Being able to walk out of the accomodation and out on to the beach was also an excellent drawing card. Parking was super accessible as well.

There was a little gathering in the lobby assuming a new management great together with residents. It was a touch loud and the sound carried easily up to the 5th floor while we were trying to get our baby down to sleep.

Having only taken over the resort for 1 week. Big job ahead of them to fix all the issues it currently has. Where do I start… No A/C in any of the bedrooms (3). Fans are set only on 1 speed - very slow. Making it sooooooo difficult to get any sleep. You open the window and if you don’t hear the traffic on the highway you feel like you’re sleeping inside the hangar from the planes. Unless you all want to sleep on the floor in the lounge, that’s the only aircon you’ll get. A 4 seater dining table where one of the chair fully gave out when sitting on it (no, none of us are big at all) considering it’s an apartment for 6/7 people. Definitely no bath (42) if you have young children. And ensuite bathroom is VERY tight (shower door hits the toilet) Security parking is awkward when it comes to access to rooms. No lifts. The layout of the resort maps aren’t numbered making it difficult to navigate your way around from the secured parking area. We stayed for 3 nights but if it wasn’t for my in laws 70th birthday we would’ve left after 1 night and tried to get some decent sleep.

The room itself was tidy and clean , although it is looking a little bit tired in areas the main bedroom ensuite shower could do with some work. Was disappointed that we had to clean the little Webber BBQ on the balcony as it was filthy. This was also the same with the oven.

• Renee (2/5): Absolutely never again! - Location, pool, size of the room. The fans didn’t work properly and it was so hot it was uncomfortable. After 3 hours and numerous complaints they brought us a desk size fan for each room (one didn’t even rotate so was no good). By 2am we were dripping with sweat and had to move all the mattresses to the lounge room and try and cool down. Showers were filthy with hair all in the drains and we had to ask for a bin bag and chux to be able to wash our dishes. There were no staff to be seen from lunch time Friday for the remainder of the weekend.

• Lhays (1/5): Below basic standards – forced to leave at night - The view is the only asset of this property, a complete waste of money and time. Everything about this stay was extremely disappointing. It felt like the owners are only interested in taking money for the view, while completely neglecting the condition of the apartment. The furniture and walls were damaged, and the apartment looked nothing like the photos advertised. The couch was filthy, had a strong unpleasant smell, and the cushions were visibly dirty and unhygienic. The kitchen was very poorly cleaned, and the carpet appeared as though it had never been cleaned. The lack of hygiene was alarming. The apartment clearly had not undergone proper pest control and was infested with cockroaches, including both baby and adult ones found throughout the property. Because of these conditions, we felt unsafe and uncomfortable staying there and had no choice but to leave at around 9:00 pm to urgently find alternative accommodation for the night. This caused significant inconvenience, stress, and disruption to our trip. Overall, this property is far below basic cleanliness, hygiene, and accommodation standards.

• Lin (9/5): I personally loved the well-kept gardens; they were truly impressive and added to the charm. - The location is fantastic, right on the beachfront, making it a great place for morning and afternoon walks. It’s conveniently close to the airport, yet remarkably quiet—when all doors and windows are closed, you can’t hear the planes taking off at all. We stayed in a spacious three-bedroom apartment on the third floor, which was perfect for our needs. The amenities are impressive, featuring a sauna, a pool, a jacuzzi, a tennis court, and a half-size basketball court that my son and husband thoroughly enjoyed and we enjoyed a barbecue one night, which was a nice addition to our stay Just across the road, there’s a Chemist Warehouse along with a variety of shops, including a fish and chips shop, an Asian restaurant, Subway, a café, a Bottle Mart, a 7-Eleven, and a massage parlour, which makes it very convenient for grabbing essentials or enjoying a meal. Joey was incredibly helpful. He allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check-in, making our wait for the room and our departure to the airport much more manageable. It was an amazing stay for the whole family. I personally loved the well-kept gardens; they were truly impressive and added to the charm of the property. The dishwasher and exhaust fan were not working, but it wasn’t a big deal.

• Harsha (10/5): Enjoyable stay, wish we could stay for longer. - Everything was wonderful at the apartment. The location is first class and the facilities are great. Staffs are very helpful, kind and polite and accommodate your wishes. Plenty of cafes and restaurant within walking distance. Even a chemist warehouse is just around the corner, which is so handy for unexpected health issues.

A lot of dust, live co k roaches in the kitchen. My wife was bitten by a spider while sitting on the couch and developed a staph infection. The dishwasher had a E code in it and was leaking water, we rang the mobile left a message and still haven’t heard from the management. Towels were left at the front door and were damp!

The ducted air-conditioning in the bedrooms was not great and it made it difficult to get a good night sleep as there was no airflow. Bathroom drains smelt. There was also no wifi in the property.

• Marina (7/5): Great value for money, but could be cleaned better. - Great apartment for a family and great value. We had a blast at the pool and with such easy access to the beach. The apartment is ok equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. The ensuite shower has seen better days and is probably due for an upgrade. The apartment's overall cleanliness was relatively poor. We had to clean ourselves when we arrived. The sheets from one of the bedrooms were dirty, and the sheets from the main bedroom were ripped.

Easy access to the beach. When I stripped the bed of the sheets when we were leaving, I found several staines on the mattress protector from an earlier guest. I can’t understand why this wasn’t removed and washed before re-making the bed with clean sheets. Under the mattress protector was a further large old urine stain. The coffee satches were old and rock hard.

