Hills beyond with easily reachable moderate hike of Snout's Track. Park at the Snout's Track Carpark and walk 40 mins to Queen Charlotte View. Modern rooms. Laundry very convenient. Owner Rachel is very helpful and upbeat! Town less than 5 mins drive.

Rachel and her staff are great - we were given a warm welcome on arrival and they were helpful throughout our stay.

- richard (10/5): Number 1 hotel in Picton - The motel is 5 mins drive from town, so instead of arriving ferries all night, it's set in lovely gardens with all large rooms having a private terrace and views over the lawns down to the water front and the sound and mountains beyond.
