- alvin (8/5): - everything,.
- Sue (10/5): - Good value for money, friendly and helpful staff. Very happy with our stay.
- David (8/5): Ok, but no Amex - Good hotel, the lady on reception was nice, but the owners are too stingy to accept American Express, which is pretty much a standard for travellers.
- Jenna (10/5): - Absolutely fantastic. After living in hotels for the last couple of weeks. Yungaburra Park is by far one to put on the returning list when holidaying. Very family friendly and clean.
- Geoff (10/5): Yay for Yungaburra! - We loved it at the Yungaburra Park Motel - charming inside and out. Very well equipped and located. A short walk to cafes, restaurants, hotels and village services. Yungaburra has a great vibe - rustic charm, art ambience, something for everyone, all ages. And it is only a short drive to lakes and tableland attractions.
- Angela (8/5): - This was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in,

I will definitely be back . Clean , well equipped , great shower , low price . Super pleased with our stay . Close to pub and restaurant .

Motel close to shops and local pub which has great meals.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect place for us - Clean, comfortable, spacious room in a charming little town.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Close to the centre of Yungaburra, it was a convenient place to stay. The Hotel was nothing special, our bed was extremely uncomfortable with bed springs popping every time you moved. Dropped my keys behind the bed and was shocked to find a herd of dust bunnies underneath it also found $4.75 in coins under the couch.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room and facilities are clean and tidy. Comfortable beds.
- Marion (6/5): Good location but nothing great - Good location in the village. However pretty basic inside. Not really a place I would recommend.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Need new matresses on the beds, very hard
Also need to get better television coverage as only 2 channels
Otherwise everything good and owners very pleasant
- Deb (8/5): Good location - A good location, backs onto the parkland where the Yungaburra Markets are held. The Markets are held the fourth Saturday of the Month.
Can walk to all cafes, restaurants & shops.
Close to the start of a really great nature walk around Yungaburra .
Rooms are very clean and contain a fridge, microwave, plates, cutlery, tea & coffee as well.
The rooms are quite large with TV and free wi-fi.
Great base to explore the Tablelands with weather being a bit cool still for September.
- Shirley (10/5): Great stay in Yungaburra - Loved this little motel. Stayed 3 nights. Onweres were delightful. Met the locals at the hotel pub!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very friendly rooms excellant size walking distance to all functions ,
- Josh (10/5): - Lovely Motel with great staff, very nice town to stay at!
- Debra (10/5): Lovely little spot right in town - We only had a one night stay at this motel, but it was so handy to be able to walk to all the local village shops, the creek to see the platypus, and just have a nice nights sleep. The room was quite spacious and had everything we needed.
Hosts Ron and Deb were so nice and accommodating, full of information....even let us check in a little early by making a room available when they knew we were there....would stay with them again.
- SF (10/5): - Nice and clean place with adequate facilities. Staff is very friendly. Good value for money.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Wonderful place to stay in Yungabarra - Warm welcome, very clean rooms
Just a quick walk to the Platypus viewing platform (where we did not see any) and the walk around the river (where we saw two of them).
Highly recommend
- Sharon (10/5): Great Escape - Fantastic location, well equiped room.
- Robert (10/5): - Friendly and helpfull staff.
- Sharyn (10/5): Clean and welcoming - Handy location, walking distance to shops, and set in pretty gardens, next to a park. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff are super friendly and bend over backwards to help you.
- Rob (8/5): - Only in town for 1 night but it was very good , I was greeted with a warm welcome and the service certainly reflected the pleasant helpful attitude of the staff.
Further the Meal at the nearby Hotel was absolutely delicious and also a pleasant atmosphere.
I would definitely recommend a stop over in Yungaburra to anyone.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location and spacious room. Very comfortable stay.
- michelle (8/5): - Good value stay. Neighbours were noisy, inconsiderate and smoking but that’s no fault of the motel. Convenient location and ideal for an overnight stay.
