Guest Reviews
- Vicsaints (1/5): - paid for our room 2 weeks in advance
When we turned up they had no record of our booking they weren't ready for us
I had to provide proof of payment
Out dated
rock hard beds
No spare blankets or pillows
- Keith (6/5): Stay was fine, other than above. - Didn't realise that there was no wi-fi until arrival. Also was expecting an iron and board to be in the cabin.
- Jakub (9/5): - All good. Furniture a little bit old and need refreshing
- FAYYAZ AHMAD (6/5): -
- Jennifer (4/5): Would never stay again. - Late check in and safe parking. Run down. Tape on floor, bed sheets had small stains, hair in bed and on bathroom floor. Almost went through the front step because the wood is rotten.
- jodie (10/5): - Convenient location
Clean
Key safes so I can arrive late and access keys no problem No extra blankets in cupboard
No coffee in my kitchen this time 🥲
- daniela gj (10/5): - Price and quality, affordable and convenient for my family
- Haley (6/5): - Everything that was needed was there and location Maintenance/age of the cabin + Not seeing any staff at all (No reception at all)
- FAYYAZ AHMAD (6/5): -
- Robert (10/5): - The lady on reception was very kind and helpful and went out of her way to deliver
- Fenech (5/5): Somewhat affordable for a short stay, cleanliness was not to grade, things were broken or damaged. - The pressure on the shower was decent and location was good The cleanliness, damage and comfort of the beds, needs a deep clean and some maintenance to broken walls and cupboards, duct tape over broken floor.
- Holly (3/5): - Good location Mattresses need upgrading felt like I was sleeping in springs.. was very clean inside the cabin holes in doors and walls.
- jodie (10/5): - Great location, has everything i need 😀 we stay here often due to the location and it is comfortable. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

- Melissa (4/5): Convenient - It was close to the venue we were attending. And close to shops ect. First impressions the park seemed nice . The permanent residents take pride in there homes and gardens. Then once inside the cabin things changed. It needs updating. Torn flooring covered with duck tape. The kitchen cupboard had a chain and padlock so you couldn’t access it.Previous guests food was left in the fridge. No bedside tables for you to sit your phone on to charge . The lounge was dirty and covered with a sheet .The beds were uncomfortable. Overall needs an update just dirty and mould on the curtains. And after taking a walk through the park the other end of the park seems to be a breeding ground for cats heaps of kittens around the grounds.
- Ly (2/5): - Nice and quiet The room is too small and old. We couldn’t lock the doors, try to ring them but no answer. Feeling unsafe all night when we couldn’t lock it.
- Umair (10/5): Good - Good Good

- Cathy (1/5): Do not recommend!! - The park was full of stray cats that shit all over the roads and you had to be careful where you placed your feet, the whole place stunk of Cat shit and the beds should’ve been replaced about two decades ago
- Nathan (6/5): -
- Sachithra (1/5): -

- Muhammad Tariq (5/5): Its just ok - Kitchenette They mentioned the wifi but no wifi, AC stopped working and no one came to fix it, not even answering the call
- Thumeindran (7/5): Disappointed - Good for budget. Parking at front of property . This is my second time bring more 2 families together this time. I request iron box on text message, when I see someone at property then I ask 1 of your cleaning lady, she show the attitude to me as Karen. Her body language is disrespectful , screaming at me. It’s totally unacceptable and disappoint. For management please avoid this kind of staff. Thanks

- Nasim (6/5): -
- Eduard (7/5): - the place is not bad It's very dirty under the bed in room 3. Sorry.
- Chamara (4/5): Very disappointed stay - Just the location is good. The floor was extremely sticky, which made the place feel unhygienic. The kitchen was not properly cleaned, and basic cleanliness was lacking. On top of that, the kitchen utensils were insufficient — there was no knife and not enough plates for everyone. Overall, the accommodation did not meet basic expectations and needs significant improvement.

- Hamsa (8/5): -
- Bronwyn (5/5): Cheap for a reason - Location was close to shops. The boom gate was helpful to make you feel safe. Aircon/heater was noisy and did not do anything.
Floor and dishes were dirty.
No extra pillows and pillows given were flat.
No extra blankets. Fly screen in bedroom had gaping hole.
Beds were very hard. Sofa was very soft.

- Megha (6/5): -
- Mcguire (8/5): Room was squashy hard to get in and out of bed - didnt have any No spot to put your soap in the shower, no face washer
- Hafiza (10/5): Good place - I liked the loction and privacy of the property. My check-in experience was very disappointing. I arrived on the weekend to find the reception closed, with no staff available to assist. Although an emergency contact number was displayed at the reception, repeated calls went unanswered.
It was extremely hot outside, and I had to wait for nearly an hour while contacting Booking.com for help. Eventually, an elderly resident kindly assisted me and explained how to collect the key.
After driving approximately 300 km to reach the property, this lack of organisation and support made the arrival very stressful and frustrating.
The check-in process needs significant improvement, especially for weekend arrivals.
