• SuzieW (7/5): We always end up back here... - We always like staying here. Kids love the jumping pillow, little park, splash park and pool (pool closed for maintenance). Was only half busy this time as mid term, which was nice. Short walk around to the local pizza shop. Nice walk along the beach. We went into Coffs etc every day and don't mind the drive. We've stayed in 4 or 5 different cabin styles here. Wouldn't stay in this one again - 107. Every night from about 8 pm something was in the tree above the cabin dropping nuts onto the roof which sounded like rocks. These would hit hard but then also roll along. This was every 30s to 60 seconds for a few hours every night. The cabin itself was okay. - small and outdated but clean. Other than this particular cabin, no issues.

Loved the walk to the beautiful beach and can imagine what absolute fun multiple family/friend groups of any age can have. Emerald Beach is a beautiful place and the headland amazing. Forgot the mozzie spray.

• Jamie (10/5): This place is a gem of a find for a nice relaxing getaway in a scenic quiet coastal town. - Great location with direct beach access in a cool little coastal town. Decent variety of local dining options within a short walk from the park. We stayed in new duplex cabins which were really great in terms of the modern fit out, comfortable bedding and location within the park. Nothing. It was all really good.

• Ken (6/5): Disappointed - Location Disappointed with site. Needs more care and maintenance. Our cabin had many insects in it when we arrived. I noticed that our shower outlet was not connected and open to the ground below. I reported it to the maintenance team and was informed it's been that way for ages. I reported it at reception on leaving and told there are a lot like that??? Simply not good enough. Large pot holes on the access road?? A couldn't care less attitude. .

• Zysek (8/5): Beautiful, relaxing and a great place to base yourself in. - The overall atmosphere was wonderfull. Loved the beach so close and accessable. Just being around the property was eventfull and I think that would go for families with children as it was for my husband and I bring in our 60's. All in all there wasnt anything to complain about.

• Jade (4/5): - We liked the pool. New cabins are nice. The old filthy cabin they put us in. The excuse of WHS to not make the bunk beds and clean the top bunks properly. Under the beds dont get cleaned at all. The mattresses are absolutely disgusting over 10 years old and uncomfortable. The new cabins are so far away from the facilities. Cracked tiles in the bathroom housing germs. Honestly id take down the old cabins and make new ones through out.

• Anna (7/5): Good for a weekend away with the kids! - This is the perfect place to stay with a family, with a pool and water play area as well as a kids room. It was also a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Coffs Harbour to see the Big Banana. Also loved that there was a food van on site so we could enjoy a few snacks through the day. The cabins were very minimal, but had all the basics, just a little expensive for what it was.

• Fblenman (10/5): Something for everyone! - I took the whole family on a weekend getaway and we had an amazing time. The kids loved the pool, and we swam at the nearby beach. Also, we enjoyed the array of wildlife such as birds, kangaroos and lizards. Great location and facilities for anyone looking for a valuable experience. We can't think of anything to dislike about the Discovery holiday park.