- Gaynor (10/5): - Fine except the hotel hadn't received my booking from WotIf. Which would have been a disaster if it had been a busy weekend - luckily there was a room available.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great location, friendly staff - We checked in for the night, they were able to assist with an early check in and the staff running the motel were friendly and helpful. Good location, walking distance to all of the great restaurants and pub inYungaburra. Clean, good size room with easy parking.
- Bec (10/5): Beautiful motel & staff - Beautiful location, with a lovely view to surrounding gardens and mountains. Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Room was nice and clean, comfortable and just what we needed as a family of four.
- Darrell (10/5): Friendly service and nice clean rooms - Great value accommodation within a very short walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious and clean. Great friendly service.
- brett (10/5): Nice hotel , close to all areas we wanted to see - Friendly, good advise on things to see and go to, peaceful and very safe area
- Paul (8/5): comfortable place, great location, neat and tidy - great value for money. check in was pleasant, facilities were all that could be expected for the price which was inexpensive.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Bathroom sink and mirror etc in the main bedroom area. Very old and dated.
- Alan (8/5): Nice motel in a pleasant setting. - Good motel and location. Lovely environment. Pleasant staff. The handbasin outside the bathroom is a good idea, BUT there really needs to be a small one IN the bathroom, especially with 3 people (who don't normally live together).
Not the best advice about the pub to have a meal (awful, unless you like 'pub grub' and pub decor).
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice motel in cute quiet town. - Good location, large rooms, friendly managers, beds a bit lumpy and cleaniness ok.
- Brenda (8/5): Laid back, relaxed, Comfortable and Friendly - The motel was very easy to find it was comfortable, quiet, very central to everything for what was needed, staff was friendly.
- Kellie (10/5): Great motel - Great motel right in the heart of town. Short walk to restaurants and cafes. Enjoyed some lovely meals in town. Also a short walk to the platypus viewing area. We saw three. What a treat seeing them in their natural habitat. Motel simple, clean and perfectly located. Owners very nice too. Good value for money. Yungaburra is so pretty. Well worth a stay.
- Michelle (8/5): Centrally located to the town and for day trips. - This was our first stay and we would be happy to return, our hosts were very friendly the room spacious and comfortable.
- Sydney couple (10/5): lovely stay - We stayed for two days as part of a roadtrip from Brisbane to Cairns, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our friendly hosts, Robert and Debbie, extended a warm welcome to us and were helpful in any possible way. Our room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom washbasin is tiny, but the shower is great, and the kitchenette has is own sink and is equipped with more items than in many other places of this category. We found we received very good value for money.
- Leigh (10/5): Nice quiet motel - Enjoyed a two night stay at this motel. Yungaburra is a lovely small town. Hosts were very friendly and informative.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good motel in great location - Pleasant stay and very centrally located motel, easy check in and out. Very large rooms.
- Nonovyor (6/5): Nobody home....come back later..... - Arrived to check in to a note pinned to the door saying back soon and a phone number to ring. I rang the number numerous times and it went to voicemail. After an hour, we got bored of waiting so went off exploring. Eventually we did get a phone call and we checked in later that day. I'm glad we were there in winter, because the box air-con looked older than me, and the room fan rattled and I wouldn't have been able to sleep through it.
Don't bother with the pizza at Nicks - very overpriced and not that good. Soggy base covered in flour, no kids sized pizza and the addition of the unlisted surprise ingredient of coriander was as welcome as a turd in a swimming pool.
Don't bother with the cafe 100m up and across the road either - with only 2 customers in there, it took ages to get our coffees, and then the order was wrong so had to wait ages again....and $5 for a single slice of buttered toast !
- Glenna (10/5): Attractive garden location and clean, quiet room. - There is an attractive hike along the river where you may see platypus.
- Rod (8/5): Yungaburra Park Motel - Older motel that has been well maintained. Friendly helpful staff.
- William (8/5): - Room was large ,clean. It did not supply shampoo or have kleenex. Nearby roosters started crowing about 3.30 AM. LOCATION to many area attractions was perfect. Great restaurants were a few minutes walk.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Quiet
- Quiet, relaxing stay. Friendly and helpful owners.