The TV in this room is barely usable. 3 remotes, none worked consistently. Please upgrade this - a current model smart TV would have really enhanced our stay, keeping the kids entertained during the rain and storms.

Lounge was dirty and very uncomfortable, you were sitting on wooden frame at times. Kitchen had minimal cookware and no teaspoons which I bought for the unit. No spatula and I found cooking troublesome. Oven also needs a clean. Only one oven tray. Also furniture on lower balcony is falling apart. Apart from thise few things unit was fine.

TV was broken. great views, well equipped and great location. Facilities good but sauna was not working. Reception was not manned during the advertised hours. Expedia listing conflicted with the hotels listing. Expedia said 5 persons but actual room was only for 4 so we had one less bed and had to use couch. Hotel said we needed to pay extra for another bed. Expedia did refund us partially for this.

The ensuite light was dull to the point you needed to shower via phone light. I will never book this room again as the staff were extremely ungrateful about the conditions of the room, merely told us the owner said everything works😕

• Michelle (8/5): Great location but the room was a little excentric - The location was excellent, quick walk to a very beautiful beach The room was a little odd, it had been furnished by thrift shop purchases and everything just felt very odd.and nothing seemed to match, there are no shower screens, mixed with a 4 post bed but no bedside lamps so much miss matched cups tuperware, left over laundry items . Sorry it was just very odd

• Donna (4/5): Disappointing weekend in Paradise - Good location, clean unit with comfortable bed. On site parking - ours was undercover, which was good. Cold showers, blown circuits etc. Unfortunately, we got off to a bad start... we received a phone call from the resort about 2pm on the day of check-in advising that our room wouldn't be ready until around 3pm - fair enough, these things happen. Checked in at 3:15pm. The cleaner was just finishing up, told us to be careful as the floors were still wet - yes they were....don't slip over... We decided to have a cup of coffee, but the kettle wouldn't work. We tried the other power point - nope, kettle dead. Down to reception we go to get a replacement kettle, back up to our room (on the 4th floor), the replacement kettle doesn't work either.... hmmm. Tried the televisions - nope. The lights were working, so there wasn't a black out... we'll try charging our phones. Phones would not charge, none of the power points in the unit were working, there's obviously something wrong with the power - back down to reception..... back up to room with building manager/maintenance man who had a bit of a look and play. Circuit keeps shorting - both of the kettles were causing it to short. Quick call to the electrician, "he'll be here in 10 minutes, can you wait for him?" - I guess so.... 40 - 50 minutes later, all fixed. Yay! Too late for coffee, we'll go for a walk and think about what to have for dinner. Get home about 8pm, go to have a shower - water is stone cold - of course, the power was off, for who knows how long.... urgh, we'll have a shower in the morning, it should have reheated by then - good thing we didn't go for a swim at the beach. Next morning, I get in the shower - water is only luke warm - better be quick. Unfortunately, I was not quick enough. By the time my husband went to have his shower, the water was cold again. Called the "after hours" reception number as reception is not open on weekends ( 9 - 5 Mon - Fri ), "we'll organise for a plumber to come and have a look....
• ASHLIE (10/5): - Unit was dated but clean. Love the relaxation vibe of the area.

• Corinne (8/5): - The guy on the front desk is not very friendly or approachable. I paid for an extra person to stay and was not provided with an extra bed. However the lady that stopped what she was doing to show me and my children to our room was very friendly and really helpful. The location is superb so close to the beach it’s amazing.

• Daniel (7/5): It slept 5 of us for the 5 nights we were in town, but the room needs some love. - Location was great, right on the beach with a walking path right along the front. Pool, gym and spa were good and the grounds were immaculate. Room was dated and need renovation. Ensuite toilet didnt flush property and light would have been very popular in night clubs in the 90s with a wonderful strobe effect. i made it out without having a seizure.
• Hannah (7/5): Enjoyable trip in need of a refresh - We had a lovely time but the penthouse was incredibly run down and no different to the other rooms. The view was exceptional though. We also really enjoyed the pool and hot spa and great facilities with the beach right in front. Very run down rooms. Marks on walls and all over carpet. Rust in bathrooms. In need of a good Reno Washing machine also didn’t work
• Trinityhillapartments (8/5): Great, - Great Location and facilities in the resort. The Mobile reception was pretty bad and the apartment we had did not have internet assess which was a real dissappointment

• Peter (9/5): Totally enjoyable and relaxing stay. - Loved the location so close to beach and great walking and bike tracks. Good takeaway food and short drive to shopping centre. Our unit was perfect for families with lots of room. would be nice to have side tables near couch and also low light lamp.

• Stephanie (10/5): we had an excellent family weekend must do it again - The location was fabulous. we had an excellent time with the family. hope to do it again. the stairs from the car park could be a hike with the luggage.
• Mathinna (4/5): Give 76 the TLC it deserves! - The pool and spa were an absolute hit. Pool has a deep part, which we love. Loved we had 2 bathrooms & the apartment was spacious. Location was perfect, especially for visiting family staying next door & it's a hop, skip & a jump to the beach. Washing machine and dryer were handy and worked well. Owners of room 76 really need to bin their worn-out & uncomfortable couch and rusty outdoor setting. Lounge had a very strong cleaning smell (it was so strong it was like they were trying to cover up another smell). Had to air it out before we could be in there. Top of dryer and artwork in ensuite need dusting. Underground car park was confusing & difficult, the stair case closest to us door was locked, being our 1st time we felt naughty using another door. Perhaps the receptionist could highlight those next time a newbie visits.
