5): Nice view, crap sleep - Location, set up of the rooms, outdoor areas. Main bed lumpy Bunk mattresses sag in the middle Hadn't been cleaned properly. Small amount of blood on bunk bedroom wall, could not get the children to sleep in there. 20% discount offered on next stay is a joke. Especially when one pays over $350/ night.

- Gordon (8/5): A good stay overall. - The stay was actually quite good. More than I expected thats for sure. They had those go cart bikes to ride, the pool was really cool. There was a playground, trampoline & outside movie screen. The stay at the holiday park was actually really good itself. To be honest I was put off by the other people staying there, the bigger groups. They were messy, leaving their piles of rubbish everywhere, towels, personal items just laid out everywhere leaving little space for other people to sit or enjoy other parts of the park. They were inconsiderate to other people, kicking away others personal property, leaving their bikes to completely block pathways. Nothing major but these things do have an effect on others staying.

- Vic (8/5): It was my husband's 61st birthday He had 2 massive back operation in 2025 and he just needed a brea - I had my elderly parents with me and my mom is not mobile so normally don't want to leave the house because she's not sure what we will get so she did not normally want to leave the house because she does not want to be a burden but she enjoyed it soo much because she could see the beach from the Villa Next door neighbour's smoke sigarets all the time and unfortunately the wind kept blowing into our Villa

- Mandy (10/5): - Lovely spot, everything was spotless and clean, perfect combination of sun sand & surf with every convenience you need within walking distance from the camp grounds. Jade the front house lady was a gem, Super positive, engaging & very helpful 😊 if your looking for fresh fish you can't go past Anutys fresh fish & chips, super fresh & can have it battered and cooked for you (try the raw fish to worth the $)
- Tao (9/5): 非常喜欢的酒店，值得推荐！ - 在这个酒店住了好几天，太喜欢这里了，每天看着蓝天、草地、大海，整个人都放松下来。 步行到pak'n save、Woolworth超市都很近，周围还有蛮多餐厅，外食或者自己做饭都很方便。pak'n save超市后面还有一大片徒步景观步道，悠闲的走走非常惬意。 办理入住的时候，前台说没有给我们预留房间，幸好后来找到了预订信息并且给我们升级到了双卧室海景木屋。感慨一下，万一我们晚到、前台下班就悲催了！

- Cornelia (10/5): Sehr schönes Haus, mit super Lage und Aussicht. - Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet. Man blickt von der Terrasse direkt auf das Meer. Ein paar Stufen führen zum langen Strand von Papamoa Beach. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

The Most expensive and by far the least equipped place of our 5 week tour. Exactly 2 spoons. 2 forks. 2 cups etc. You’re paying for the location which was great. Didn’t use the pool.
