Ildiko (10/5): Great overnight stay - We only stayed for one night but would've gladly stayed more. Good size bed, clean sheets and overall pleasant atmosphere. I hurt my ankle during my travels so I especially appreciated how easily accessible the room was and the shower within the room as well. Zenbu hotspot wifi worked well also - we got 2gb per person.

Only small thing is a couple options weren't available for breakfast, but not surprising since it's a small complex. Good price for what you get overall.

Michael (8/5): A nice little Motel in a great location - We enjoyed our two night stay in this Motel. It was central to everything we wanted to do and it was very comfortable. The bed and pillows were a little hard for my liking but that didn't detract from the other qualities this Motel has. It was very reasonably priced and well appointed. It is the kind of Motel you tell your friends about and then book again because you enjoyed the experience so much. we checked in at an unusual time but had rang to tell them we were on our way, They left the room open for us and had everything sorted so we could just go straight to the room and not worry about the usual check in details and we sorted that out in the morning. Nothing seemed to be a problem and they were very welcoming.

There was no coffee plunger, or salt and pepper or herb teas. The brush set was alongside the saucepans. It was a basic motel. Not terrible - not great.

Kathryn (10/5): Walking distance to Queens Park - An easy to find hotel within a short walk to Queens Park. Room was very comfortable and spacious with a king bed no less. Quiet area of town although was surprised to hear a jet fly over! There was no hotplate in the kitchen but it did have a microwave with the obligatory kettle and toaster as well. Room was very spacious for two people.
well travelled (6/5): No frills - Easy check in, uncomfortable bed, not enough towels and pillows, good quiet heating with electric blankets, good TV with small flat screen and sky. Dirty cups in kitchen otherwise clean room. Only microwave for cooking. Bathroom very basic amenities, needs some tissues and a rubbish bin. Abrupt compendium. Noise between rooms loud but not excessive. Close to town with off street parking is good. If you need a warm room in a hurry I would recommend it. But not if you are discerning like me:)

The staff were very friendly, helpful and honest and we will be staying here again on our next visit to Invercargill.
