• Zainab (2/5): - We stayed at Yarrawonga Holiday Park during very heavy rain and requested vehicle access to the shared area as we had infants and young children in our group. Despite explaining the safety concern, our request was denied, even though one group member was allowed access, which felt unfair. The kids had to get in and out in the pouring rain, which was unsafe and uncomfortable. It was disappointing that the management dismissed our concerns, especially given the weather and the presence of small children. We hope the park considers being more understanding and consistent in such situations.

• Doris (6/5): - pillows were old and extremely thin, and the cushions on the main bed were grubby, so you could not use them to make the pillows more comfortable. the fan in the main bedroom was very wonky and noisy when on high. The aircon was not on when we checked in around 2pm on a 35 degree day. We stayed in river front deluxe cabin, which had a nice view, but inside the cabin was not up to the standard of the price charged. Reception staff were very good.
• Wendy (10/5): - Very convenient location to walk into town. I also liked how close it was to Mulwala. The pool was ok for a quick dip but could do with a good clean.
• Kubura (10/5): Keep the kids busy. - Person running the place was very helpful to let us know the best places to go and eat. Helped with cruise on Lake for us. Facilities were able to keep the kids entertained well. Nice looking out on river with a few ales at hand.

• Darcey (10/5): - We stayed in a riverside cabin and absolutely loved it. Everything you need is at the park. Kids absolutely loved the pool, splash park and playground.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - Paid before arrival for additional guests. Arrived to be informed that an extra linen charge would be incurred despite the extra charges being paid before hand. Additional linen included two old, worn and itchy woolen blankets, one comforter and three sheets. A very poor effort for the cost of $60. Staff were rude and unapproachable to myself and other friends/ family members. Took away from the experience of getting away to Yarawonga for the weekend.

• Godfrey (6/5): - Thumbs down to the reaction when we enquired why our friends extra day stay was cheaper than we were charged by $36.00, they just lost the plot. They argued and we never resolved the case So much for their motto, “ Come as a guest, leave as a friend”. Thumbs down to the poor choice of mattresses in their “Luxury cabins”, old fashioned and hard as nails, no sleep the first night until we asked for a better mattress for the rest of the stay. They only had the one so our friends in the next cabin had to lump it.
• Matthew (8/5): - Commutations from the park was great as we booked via last minute stays and didn’t read the fine print no linen was provided whether this is normal to make you pay more I don’t know but was a lesson learned when using this platform.
• Rick (6/5): - Staff very friendly. Amenities cabin floor had not been cleaned. Ladies toilet floor s were dirty even after cleaner had been in and majority of campers had left after very busy weekend. No toilet brushes. At 6.30 am no hot water in ladies toilet. Mens was fine

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Enjoyed our two nights at the Holiday Park. The waterpark was one of the main reasons we visited and it didn’t disappoint. Lots of slides for the little ones, and a good play area with jumping pillow etc. it was quite busy on the Saturday, but the Sunday afternoon not so. Our standard cabin fit the description provided, and was exactly what we needed however just found the floor to be dirty. They are putting in a new pool close by, so maybe why a little bit extra dusty / dirty. Reception staff were lovely. No noise from other patrons etc over the weekend. Overall, great stay and would come back again.

• Simone (6/5): - The facilities of the park are great for kids, the playground and waterpark were great. I do find it odd that there is no actual pool though (suitable for adults). We used the BBQ and laundry on site, which were also great. We stayed in the basic cabins and I was disappointed. We had a two bedroom which was extremely small for 4 people. None of the interior looked like it hadn’t been upgraded in 20-30 years, the couch was old and stained. For the price we paid mid-week, I would not return due to the quality of the cabins.

Although we weren’t allowed access to the river through the boom gates to park our car right to the end where the pedestrian gate was located. Thus had to ride with all our floaters, snacks, towels etc which made it hard with the kids also.
