• Rosemary (10/5): Wonderful hosts, comfortable & clean rooms - Pete & Danielle are amazing hosts and the rooms are well kept, clean and tidy. Tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, microwave, great bed, lounge, etc with the added bonus of a pool & garden. It's a pleasure staying there, obviously, not 5 star but I'd rather stay here with such lovely people regardless. everything you need for a great stay. Nothing really, more than happy with everything.

• elliza a.rahim (9/5): - Easy walking distance to the Woolworths and other grocers if you prefer to self-cater. The room has plates, cutlery and cups, There's also an in-room microwave oven. If you'd rather someone else do the cooking, there's several Indian restaurants within walking distance. Sankalp is good. Prefer something more exotic? Take bus no. 125 to Mooroka (just a few stops!) and you'll be in the Horn of Africa, culinary-wise. Take bus no. 100 toward Brisbane CBD again and it's a whole 'nother world of dining again. Danielle and Pete are excellent hosts - you're in good hands. If you like cats they have cute ones (the kitties stay in the reception area mostly)! I only stayed a week! I should have taken up on Danielle and Pete's offer to book in another week.

• Jann (9/5): Great Stay - Got a text message before I left saying where my room was and how to park if they were not there Smoking (I know, I now) area was on the grass outside and as it was hotel Pete came out to tell me there was a better undercover one upstairs which was appreciated. Small balcony outside and NO smoking which is great for the nonsmokers in the next rooms Bed was comfy Pillows were comfy Shame I was there for a hospital appointment and not leisure It had a toaster too which you don't see these days Subway, Hungry Jacks and an Indian 2 mins walk Oh and it had a power board next to the bed so you can plug in more than one plug to charge things Errrrm that I couldn't smoke directly outside my room or on the balcony but that's me being selfish

• Emma (8/5): Convenient and Comfortable - It was perfect for what we needed. It was close to our destination, they provided for us to have a very late check-in and the beds were comfortable.

Pete is very friendly and even had our room available a little early to enable us to check in before our event. Easy access into the city and stadiums by bus and plenty of food options around. • Malcolm (9/5): Great location for what I wanted and right on a major road. Great night's sleep in a comfy bed. - The room was clean, the bed comfortable and no disturbing traffic noise. It is located close to shopping, so the microwave came in handy. There are a number of food outlets within walking distance.
• DEAN (10/5): Brilliant place to stay close to hospital. - Everything was great, we will be back and recommend to friends, very clean, comfortable and convenient for our visit to the PA hospital, close to shops, pub, fantastic Indian restaurant 😀 , also covered parking which is a bonus. • Valwhellens (10/5): Super friendly accommodation in Brisbane - Travelling to Brisbane for medical resons, we stayed at the Lancaster Court. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with great facilities, incuding most streaming services. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, some offering discounts to Lancaster Court guests. Pete and Danielle were fantastic, making sure that we had everything that we needed and taking a lot of stress out of our trip. We thoroughly recommend the Lancaster Court Motel to anyone visiting Brisbane.

As we had never been to Brisbane before (having just flown in from Canada), Pete gave us all kinds of great ideas for enjoying the city. It was easy to hop on the bus to get to South Bank quickly and then hop a ferry to The Star for a nighttime view of the city.

No frills, just honest hospitality! - The Lancaster Court Motel is a great, budget friendly choice for a comfortable stay in Annerley, It is an older venue, but very clean and the managers, Pete and Danielle are friendly, flexible and courteous. The location was just right for my needs and close to a chemist and fast food outlets. Pete is always ready to advise guests on the best places to eat and there is a discount from one of them when shown your key tag. My room had a very comfortable and large bed, a desk, eating table and luggage area, microwave and even a little pop up sink bowl so that guests don’t have to wash dishes in the bathroom basin. Dish detergent and a tea-towel are also supplied. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and the usual toiletries. I was on the ground floor and wasn’t disturbed by the traffic on Ipswich road. The hum of traffic and the occasional siren were familiar sounds. After a long day of activities, I slept like a log. This motel may be overlooked by some because it is older, but they would be missing out! If you are searching for an affordable, comfortable, friendly place to lay your head, why go further than the Lancaster Court Motel?!
• Wendy (10/5): Lovey staff, clean well appointed room, convenient free parking - Easy parking, clean room, very well appointed, lovely friendly managers. I could not find any fault with the property. It was on the main road to a major hospital, so there was siren noises but non after 9.30pm then was after 7am when ambulances used sirens in traffic. Even though the property was on a busy road it was quiet because of well placed greenery.
